The some particular niche is so saturated that Google Adsense team feel that there cannot any original content there so any new blogs would not be offering its users and new interesting thing so because of this, they kind of mass disapproval applications in such niche.

Example is the general news or entertainment blogs in Nigeria that are full of copy and paste and mischievous (and sometimes malicious) links.
When the owners of these kind of blogs or any general blog get their applications turned down, they resort to buying from those who bought with already established blogs.

No matter how much you design your blog, if you dont have unique content and good traffic, even if you obey all guidelines, you will be rejected.

So, first blog on something unique, spread your links to get traffic, follow Google guidelines for design (ie good navigation, responsiveness, mobile friendly, non-explicit content, quality posts, etc) then apply, you will get approved.

This take time and since most of us are not patient, we buy
