GloriousGbola: i think you are assigning to much power and influence to an opportunistic religious fanatic with a very narrow sphere of influence
but i guess we can just agree to disagree Opportunistic religious fanatic? Show me where another Muslim in the APC hierarchy has condemned what he said, and i would agree with you. The man said it, and everywhere has been silent till now. Like i said days back, what he said is bigger than what we all are arguing about. |

GloriousGbola: i beleive the root of tis is that e-rufai is bragging that because tinubu won on a muslim muslim ticket the deal is sealed and it can happen over and ver again.
and i am saying that Tinubu built the alliances over 20 years. and everyone knows Tinubu is a nominal muslim at best. no one was even 100% certain the northern governors would come through. every other day Farooq Perogi was saying the north would betray tinubu because he could not recite Surathul Fathia.
having kaduna on lockdown as a religious bigot does not mean you can expand same. You are the one talking about alliances and North and South. He simply said nothing about it. I don't know why you keep typing this. Mallam said "He wants to put and end to the politics of Christianity in Nigeria". The man's cause is to make Islam dominant in power. Even if it is two Southern Muslims that rule after Tinubu, he is satisfied. "He wants to put an end to the politics of Christianity forever". Those were his words. |

GloriousGbola: if you actually take time to follow my posts i have consitently said that wike is too radioactive because of his utterances. forget being backstabbed by tambuwal - there is no way pdp would have given him the ticket. it is however quite possible that if this admin shows signs of giving him an appointment, those clips will also start flying around on twitter and social media And if it starts flying, what happens? Akpabio once accused Senators of being beneficiaries of NDDC contracts. Today, the same senate wants him to be SP If after 8 years, Elrufai wants to be president, the only people that would be pissed are Christians; the exact same people he didn't need their votes to win I think you guys are deliberately trying to avoid his point |

GloriousGbola: the north alone cannot win an election. this has been demonstrated with buhari multiple times. and that was with buhari who had cult popularity . imho el rufai is running his mouth. Elrufai is talking about religion, you are talking about geo location. |

GloriousGbola: are you really comparing el rufai with tinubu?
as they say edo no be lagos - kaduna no be nigeria.
what was el rufai doing in the 8 years after he left office before he joined apc? I am not comparing anybody to anybody I am simply telling you that as long as an ex governor has the structure of his state in his pocket, he cannot be in the wilderness. Elrufai was not a governor, before he joined APC |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 10:38am On Jun 08, 2023 |
GloriousGbola: if tinubu had any plans to absorb him as a part of his cabinet, he has successfully torpedoed those plans. the man was in the political wilderness for 8 years after obj left. now he is casting himself back into the same wilderness.
the same way they would never have given wike noimination for all those rivers is a christian state noise, is the same way apc or any other party will never give him nomination either. Tinubu left office in 2007, and never took any appointment till 16 years later.Yet, he was not in the wilderness. The man has successfully developed his strategy to always win Kaduna, and he now has Kaduna in his pockets, but somehow, he is casting himself into the wilderness The same man is now telling you his party has successfully developed a strategy to win and retain power....Keep playing the religious card. As long as APC wins with the Mu-Mu ticket continously, he remains relevant. Which appointment wan pass this one, abeg? |

Same way Ambode did his utmost best to sully fasholas reputation when it was time to appoint ministers. Na own goal/unforced error. Get who? This video has been for days, and APC as a party has not come out to condemn it No Tinubu, Shettima or even Party’s chairman statement on it. Only a CAN chapter president and Shehu Sani has made any statement on it. It is you who thinks Elrufai wants an appointment. He is simply telling you what they did to win. I still don't understand what the unforced error is. |

Itsrm: This post reminds me of something. A security man when I work heard GTB gives loans after 6 months to salary account holders. He moved his salary account to GTB.
After 6 months, he tried applying for a loan and was denied. Went to the bank to find out what happened and they told him he had an unpaid loan with Fidelity bank.
He went to Fidelity, repaid the loan, collected letter of indebtedness, tried applying for the loan again and he still wasn't granted.
He went back to GTB and they confirmed he has other unpaid loans with Carbon, Lcredit, Fairmoney and one other app I can't remember now.
When I asked him why he was owing so much, he said he thought he can collect the money and get away with it since the worst they can do is send messages to people on his contact list. It's not like they can physically meet him to request for the loan.
This guy is not alone, there are many others like him With your BVN, and loan you take would be attached to your data. When i worked in the bank, before we give you a loan, we would spool a report to know your credit history. So that report will show all the loans you have collected from every registered financial institution. Na why i pity people wey dey collect Opay loan, come throway sim card. They don't know when that bad debt would turn around to bite |

Emmynator: I remember when I was in secondary school, it was a federal government boarding school, we were engaged in Olympiad competition, I was one of the best students in mathematics, in my school, so I chose mathematics. I passed the first stage and was preparing for the second stage, I read seriously for it with our regular mathematics textbook, only for me to get to the venue of the second stage, and I saw other students from posh schools holding a particular textbook, i asked someone to let me look at it, and it was an Olypiad mathematics textbook, the person told me that how come I am not aware of it, that their school provided the contestants with all the necessary materials, tutoring, textbooks, past questions etc. While my school only provided us transportation to the venue I wrote the exam and most of the questions were beyond the scope of our regular textbooks, I nearly cried that day, all the effort and sleepless night was a waste.

patrickmuf: I am not the reason your tribesman lost so, channel your frustration to Yakubu.
As one of the most disingenuous fellow here, you are trying to score cheap points but it is your headache. I did not vote for obvious reasons and I have no regrets...One thing is certain though, even if I had voted I wouldn't have voted for the one you were not too confident to stand behind in the heat of the moment... I really am not interested in who you voted for. I have not said anything about any candidate, but since hypocrisy is one of your core characters, I wasn't surprised you typed that. Did you vote? Absolutely no. So, don’t come with that hypocritical dance of wanting good governance. You and good governance are like parallel lines; you can't meet and have no business with it. A man who wanted good governance would go and vote. You didn't. So don't throw shades at them when they complain. They earned that right. I don't know how this is too much to ask for, or why you are pained. |
