You dont need foreign affairs only ministry of education if you have authenticated your document at ministry of education just go to the embassy

wip7: You may have to register for next semester and have your student certificate scan to you. You will need to take this to the embassy and you have to inform your university to send copies to embassy and Ercan Immigration.
