First trimester-not something I couldn’t cope with. Had my last shot of hepatitis vaccine before getting to know about the pregnancy, scared something might go wrong.
Second trimester- started exercising mainly walking
Third trimester- increased the walking duration, included some other pregnancy exercises, ate right
39WEEKS 2 days- Dr- if labor doesn’t start on it’s own at 40 weeks, we opt for cs. I’m fine with that!
Next few days- Exercised more, danced, relaxed, anxious, prayed, sex and yet no sign of labor����
10/03(6.30pm)- checked in at the hospital, scared but still hopeful that labor will start.
11/03(7-30-9.00pm)dh and ds left. Alone. Nurse came to shave me. Had some cuts��. Slept
6-7am- had my bath, iv line was drawn, urine bag inserted. Painful �dh came around.
7-30-lost track of time- entered the theatre. Spinal epidural given, cut open, baby brought out, sewed back. Mixture of emotions, breathing exercise, singing choruses made me relaxed.
No time zone- recovery, shaking with uterine contraction. Didn’t blive I will survive it!!
12/03- moved to another room, pumped with so many infusions and injections. Arrgh-women are strong!!!!
13/03- started having post operative headache!!! Never had that before,wasn’t prepared for how painful it is.
Lots of fluid, lying on the back helped.
14/03- still in the hospital, baby latched on well, engorged breast, headache but improving!!!!
15/03- hopefully will be discharged!!
NB- don’t be scared, u can do it!!! U are stronger than you think.
Baby came out with a 6th finger

So this is about weird pregnancy symptoms. For me, during first trimester, d smell of myself made me nauseous, as in I could actually smell my private part especially if I’m on only pants or I’m urinating, d thing was really odd and embarrassing but second trimester saw the end of it. I also hated the smell of pepper and boiled meat, I could tolerate other odors. Nw in third trimester, things Jst keep slipping off my hands! From key to book to biro, phone, watch name it. When I pick something I hv to make a conscious effort not to drop it, it is kind of funny and weird! So what are some of your strange pregnancy symptoms

You're right Cappo,this is actually our week of supernatural delivery.I saw"Show"A day before yesterday and since then the contraction has been on and off.I went to the hospital today only to be told I am 2cm,I was advised to go back home and do some exercises.I pray it end in Praise,I have literally murdered sleep presently and it's affecting me.I will appreciate if any sabi mama can advice me on the right exercise or what to take to quicken contraction.I am ready to do anything,it's like walking is not helping me at all.I have been walking more than two hours since Last month ending.

Please mama's in the house. I bought I gint flask. Someone told me before using it. I need to boil hot water and Pour it inside the flask. leave it for 24 hours. Then pour it away. It will make it to last longer. Please any ideas. Help a sister to avoid mistake.

That is true and i did that. Another thing is don’t forget to pour it away before it turns cold, then anytime i want to use the flask, I pour a little boiled water, close d lip for like a minute or two, pour that away, then pour the remaining water in the flask and till today d flask is in an excellent condition

Please mamas that had CS delivery when did you take your first proper bath. I can't remember when I bath for my first baby and I also forgot to ask my doctor.

This is my 3rd week without bathing because I don't want story that touch. The heat here in Abuja is crazy I need that bath badly.

I think u need to hv a bath. My plaster was removed less than 2weeks and i had a bath then. If possible, confirm frm ur doctor.

This is totally unbelievable, i was also a catholic but to me this is false. In the Catholic Church, u don't even need ur parents to get married, u need godparents cos they believe any body of marriageable age can make decisions even though they encourage parental consent which is vital to d success of the marriage. That they will not buty ur parent in d church cos of the decision u took and banning ur parents frm attending ur wedding is totally unbelievable as much as I don't want to term u a liar, my dad is a marriage counselor, he attended my wedding even though it wasn't a catholic wedding, he advised but left me to make my decision and he is still a marriage counselor till date in the Catholic Church. Lilybestie the 8th day thingie is biblical.
My son was circumcised on day 2.
I believe the older the babies get, the more pain they feel.

Though biblical, there is also a scientific theory that found out that enzymes necessary for blood coagulation which is very important in the healing process increases btw day 5-7 and have its peak on the 8th day, u kno God is full of wisdom.
