hello people,

please how do you make payment?

was told to contact my bank when I tried to make payment (#85k) for goods using my naira master card....any idea ples

It's due to the $100 transaction limit mark by the CBN.
Try paying using Barter. or by requesting the seller splits the payment in 2.

Hiii, so it turns out my order is being handled by 4PX Express. Last Update was "Arrive at transit airport
NGLOS". Oct 1, 2021 09:28

Any idea how long it takes for parcels handled by them to get to Nigeria?

Hello boss, good afternoon, please how did you go about the payment since the maximum limit is 100USD.. I want to order an item of 180usd or so, please help.

Good afteroon boss, I chatted the seller up and requested they split the payment which they obliged.
The other option was to use the Barter app which has cut throat exchange rate, I couldn't

Request the seller splits the cost in two so you can make the payment, and hope they oblige you.

Technology Market / Re: This Thread Is Only For Aliexpress Shopper by itsUmohEtido(m): 2:05pm On Sep 28, 2021
Oh okay, I hope that's the case, I ordered via split payments.

chrisja:

It normally takes a few after shipping before it reflects.
How did you make payment, split or virtual card?

I ordered a phone and a week later they hadn't shipped it, when I asked why, they said the color wasn't in stock and asked if they could change it (The color was available at the time of order by the way), (In my head I'm like "haba, one whole week past and you didn't care to inform me of this" ), anyway, I accepted the new color on Saturday last week 09/25/2021 and tracking still shows "Pending shipping by the seller" although I got a mail since Saturday saying it's ben shipped, the site clearly shows otherwise.

Anyone ordered from Xiaomi Authorised Store on AliExpress recently?
Hows the store, how fast did they ship?

Whether split or not, the payment is still the same thing. The delay has got nothing to do with how payment was made, the package is not just ready for shipping. You can just contact the seller to inquire what is causing the delay to ship. But once I make payment, I don't even bother to check the status until after a week. A seller should even be in more of a hurry to ship, so the buyer can get the item and confirm receipt for AliExpress to release the money.

Oh... really? thank you plenty, I appreciate the response.

Hi guys, when you make an order that had the payment split, how long does it take for such item to be shipped?
I made an order since Friday afternoon and it's still showing "Awaiting Shipment" your order is being processed.
Store name: Xiaomi-Authorized Store

Quick question please, when making payments, is it the amount that reflects on the Aliexpress page (CBN Exchange Rate] that I'd be charged or would my bank charge me based on their own exchange rate.

Select that repay link and order it. Set the quantity to 90 and pay.
Do that twice and then set another one to 87 quantities and pay again.
Then the seller will reduce the price of the product to $90 so you can compete the order

Alright, thank you plenty.

I used the shipping method provided by the seller (AliExpress standard shipping)

It depends on the kind of shipping. Untrackable Free shipping tend to be slow while trackable free shipping are generally faster. What determines the speed is mostly the shipping method and agency used.

You'll message the seller and request he splits the payment for you. If the seller offers that for buyers, he'll send a repay link to you, asking you to pay with it as many times as possible (depending on the price of what you want to purchase).
In my case, for a $360 purchase, I paid $90 with the repay link 3 times, then proceeded to order the package itself. That one failed obviously, since the price is about $360. I then messaged the seller to reduce the price to $90, which he did, and I was able to complete the order.

Alrighty, thank you plenty.

I did that, and I was sent this... how do I go from here? when I clicked on the link I saw this, instead of the splits, lol... no mind me, I've never done it before so I don't know how it works

The current price is about $354, but I ended up paying 360 dollars.
I messaged the seller to help me split the payment into 4 parts so I can pay in bits. I paid with 3 different GT BANK cards and one go money virtual card. ($90 in 4 places)
Zenith and UBA cards failed for reasons I don't understand

What Shipping method did you use? I heard free shipping takes forever.

I've never ordered from Aliexpress before, and just want to do so now, really glad the whole splitting thing can work cus I have been having issues with the $100 mark, I've downloaded all manner of apps, and all have super high rates.

Please I'd like to know what the split payment looked like and if your product has been processed already? and what was the final cost of the product in Naira?

I bought my Redmi Note 7 [3GB Ram 32GB Rom] in 1st August 2019 for N50K at a Nigerian online store sale ish, used it until 4th October 2021, and sold it for 40k. PS: The phone felt like it was bought the same day I sold it, the only thing that had actually depreciated was the battery, lasting probably 2 hours less than the original time, and I'm a very heavy user, the phone really saw plenty of use, but was also handled so much so that even a scratch didn't touch the front or back for 2 years.

Looking to buy the POCO F3 now, can't seem to get it sha.

In conclusion, the way you use a phone also goes into how it reacts, and also yeah, sometimes you just can't help it when a phone has terrible issues from production.
