CelebritiesRe: Tacha Becomes Face Of Royal Hair, Signs Ambassadorial Deal by iyatrustee(f):
This Royal hair guy has come a long way. I remember when he used to visit Abuja on promo sales around 2013/14.

The first time I called to buy and he said he was in an hotel somewhere in Wuse 2, I was skeptical and cancelled the purchase. But because he had quality and good hairs then, I eventually summoned courage but only after getting 2 of my colleagues to join on the purchase trip cheesy.....to think he has shops all over the place now!

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
To graduate, a student shall have undergone at least 6-8 semesters of study depending on entry point, including field practical training. Students are to pass a minimum of 127 credit units for a 4-year B.Sc. (Chemistry) programme; and 90 units for a 3-year B.Sc. (Chemistry) programme, and must have pass all the GST courses. The submission of an undergraduate project thesis based on a supervised research is a graduation requirement which cannot be compromised.

I have done all core courses and have 189units so far out of the 198 set for Law, my project result also uploaded already. However, I have 2 electives missing result that I plan to register and write the exams next semester. My question then is, can they waive and allow me graduate?

If she is not why is she holding that public office or being in an official state affairs? Shame on you Nigerian youths
I only asked a question sir. It is the husband who is the elected official here. whatever office she holds is ceremonial by virtue of been married to him and no special competency or best brains like you posited in your previous post is required.

As for your "shame on you Nigeria youth'', it is highly uncalled for as I see no correlation here.

Venerable612:
I am not entirely sure whether you are validating Nigeria’s corruption but you are BLATANTLY wrong.

Your comments are also full of contradictions. While I would not normally reply a comment full of contradictions like yours, I would make an exception because there are others who come here to read intelligent comments and learn.

1. I did not mention that Dubai authorities were not corrupt.
I simply mentioned that our party structure makes our leaders ineffective. Read my comments again.

2. Now even if I concede, as I did above, that Dubai (UAE) authorities were corrupt, it is not in the scale and manner with which Nigerian politicians are. The truth is, every country in the world has corrupt governments - but the scale and manners are different.

3. Again, Your analogy of UAE’s ruling families (which are an undemocraticatically unelected, absolute monarchy), to Nigeria’s elected officials is logically flawed.

4. Again, quite contradictorily - you mentioned Dubai’s success is only possible because they produce 300 thousand more barrels then Nigeria, and they have just a million citizen.

What you should ask yourself is how the production system and data of Dubai is miles ahead of Nigeria. What is the root cause of Nigeria’s lower capacity...?

Does Dubai government have to export their crude oil and purchase them back from the whites?

Why can Dangote afford to build a refinery and the Nigerian government of over 50 years could not build a working refinery?

Ans: Corruption. Some cabals make money off these current system. But Dubai officials would not have that. They would rather have the crude oil produced internally and retain the wealth and strength of their economy.

5. You went on to mention how Dubai has been able to invest in real estate, air lines and tourism.

Again, the same root cause is the above.

Last night I was on phone with an Honourable member of the House of Assembly for my village and other local governments, on a project I was considering help with.

He categorically told me that the money for the constituency PROJECT for The remaining part of this year, he has shared it across all the wards and he is sorry he can’t do anything.

We are talking of projects that will benefit the entire village - He has shared the money to different stomachs.

My brother - quit grammar. Nigerian leaders are too corrupt to do anything meaningful in government. Because, IF THEY DONT, THEY WILL NOT BE RE-ELECTED.
Impressive!

It can be corrected by the VIO officials. They will only require the customs paper to verify. It might however cost as much as a new registration so i would opt for a new one if i were in your shoes

masseratti:
if there is no precedence, there must be a reason for it, we can't operate governance in isolation with the rest of the world, there are different type of government yes we all know that but they all have one basics, "sovereignty" period, this is not matter of morals its universal Law. What the President just did is sacrilege anywhere in the whole world. You can as well say the national assembly can sit in the US and make laws for Nigerians.
Lets not muddle thing up sir. Our laws did a disservice by not specifying the place of assent before a Bill is validly passed and until this lacuna is properly addressed, this might not be a Sacrilege just yet like you are positing.

No, National assembly cannot sit in the US and make laws for us because the process and different stages of passing a bill is clearly spelt out and different from the president assenting to a bill.

FrLukas:
You are totally correct in your submission. Yet, you will agree with me that it is cheaper and quicker to have the VP acting on your behalf instead of having important documents flown abroad to you for your approval unless of course, he doesn't trust his VP any longer.

The vice president that had hitherto been active has now been consigned to attending irrelevant occasions for the administration.

There is no doubt the elusive "cabal" is up to no good as usual.
The duties of the Vice President are complimentary in nature, hence he can only act as much as his principal allows him to. That said, Unless he has been fully assigned by the president to act on his behalf for the period he will be away, a Vice Presidential assent cannot validly bring a law into effect.

masseratti:
can you quote any sovereignty signing /promulgating a law in an embassy in another sovereign? Anywhere in the world? Except it's a government in exile?
Truth is I doubt if any such exist (I will check that out though) but it doesn't void it nonetheless. The presidential assent is what is required and not the location the assent was given. Morality and Law are 2 different things as people are allowing sentiments to come into play
PoliticsRe: Tinubu Speaks As Abba Kyari Takes Bill To Buhari In London by iyatrustee(f): 9:39am On Nov 06, 2019
FrLukas:
The point is, he should have. It is only Nigeria that takes important bills to their president in a foreign country to sign when the vice president is not dead.

The cabal will be the instrument of Nigeria's dissolution come 2023.
The constitution only requires him to when he will be out of office for 21days, I think he will be gone for only 14 or more days hence it will be at his discretion. Although domiciled in London, NIGERIA house in the eye of Intl law is as good as NIgeria.
PoliticsRe: Tinubu Speaks As Abba Kyari Takes Bill To Buhari In London by iyatrustee(f): 9:15am On Nov 06, 2019
People just want to talk. The VP is not acting on behalf of the president hence constitutionally he cannot sign that bill into Law.

It would have been a different scenario if he had written to the NASS and empowered the VP in an acting capacity and yet the bill had to be taken to him to assent to!

I watched and i am not searching . However, what if i was? Does being married define who a woman is? Have you also thought about those who watched as married people but are either divorced or widowed now?

Instead of society measuring a woman's achievement by her marital status, how about we channel same energy to ensuring she finds personal fulfilment!

I actually don't see anything wrong in this. If as a lecturer I can handle multiple courses in multiple universities ....why not? If for example, I have multiple degrees in different fields (Computer Engineering and Mathematics) and I lecture Computer Science at one university and the other University requires a lecturer in Mathematics ...if they appoint me, I would gladly take it so far as it does not clash with my lecture schedules in the first university.
There is nothing wrong except that you have to be a Full staff in only one institution and a part time lecturer in the 2nd. What IPPIS will curb is being entitled to full pay from both university.
