That's your problem. Your thinking is how to put my blodas out of business which at the end will still enrich them while your own almajiri brothers become deranged and desperate to sniff some Codiene.

Like I said, this will still thrive in the north because you guys have a niche of avoiding the true problem of your people.

When the next video is released of how almajiri northerners are going crazy and insane due to codeine despite government ban, then I will remind you of my words "To stop the drug pushers you must stop the drug addicts by solving their problems "
Don't worry, if the problem persists then Nigeria will have no option than to impose the death penalty on drug pushers and therefore join other countries like Thailand, Malaysia, China etc in sending your useless blodas back to the village in their caskets - and hopefully to eternal burning hell.

How are they herdsmen - just because they said so; this careless narrative, where almost any weapon bearing person(s) is/are tagged herdsmen, must stop; where are the cattle they are herding?

Herdsmen driving around on the highway in a Dyna truck and Toyota Camry saloon car; haba who are we kidding?
On the other hand they have all the hallmarks of either armed bandits, rustlers or militia; but certainly not genuine cattle herders we traditionally know and recognise.

Sadly, the people that will benefit the most from this currency swap agreement are importers from the south east. The same region that sees nothing good in the president.

Overall, I am very optimistic about the agreement's potential to reduce demand for dollar and hence help strengthen the value of our naira. A stronger naira at this point in time will bring down the high prices of basic essential commodities.

On the other side however, it will make importation from China cheaper and easier. This will further kill whatever is left of our manufacturing sector. We really need to figure out how to encourage Nigerians to consume more of made in Nigeria products. Making imports cheaper from China will continue to hurt our economy if we are not exporting anything significant apart from crude oil in return.
My thoughts exactly; these ppl because of their hatred will never see anything good with Buhari - their hatred is making them look foolish.

Government can protect local industries with higher strategic tariffs and banning of certain finished goods.

The group also called on the people of Southern Kaduna, Middle Belt zone, especially Benue, Adamawa and Kogi states, as well as those affected by Fulani herdsmen terrorism in the South-West to observe a day of prayers and join in the sit-at-home to remember those that lost their lives unlawfully at the hands of Fulani herdsmen and security agencies.

I asked you a question.

Your almajiri brothers also inhale gum, petrol, shiit and even gutter water to get high, will you ask the government to ban those I listed too?

It is foolish thinking that banning Codiene will solve the problem of drug addiction in the north.

As long as you lots including your leaders and elders refuse majority from getting education, enlightenment and most of all shun terrorism, drug addiction will be an all time high over there.

You guys have just enriched my blodas the more cos the drug will be more expensive and your aboki brothers will even kill to pay for it and get high.

Like seun Kuti said, banning of weed did not stop weed from being everywhere in the country...

Solve the real issues up north then the drug addiction will reduce and eventually stop.
I suspect that those with flattened heads may have flattened brains which could result in loss of logical brain function - this should explain for why you saw a link between drug addiction and education along with terrorism.

No one is saying the ban would solve the problem but it would certainly put many of your blodas out of business - and thats good enough for me.

A pathetic man who traveled to the US on Trumps invitation only to become the spokesperson for a Terrorist group, Miyeti allah and say "fulani herdsmen don't carry Ak47" despite several arrest of herdsmen with Ak47 cannot be said to be the president of Nigeria. Rather he is the president of fulani herdsmen. He went to America in his capacity as president of fulani, not Nigeria.
Connect all the dots between terrorist activities of fulani herders especially the FORCEFULL OCCUPATION AND CONVERSION OF FARMLANDS INTO FULANI SETTLEMENT AFTER KILLING NATIVE OWNERS and buhari's fierce defence of them at every given opportunity and you will see perfectly that Buhari's govt has a FULANI AGENDA.
My friend you lied.

There is a difference between a herdsman who engages in grazing of cattle as a profession (practised but not exclusively by the Fulani) and gun toting gangs/bandits or militia who rob, main, kill and often sack communities through violence. The latter also includes Nigerians from many of the tribes and religion.

If you disagree then kindly provide me with evidence where actual cattle rearing herdsmen were arrested armed with guns - this is a false narrative which our biased unprofessional media have been selling to gullible Nigerians and what the president was trying to correct.

The media is getting so sloppy at selling this narrative that they no longer bother to even investigate let alone verify the identities of these killers; but lazily report such killers as SUSPECTED HERDSMEN - which the gullible and those prone to hatred among our public readily equate to Fulani herdsmen.

No herdsman with his valuable cattle worth millions would attack villages and people - its just not possible because it doesn't even make sense.

That's the problem with you lots.

You keep chasing after shadows yet the problem will be growing.

Why does the north have a high percentage of drug addicts than the south?

Here down south, people don't even have time to abuse Codiene except from thugs and touts but up north virtually all drink Codiene to get high.

Like I stated, banning Codiene is not the solution because it will make it expensive and people up north will do anything for it to get high.

Also note that Codiene is not the only high your almajiri brothers use, they also inhale gum, petrol, , lizard shiit, even gutter water to get high. Will you ban those ones too?.

Once there are no drug addicts, there will be no drug dealer. QED

Solve the problem of the north from poverty, illiteracy, religious extremism, etc.
What a futile attempt at defending the indefensible.

Get it into your head; drug pushers are scum and the bane of any society.

I am glad that the FG has step up the war on drugs with the blanket banning of codeine and tramadol.

Therefore better tell your flat-headed blodas that its no longer going to be business as usual.

And the second report was even more laughable. And undated report with no source or link or picture to verify it? Any body can write something like that and post it on the internet. How do you think that IPOB killed 15 Northern business men and we saw no bodies and no Newspaper carried the news?

This was my submission. Note the bolded
I do not believe this. The Mambilla attacks took place in June 2017. All accounts by the police, fulani leaders themselves and Taraba govt in 2017 put the figures to between 18 and 100. The then Apc chairman of Taraba state, Alhaji Hassan Ardo who is from Mambilla addressed a world press conference after the killings and said 100 persons were killed. This was broadcast on TVC news. His brother was killed in the attack.
Suddenly in January 2018, JNI and Emir Sanusi started brandishing figures between 700 and 800.
I believe it is a lying propaganda
Would you expect the Chairman to go against his own party lead govt, where the governor, speaker, LG chairman, Attorney General etc were all implicated with the planning, execution or cover up?
Like I had already said, it is customary for official figures of any uprising to be scaled down for security reasons in order to dampen fears and allay reprisal attacks.

Although I was not privy to the alleged Ardo's statement; however, one can imagine his disclosure was most likely immediately after the massacre and therefore premature - that could represent an under estimate of the casualties.

This was seemingly corroborated by the Brig. Gen. Benjamin Ahanotu who spoke of bodies of the wounded that later died from their injuries in the bush were still being found - I want to believe his assessment was more factual and accurate due to his neutrality.

I also wonder why you consider the hurriedly put up figures of a party chairman immediately after the event more credible than detailed figures, with names and dates, acquired through thorough research with the benefit of several months hindsight?

Like I said before; you are free to believe what you want; however, the records are there and I believe the graves these ppl too still exist for anyone who needs to verify.

You must be naive if you expect the police and the Taraba govt (who are implicated in the killings) to give you accurate figures and not to downplay the casualties for fear of inciting and attracting reprisals - this is standard practice for both police and govt.

Note: these are not just ordinary casual figures but each of the 728 victim was carefully identified by name with the actual date of when and where he/she was killed.

Deny as much as you want; however, your denial can never erase the pictorial evidence of this well researched documentary nor the words of the Ag. GOC 3 Division NA, Jos, Brig. Gen.Benjamin Ahanotu (a southern Christian) who after assessing the killings described it as a GENOCIDE AGAINST THE FULANI WORSE THAN BOKO HARAM because even boko Haram spare women and children as oppsed what the Mambilia militia did to the Fulani.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vkd0Pb6LPyQ

Most disturbing and sad is the fact that the police was able to make some arrests but later forced to release the perpetrators on the orders of the Taraba State Government, through its Attorney General; these murderers have subsequently remained free men till date to the chagrin of their surviving victims and their relatives/friends.

Tell me how an unarmed organization can threaten the sovereignty of a country? How is this possible?

The USA and the EU have both come out to say that IPOB is not a terrorist organisation. They know that for an organisation to be a terrorist organisation, they must have a history of violence. That an organisation clashed with the Army or police is not enough to make them a terrorist organisation. Where is the history of violence that IPOB has? None. That's why IPOB is freely protesting in London and Washington and nobody is troubling them. It is the use of "organised violence" that makes group a terrorist group, not intimidation or illegal taxation or clashing with the authorities.
