I think our problem is that we didn't really focus on a specialization in school, we were kinda trained for research.

If you want a job in the field so bad, seek further qualifications or certification, I'm afraid a BSc Biochemistry is not enough

You said Many catholics.... The last time i checked 'Many' is not equal to 'all'.
I will never coax any body to bcome/remain a catholic..I am a catholic by conviction. If you feel your conviction isnt satisfied, then who am I to convince you?

All I know is this: I know the Lord I serve in truth and in spirit. Thanks to the catholic church.

The same Jesus who died for the penticostals died for the catholics...same wit the miracles/prayer answered. No Church hold that as a 'monopoly'.

Bro, I want to be a true Christian in catholic church. But the Word there is weak. I got more conscious of building a relationship with God when I visited another church, just the preaching for that day gave me a serious rethink. I came back to my catholic church and I wasnt feeling it. I really want to get close to God in catholic not just observing catholic rituals and doctrines. Christianity is way deeper than that.

Bro. I suggest u get more specific here. That the Parish u attend isnt 'spirit-filled' doesnt make other catholic parishses the same.

A sunday mass in my place(when i was at Niger state).... Used to be like a prayer meeting!!! When I came down to Ibadan...same cannot be said of my current parish.

Does that mean that all catholic church parishes are the same...NO they are not. Yet...the power at work in me has not for once left me!!!.

It is not because you did not pay your tithe. Rather is the economic condition in the country. Though is good to pay tithe, because the benefit and blessing attached is enourmous. I believe am not the only one with this question at heart. I Therefore implore all nairalanders who have information about job openings at ibadan to please share such info here. You will definately be helping a soul.

He may have honest reasons to have axd the question. The issue was the picture he might hv painted when he axd the question.

To me it looked like he was after the pay than getting the job.

At times its best you allow things play out by themselves.

Thanks God I came across this post, 2012/2013 I did intern job with an NGO, based on my performance during the period my colleague went for annual leave I took up both responsibilities, as a result of this my supervisor called me to his office and promised that he will write a justification when my one year contract expires which he did, and the white Lady who is the country director refused with excuses that she doesn't want the position to be permanent, that was how I lost that job, l heard last year before she finally left Nigeria she asked my supervisor and four other staff to resign.

Within that period a particular organization invited me twice for an interview which I turned down, busy doing my job and hoping I have a job already, but the reality was ugly. Laughed.

Please go resume that JOB.
