I'm sorry but this is not the same carnival u attended last year... this is not really like a carnival per se, just publicity stunt from the Governor as Akwaibom celebrate 30 years, wat she is trying to say dat the carnival is not really uniting the people of akwaibom together, more like an Uyo carnival instead of Akwaibom carnival
