It is not customary to pay for job in Canada, and with the current demand for Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA), if someone tells you they are being sold for $5,000, then that smaller price alone is a bigger red flag but under normal situation You should not need to pay anyone for a job, and it's important that we convey the truth to our community. Some nigerians will arrive in Canada on visit visa and claim asylum to receive a work permit, but then falsely tell their friends back home that they changed their status to a work permit. Unfortunately, 98% of nigerian who come to Canada on visit visa hoping to obtain an LMIA and switch to a work permit either get scammed or end up claiming asylum ..with the current job situation in canada if any company throw advert for 20 health care job ,l can assure you that they will see over 100 applicant with full work permit tomorrow at their office doorstep so i leave the gambling to you to accept the fact or see it as discouragement on your lmia chase as others do and later get stranded on the asylum route.

Well, my mother in law got her visa stamped dis week and we didn't even bother to ask for her bank statement as we clearly stated in the invitation letter that we would sponsor all her expenses.
In the box for how much was available we put $10,000.
If you feel it's needed, by all means go ahead Ma.

Your dad need to have a tie back in Nigeria, like landed documents, his pension account

please I have tried study route, admission not forth coming. so I used a visiting visa. now I was given a visitor's visa, but I plan to convert to study visa when I get there. I don't know if anyone here has done that before .
wanted to know if police report and medical report will be needed when am already in their country and also the compulsory short course needed to apply for a study for international student on visiting visa where it can done.

Check Egypt air and Ethiopian airlines. They both have cheap flights. I also saw KLM cheaper than those two but only 1 23kg bag allowed and one stop. So if you are not coming with much luggage, check them out.
