I can feel your pain from inside. I was once there also, I used to masturbate also betting. I may my 2020 resolution on 31 December 2019 not to engage in both act again. It was hard but with determination you can do it, always have these sayings in the back of your mind "if others can do it (stopping masturbation and betting ) I can do it more better " .
