It's a day I would devote to tell my loved one how she is special 2 me _{doesn't mean the only day} . Also, love should be expressed and shown evryday and not special days/holidays.

You might wanna try checking out northwest airline(1800-225-2525); because they gave me the cheapest deal when travelling to Nigeria during March/April 2006 ($1135). The price varies from season to season, like the period you want to go might be OK for you according to the price range you posted. Xmas time is pretty expensive.
