big father:yea it should have been the way but, there are thousands of graduates each year. u can imagine in the nysc camp. there are about 2000 in each camp in each state for just a batch. now it will be more work for the employers to conduct interview for everybody(too many unemployed graduates) because the school systems has failed, by having loop holes in their system. people pay to pass courses, people cheat to pass exams, people even pay to have degree certificates. so to avoid interviewing those sets of people who cannot defend their certificates, a test is conducted to reduce the number. the error started with the academic system. if the school ensures that there are no loop holes, ie what is awarded is what u get. as for people like me with good grades but fail test, i guess the what u fail are these bank test. if they give u test in your area, you will do well because its your field. can you study law and expect to solve those maths questions in limited time? they only way to pass the test is to start practicing occasionally. its like cramming. i bet you if u call those that have been recruited over 2 years , they will not perform so wonderfully when they take these test. though they passed it a few year back, oops i got to go 1 Like |

wot position did you apply for? well, as for refund of transport, they might give u small something. but i can't guaranty that. cos they always change their style. for the interview, just have enough confidence to convince them that you are dedicated to work irrespective of conditions. be prepared with generally interview questions. what they want is courage. they will ask u questions according to what u applied for. If it was for the position of Trainer, be sure u can handle a class immediately. i use to work there. i reserve other comments for the sake of public consumption. if u want other comments mail me |

1. kaspersky is wonderful i use it i my system in the office, its the best 2ndly i use norton on my laptop because its also good. why? because i can update offline(downloading virus definition). norton 2006 is not really eatin up the cpu speed onlike other versions. one thing people don't like about norton is because it slows down the system. but i tell u its good u can imagine yahoo using symantec product on their severs. 3. Avg i use that one for my old system at home because i can also update it without connecting to internet. if not for the advantages of upgrading offline, i would only be using kaspersky internet security. the next i will consider is avast then protertor plus . No1 is kaspersky |

[b]michaeloda thank u for saying it that govt responsibility is not to provide jobs and will never be but to to provide a conducive environment where business or commercial activity will be more easier , etc. we tend to blame the govt for any action such as banning of importation of chicken. such actions were targeted to spring up indegenous industries which will inturn create employment. BUT What the govt fails to do is to support her polices with such things as basic amenities, subsidies etc. I cant say that this government is a complete failure. we are moving but at a very slow slow pace. lets not pass every blame on the government but check ourselves before we talk. if you had ur uncle in the government and also u have a good job, u will never mention that the government is bad because u benefit from it.If some of us is made the president, i bet we might be worse.
