What is their story exactly?

I don't understand how that man has stayed single for that long and his church members are not worried about his marital status. Doesn't his church elders see him frolicking with single women and get concerned about it?

I also learnt this man Apostle Selman is also not married and just planning to get married despite being well advanced in age. Shey their church members don't get worried that they counsel married couples and pray for singles to get happily married but they themselves are still found wanting as far as the marriage institution is concerned.
Na dem start the church nau. Who be Elder?

I am hearing Pastor Chris had a first wife, and divorced her.

Make e marry Doris, abeg.

Reading the infamous " May this administration favor me and my family prayer " in the context of this discussion now, it is clear that the whole thing was coined with the thought that the government will be run on favoritism but we didn't get it on time.
That's the favor na.

He's your ADC, even as a Colonel. So why rush to promote him again? What kind of message do we even send to promising soldiers who truly are laying their lives for Nigeria?

The Colonel in Sambisa will need to suffer, still go through course and write exam. The one enjoying exotic SUVs, gets promoted twice in a year.

Almost all the predictions I made about the man Tinubu has come to pass

I predicted if he's voted into power, his presidency will normalize nepotism and favoritism. All that has been happening but this particular one tops them all.

https://www.nairaland.com/8581214/controversy-tinubus-adc-nurudeen-yusuf

He is literally disregarding the rules and norms to favor his own beloveds. So he promoted his military aide twice in a year while disregarding the norms in the military and displaying total disregard for whatever other military men may feel about the abberation.

PS : Ye Political hallelujah boys that may want to quote this post to yarn okpata in defense, please don't bother. I won't waste my time trying to read what anybody write to defend favoritism.
I want to defend him nau grin

Please, respond to me...

I can just imagine what would be going through the minds of other colonels...

This was exactly why I spoke out the other time about people in authority going out with their subordinates. Most women will see a pastor telling them to leave their marriage as a direct order and prophecy from God. A pastor fornicating and have sexual images yet his church will still be packed to the brim filled with gullible worshippers. Nigerians and pastor worshipping is a very sickening phenomenon.
Omoh. I really feel for her ex husband.

Wait I want to get something here . That Pastor they call Dr Chris Okafor just wants to get married ? Like he’s not been married for years ? I no really understand .

I’ve been seeing that guy’s poster on buses as far back as 10 years ago or more sef , so I’m assuming he’s been a pastor for longer years .

Is it not strange that he’s just getting married considering his age and his profession as a pastor ?

I think apart from Rev Fathers who took a sacred vow not to get married , a normal pastor should be married on time to reduce the chances of them sleeping with multiple women under their pastoral influence .
I'm surprised to hear that he is single.

And I am also not surprised if some sisters have been chopped

In the US, some states carry more electoral college votes than others. I don't know the calculation they used. But a state like Abuja and Lagos should carry more political weight than bayelsa or ebonyi or gombe. If we go with education criteria, then it's logical. You can't have a state where their cut off mark in Unity school across the federation is 2 carry the same weight as other states with 132 or 139. It shows the discrepancy in Level of literacy.

America got their independence in 1776, but na August, 1920 when their constitution allowed women to vote in an election. 144years gap.
The person you quoted said Rich people should only be allowed to vote

Democracy just like religion have stages. You cannot skip stage one, jump to stage three.
In the West they naturally passed all the stages of democracy.
There was a time in Britain, US, France etc where franchise were vested on the people based on your wealth & educational qualifications.
Even in the present AMERICA, they still have something called "Electoral College Votes". You can win the highest number of votes yet still lose the election.
What part of Electoral College votes stops the poor from voting?

Tinubu - 8,000,000 votes
Atiku - 6,000,000 plus
Obi - 6,000,000
Fraudiu - 1,900,000

If 8,000,000 poor Nigerians voted Tinubu, who voted the others?? The Rich?

You can be married to a lady, not knowing you're the side husband.

She got married to a guy, and the Pastor told her to leave, and she left. Imagine the level of emotional damage she left that guy in.

Zimbabwe has introduced new rules that force foreign-owned businesses in certain sectors to give up most of their ownership to local citizens within three years. From December 2025, affected businesses must hand over 75% control to Zimbabweans by 2028 or shut down or leave the country. The law mainly affects small, everyday businesses such as salons, bakeries, transport services, retail shops, and artisanal mining, which are now reserved for locals. Large foreign investors can still operate if they invest large amounts of money and employ over 100 Zimbabweans. While sectors like banking and large-scale mining remain open, the government says the move is meant to empower ordinary Zimbabweans—though critics fear it could drive investors away.
