When we come to God, all our experiences are spiritual. The first is the forgiveness of our sins and trespasses; Whether we are the worst person alive or considered as the best person, Professed Christians need forgiveness. For indeed, the sin that condemns us before God is not just our own, but the sin that is inherited. Therefore, it is imperative for us to confess and own up to the fact that our goodness is nothing before God. See Mark 2:17 When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. The newcomer must appreciate the fact that our main aim of coming to God is not for him to make us financially well off because we pay our tithe like some would want to preach, but that He has saved us from the eternal damnation that the Devil wants us to experience. Another thing we must appreciate is that generational curses that manifest in our lives in as poverty, diseases, rejection, fear, lust, idolatry, rebellion, fear, retrogression, seasonal failure, destruction and death. These broken curses are not because of your prayers and fastings, but through his love for you because you now live in Him. It behooves us as saved children to appreciate spiritual things and not go for immediate gratifications, for God, being a spiritual entity, will start off your new life with spiritual gifts and experiences. The spiritual journey continues with you being admitted into a spiritual family called holy nation and you are regarded royal priesthood. Read 1 Peter 2:9, But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light

DID GOD DISSAPONITED HIM?

The Bible, introduces God to us all [for faith comes by hearing] Romans 10:17 says, “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God”. No one knew God without knowledge of the Bible, what our fathers of faith has pass unto us, and what we see with our eyes, as witness to his existence. In this same bible, we have read of the death of children too, the same bible that tells of the omnipotence of God. This said publisher sees it as God’s disappointing. This man behind the tabloid in an attempt to sell his atheism, says God has disappointed Davido, but how about we saying Davido disappointed God? Here is the take of the universe. To know a great man you must understudy him and do all you can to know his mind towards matters and why he did some things. If we do not attempt this task, we have failed to know this man truly and whatever we say concerning him is false and just our own way to rubbish or make him look bad with his powers. Hear what apostle paul says of Christians in the book of 1 Corinthians 2:16, “For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.” If we, therefore,do not seek to know God, we can not say accurately why some things happens of befalls us as we sojourn on this earth, or take pleasure in mocking those who profess faith in this God. By the way, the journey to know God is unending, for God’s way is too high for us to fully grasp or understand. Apostle paul says of christ: Philippians 3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death. There is a law that God himself does not break. He commands man to have dominion and subdue the earth. Therefore, we must be careful what we do with the universe; it is left to us to make it habitable or not. But he put into the universe all that is needed to make it more beautify and enjoyable if we do the right thing. For example, God made the earth to reproduce seed put into it., but we can also decide to put in mines to blow up those we hate. Therefore, whatever man does to the earth is left to man. Another law is that of parenting. The children whom God has given to us. The bible says in the book of Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Note the bible says the way he should go, but that way is what we think is the right way; we influence cajole, teach, train correct to get him in this “way”, Psalms 127:3 Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. God does not intervene in the way you want to raise your children, but gave you your responsibility to bring them up in His way. so too, it is our responsibility to protect, care for them.1 Samuel 1:3 And this man went up out of his city yearly to worship and to sacrifice unto the LORD of hosts in Shiloh. And the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, the priests of the LORD, were there.1 Samuel 2:34 And this shall be a sign unto thee, that shall come upon thy two sons, on Hophni and Phinehas; in one day they shall die both of them. The above scriptures are a classic example of what God expects of us as parent; raise our children well. there are many others who suffer for failing to raise them well, that was thier responsibility. When David’s son raped his half sister, what did David do to discipline him? That is failing in his responsibility as a father. He failed and what followed was blood shed in his household!. because these children are God’s heritage. In this responsibility, we set the rules, raise borders, and guide them while they are toddlers; we watch thier growth. Are they a restless type? then we know where to place the TV set, we know whether that door should have a lock and if that stair case should have an automatic closing door. we know and do a lot of things. They may take away our comfort because that child is the restless type and must be protected. A couple who can afford to have the best of furniture in the house postponed that because the triplet whom God gave them are the hyper type. From thier observation, the middle one will slash the leather sofas in no time, followed by the senior, who always emulate the middle one. It is not every child that response to our order; some need prodding and pushing. it is our responsibility to know the one we have. To say that today’s church is resting on its laurel is saying the obvious. evangelism which is telling others about the good news is been relegated to the back-burner in place of activities to entertain our canal desires o. Evangelism, the supreme task of the church is no-longer part of the church mission. instead, crusades which at the end the offerings matters more than the follow-ups. many go to evangelism today just to witness the pomp and the royal ovation such men of God are given. Let us go back to the old-time religion like they say: Tell others about the God of love, how His son came to rescue man from the hold of the Devil and give us life eternal if only we believe and confess. Acts 16:29-31 Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas, And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. A typical church of today is where the women’s leader also sell her wares to her group members, where gossiping is rife, where fight with the ushers is common. Where messages are applauded because it meets their ego needs and demand their perceived enemies. Evangelism, Holiness Love and forgiveness hardly attracted an approval nod, let alone an applause. They forced the man of God to judge reach of his message based on their approval not what the Spirit led him to preach. The church of God today must know that evangelism or soul winning is not a gift, but a task carried out by all who are saved. The ultimate goal of a believer is not to get a position in the church and others are under you, but to go out and tell theirs about what the Lord has accomplish in his/her life, too. Peace, forgiveness, joy long-suffering, contentment, love for others and exerting faith and being prayer full. Not until this is observed the words of our savior in the opening line will continue to be experienced in todays churches. Soon will shall have who do not go to church because what they observed in the church does not meet the demands of the lord and when they speak they are chided or called names. This when pastors spiritually feel the pause of the church and know where they are lacking. Revelation 3:15-16 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. That is the Spirit addressing a church, but what if the Spirit of God is not in a church? God help us.

I have tried one way or the other to present God in this forum with my small understanding and leave the rest to the ability of the holy spirit to grow the little seed i have planted; for indeed, who can explain God to a mere mortal save the Spirit? Like every other experience, we develop our belief, faith and trust based on how we understand or interpret what they have taught us to us. If we perceive it as kind, we shall thenceforth continue with that perception. A messenger’s ability to deliver the errand as the master intended makes him a good messenger; reliable and sought for, to deliver important messages. Conversely, a messenger who fails in this ability is regarded as not a worthy one. Holy book put is this way:Proverbs 13:17 A wicked messenger falleth into mischief: but a faithful ambassador is health. [KJV.] The apostle paul sees himself bound as an ambassador to what? to this wonderful message he is mandated to preach Ephesians 6:20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

In the opening test, the messenger did not leave any room for a way out, but an inevitable destruction for the inhabitant of the city. Human flaws playing out its Adamic nature; for there is no true love for another if not given to us by the gift of the holy spirit. For God is love.

Our Lord and saviour showed this God to us and how HE sees us, and HIS desire in our lives. Jesus said it all here. This is the sum and substance of the Gospel:

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

That David wept when he heard they slew Absalom does not negate the fact that Absalom deserves that horrible end. The knowledge about God and its mission to his creation is called the gospel, and the gospel means good news.

The best description of Who God is is given to us by His son who died for us: John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. Nothing beats this, nothing overtakes this description, no other one. Every other attempt falls short. Thank you Jesus .Romans 5:5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost, which is given unto us.

No one, a pastor, preacher of the gospel, prophet, evangelist, a Sunday school teacher, theologian or an apologist, should tell others about God without HIs love for humankind; for that will be a bad messenger. In the same breath, no parents nor school teacher nor counsellor, or therapist should talk about God if not in His eternal love for humankind.

So the question of why does your God sent people to hell fire is wrongly framed,and a wrong information about God.

Hear this again from our saviour,’ If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?’ (Matthew 7:11)

The gospel, good news of how Jesus died for the sins of humanity and made it possible for all those who believe and accept him to come to the father is indeed, for man, but because of the gods in this world many will not see or accept this gift of God. Read with me, 1 Timothy 3:16:” And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory”. Again, 2 Corinthians 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. For those who have seen this received this truth most time they have come under intense persecution and difficulty just for accepting to follow this way.

But there is a reward that the saviour has promised. Apostle Paul, in my opening quotation, encourages us to strive to make it. [1 Corinthians 9:25] All those who have come to embrace Christianity have first a duty to live by its tenets and secondly to tell others, preach about this wonderful faith. No one is saved to remain in the pew, warming the seat and at the end of the service, go home.

Here are the type crowns promised those who have remained faithful

CRWON OF LIFE: for those who persevere under trials, especially to the point of death [REV.2:10]

CROWN OF GLORY: for those who faithfully and sacrificially minister God’s word to the flock [1PET.5:4]

CROWN OF INCORRUPTIBLE: to those who win the race of temperance and self-control [1cor.9:25]

THE CROWN OF RIGHTEOUSNESS: given to those who long for the second coming of Christ [2tim.4:8]

The Wiseman position is a little different from the position of the prophets and the apostles. What a contradiction! But that is to be expected because the wise man never told us he heard from God what he penned down that day that has gone out through the ages, with many christian’s perceiving that statement as something that spurs them to look for money by all means and many preachers waving God’s blessing on your life based on how much you are worth as an individual. The wise man is not representing God in this whole this, neither has he asserted that. Rather, he told us how he got his view. Read with me the followings I took all quotations as usual from the King James version of the bible.

Ecclesiastes 1:3 What profit hath a man of all his labour which he taketh under the sun?

Ecclesiastes 1:9 The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.

Ecclesiastes 1:14 I have seen all the works that are done under the sun; and, behold, all is vanity and vexation of spirit.

Ecclesiastes 2:19 And who knoweth whether he shall be a wise man or a fool? yet shall he have rule over all my labour wherein I have laboured, and wherein I have shewed myself wise under the sun. This is also vanity.

Ecclesiastes 2:22 For what hath man of all his labour, and of the vexation of his heart, wherein he hath laboured under the sun?

Ecclesiastes 3:16 And moreover, I saw under the sun the place of judgment, that wickedness was there; and the place of righteousness that iniquity was there.

The prominent word here, the word that stands out here, is under the sun. King Solomon, the supposed writer, was merely writing about what is happening in our world today; A world that has alienated itself from the ways of God. He is telling us how to be a high flyer in this world without God. And that is possible! You can be a mover and shaker of the society without God and without going to church. It is a lie for anyone or preacher like myself to tell you can not make it without God. In this world, there is a system that applies to all who want to make money and you do not have to include God to make that money! Some of these systems are even crooked. How many billionaires go to church?

The rich man Jesus our lord spoke about in the bible did not include God in his wealth yet, he prospered according to our lord. Matthew 19:23 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.

God can give money, but that is not the primary blessings that the christian, who comes to God, through Jesus christ gets. That is not even one of the divine promises by God. God’s blessings states from within. Not from without.

Yes, God’s blessings start from within. For God is a Spirit, therefore, most things HE gives you direct are not spiritual too. It is from within you are born again; John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. It is from within you are given the power to become the son of 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: it is from within Apostle Paul bore the mark of Christ; Galatians 6:17 From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus.. It is from within peace that surpasses understanding flows. When Jesus knocks to come in He wants to come into you and sup with you [spiritual ] not a fancy dinner for two in a five-star Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

Psalms 23:5b thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

The psalmist once again captures the ways of God with this psalm. There was something inside the cup before it could ran over, overflowed. It is what is inside the cup that manifest outside; it is what God places inside of you that manifest outside. Isaac demonstrated this process in the book of Genesis. Genesis 26:17-22 ‘And Isaac departed thence, and pitched his tent in the valley of Gerar, and dwelt there. And Isaac digged again the wells of water, which they had digged in the days of Abraham his father; for the Philistines had stopped them after the death of Abraham: and he called their names after the names by which his father had called them. And Isaac’s servants digged in the valley, and found there a well of springing water. And the herdmen of Gerar did strive with Isaac’s herdmen, saying, The water is ours: and he called the name of the well Esek; because they strove with him. And they digged another well, and strove for that also: and he called the name of it Sitnah. And he removed from thence, and digged another well; and for that they strove not: and he called the name of it Rehoboth; and he said, For now the LORD hath made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the land.’ Thieves and robbers in this world and there is no guarantee because you are a Christian your properties are safe, but when they took the material wealth , because you wealth is from within, you will recover and do even better.

The magic was inside [ indwelling]Isaac. That was why wherever he went he found water, that precious commodity in those days needed for cattle to increase and thus you become wealthier. This is the way of God . This is how God blesses you, not with money, but an all-round blessing. Proverbs 10:22 The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. Part of this blessing is contentment. 1 Timothy 6:8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.

Hebrews 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

Money can be acquired by hook crook and legitimate means, therefore is no yardstick or barometer to know Gods blessings in your life.

Money was invented by man, a sinful creature, and not from heaven. Moreover, it is physical for that which is physical can not be in heaven. God pours down his blessing from the widows of heaven, but not physical cash. your blessings may open doors for the physical cash to flow in.

How do you define this wonderful barometer that we have ignored for so long? This again shame the critics of the wonderful creature of God called man. I will enumerate a few of the function for lack of space will deny me to put here all, but you can always go read, study your bible for there a lot and i trust the holy spirit will reveal more to you.

Let me begin by saying this; Conscience is not the same thing as the Holy spirit. For you can have a defective conscience, a conscience that is no longer acting like a moral barometer because you have deadened it by your constant negative tendencies. But the holy spirit can not be defective, but can be grieved.

CONSCIENCE NOT SAME AS THE HOLYSPIRIT: Romans 9:1 I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost. All believer has the gift of the holy spirit while he possesses a conscience.

BIRTH OF CONSCINECE: Genesis 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. The formation of man was also the formation of conscience. A barometer was thus deposited in man to function.

FIRST DISPLAY OF CONSCINECE: Genesis 3:8-10 And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden. And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.

A GOOD INNER JUDGE: John 8:6-9 This, they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not. INBUILT WITNESS: Romans 2:15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another

PAUL’S REFERENCE: Acts 24:16 And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and toward men.

CONSCIENCE TESTIFIES TO OUR WORKS:2 Corinthians 1:12 For our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom, but by the grace of God, we have had our conversation in the world, and more abundantly to you-ward.

WEAK CONSCIENCE:1 Corinthians 8:7 Howbeit there is not in every man that knowledge: for some with conscience of the idol unto this hour eat it as a thing offered unto an idol; and their conscience being weak is defiled.

DEFECTIVE CONSCIENCE: Titus 1:15 Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.1 Timothy 1:19 Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some, having put away concerning faith, have made shipwreck:

The question now remains if we have a good conscience, that inbuilt moral guidance?

The US government has dismissed as fake the reports that the detained Nigerian influencer Ramon Abbas, known as Hushpuppi, executed a $400,000 (£304,000) internet fraud from prison.

Hushpuppi, 37, was arrested in the United Arab Emirates in 2020 for crimes that cost victims almost $24m, and is currently in a US jail awaiting sentencing having pleaded guilty to money laundering.

On Thursday, a document emerged on social media claiming that the FBI filed new evidence against Hushpuppi on Wednesday for defrauding Americans using prison internet facilities.

It is not clear where the document originated from yet it has gone viral on Twitter and been reported by many news organisations.

However an official of the US Department of Justice told the BBC that the US Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles, which filed the case against Hushpuppi, has not filed any such document.

"The document appears to have been fabricated... We have checked with the FBI who supposedly authored the document, and they confirm it is a fake," an official said.

Hushpuppi is known for posting photos of his lavish lifestyle on Instagram, where he has 2.5m followers. In one scheme, Hushpuppi attempted to steal more than $1.1m from someone who wanted to fund a new children's school in Qatar, court documents said.
