Let me tell you one of the crimes of the commissioners. After they came back from that Abuja meeting where SIM wilfully signed the agreement and even admitted on live TV he was committed to implementing it, he secretly instigated people who called themselves Rivers elders to file a case in court challenging the intervention of the president as unconstitutional.


The Rivers State government was the defendant. The state attorney General duly prepared his response saying that those who instituted the case have no locus standi and can't show how that agreement signed affects them.

Fubara summoned the attorney General and asked why he will prepare such a response. The AG was surprised. You publicly admitted you'll implement the document in the interest of peace. Why are you coming back in the secret to tell me not to file for dismissal of the case.

That was what led to the friction between them which later resulted in him being redeployed before he eventually resigned.

The governor says one thing in public. He wants peace, the struggle is all for nothing but in private, he's the one fermenting trouble and instigating the emblems of war in the state.

But yeah, lets blame Wike. The governor is just a blameless victim

The difference is that, Amaechi, Odili and Wike are all career politicians. SIM is a civil servant.

I look at SIM and I see someone who will be overrun by opposition parties if he does not have someone like Wike pulling the plug.

It was right there in the post you quoted that court orders are meaningless. There's also another court order from a high court in Abuja preventing INEC and anyone else from declaring their seat vacant.

No one bothers with kangaroo court orders again. Anyone can pay a judge any amount to get one.

I'm sure you know there's also an injuctuon at the Federal High Court in Abuja barring Fubara from interfering in the activities of the Martin Amaewhule led HOA.

There's an ongoing case that was lost by Fubaras men asking the court to declare the seat of the HOA members vacant. They have appealed the judgment.

Whoever wrote this thing is a clown. Wike did not bring Sheriff neither did he bring Ayu. It was Ortom who brought Ayu and sought Wikes support. And how can Wike who was sworn in May 2015 have enough influence to unilaterally bring in Sheriff January 2016.


The clown also said Wike is fighting Amaechi and Odilli. Which former governor is Amaechi and Odilli not fighting with? Amaechi is not even cordial with his own cousin Omehia who he removed from office.

Amaechi started out as Odilis PA and it was Odili who brought Amaechi into RSHA. How did Amaechi repay Odili?

What of SIM who was brought just yesterday? How is it going with his political godfather who made him everything he is today?
