Jamestown123: A small sections of yeye Nigerians defends criminals, it's been done like that in the whole world. They must be a small section of people who believes that those criminals aren't real criminal. And hey, just so you know. Your top 6 cities has been listed as the top most cities infested by criminals. South Africans are known for real crimes. Oh tah dah! Show me a foreign country full of SA criminals like how yours are rotting in every prison in the world..I'll wait,oh man I WILL FUCKING WAIT. SA criminals are a headache of SA,we don't set them loose to go bother other countries like you do...the difference🙅 |

They brag about those doctors and engineers in the US and suddenly their tribes don't matter anymore? as Soon as Someone is caught trafficking though... it's oh! no no he's not Nigerian he's Igbo" like we care! 😁 The hypocrisy is so astounding lol. |

Jamestown123: I'm not against the SA police or anyone in south Africa, that caught a criminal and decides to persecute them. Most of us are against the senseless killings and jealousy of your fellow blacks, especially the successful ones. You don't mean to tell me every Nigerian in SA is a criminal do you? So tell my why when little sh*ts happens all what you see is black businesses to destroy and burn? Go after criminals, and stop harassing innocent people who are living peacefully and conducting their businesses legally. I just want to start by saying that no one is jealous of Nigerians, knock that shit out of your head. Yes I agree, not every Nigerian is a criminal or a drug dealer but after years of reading twitter and Nairaland and seen how even the so-called "good" Nigerians have been defending their criminals? Man I can't help but wonder if there's a Nigerian out there who at one point hadn't thought about engaging in criminal activities just in case whatever good path they were on didn't bear any fruits. It's like they defend criminals because they know one day they might 'have' to pursue the criminal lane. So how are we supposed to extinguish the 'good one' from the 'bad apples' when you are giving us the impression that all of you think like this? |

ganilas007: My first night I Woke up in morning to see there is no water waited till around 5pm when we went to buy those bottle those water for bathing and it like 2-3 times within 7days I spent there. if not for the inverter we will be staying at least 8hrs without light everyday because once there take the light around 6pm-7pm there don’t bring it till around 1-2am next day. You think everyone is like you that come to a trend and be typing cooked story. You will be fine Damn I didn't mean to hit the nerve, you even had to fetch pictures to show😁 And this proves what? That you didn't lie about going for 5 days without water and electricity? You also insinuated that South Africans like to claim that their electricity is never taken away.Loadshedding has been with us since 2008 and everytime there was a scheduled loadshedding we were informed before hand.We even have apps on our phones to check the schedules and areas that will be affected.I had one myself but I deleted it since my area hasn't had one loadshedding since the beginning of 2024 You are trying to disprove a claim no South African under the sun has made.We are not a perfect country and we are very much aware of that fact,so what claim are you trying to debunk that we have made? Just say you flew in as a foreigner with no clue of how things are,,maybe, just maybe we could have had a polite exchange. |

KingCold: That's why other countries when they ban Nigerians, they ban anyone who has a Nigerian passport, Those who don't commit crimes tend to be apologetic for their criminals.. And the funny thing is that it's usually the "good ones" that get all butthurt when their criminal brothers face the music - talking 'bout "oh please don't generalise us,we have produced doctors and engineers too" lol,and so?? Then why is it that everytime we deal with the criminals the first people flying in with superhero capes on is ALWAYS the "doctors and engineers"? Why always defending and making the most pathetic excuses for them? Is it because criminality will be a backup plan just in case the "doctor and egineer" career hit a brick wall?🤔😏 |

KingCold: They tribalize these offenses because there's no solidarity among them, but the outside world doesn't work like that..do you think Thai police care if a South African criminal is Xhosa, Tswana, or Pedi? We're tired of hearing the same IPOB excuse, they must just call their countrymen to order regardless of their tribe. Facts right there. We South Africans understand that there is no Zulu,Tswana,or Sotho passport - only a South African passport. If we let anyone from our country (regardless of tribe or region) commit crimes while travelling with OUR passport a great disservice is done on all of us and the entire country, not just a specific region or tribe. What's so hard for Nigerians to get a about this It's like we speaking calculus and astrophysics...jeez |

Open the market and let ppl that want to fvup thru life so it in peace instead of instigating all the accompanying violence that comes with the high margins due to regulation only killing and stealing should be illegal like the Bible says You can't legislate morality Just look at the type of mentality that the Nigerian society breeds ,and ya'll expect civilised countries to be comfortable with this type of degenerate mindset around? zebszebs: Now you understand why South Africans hate the sights and sounds of Nigerians.
They even have a derogatory term for us, "Jollofs".
And the painful thing is that outside of Nigeria, to someone who isnt Nigerian, they dont understand tribes, they dont differentiate between what tribe or the other.
Once they have an unpleasant experience with a Nigerian, they tar other Nigerians with the same brush.
Yet, the average "Nigerian" a foreigner might have encountered is most likely (85%) to be from the South East.
So good or bad, the average South Easterner is the typical ambassador for who Nigerians/Nigeria are/is.
At this point, they should do better.
👊👊 I have said this over and over again but everytime I did I was accused of being IPOB and that time I am a South African who has never even been to Nigeria 😂 I tried tell them that tribalising these offences instead of calling their fellow men to order does not help and oh boy they wouldn't hear it. |

Send him back to SA, I trust them to deal with him better there. Nah,we'll let you handle this one.Stack him up with the rest of Kirikiri societal degenerates. The South African prison space is fully booked with our own local and alien criminals. The ball🏀 is in your court. |

Lionessza6: The funny thing is that if a Nigerian woman walked up to them, flirted and asked them for their numbers, they'd not be this flattered, they'd brand her an olosho but if it's a foreign woman, she ain't a hoe at all, she's only appreciating the "swag" LMFAO.
I noticed this behaviour with people from such countries as Nigeria especially the religious ones, if you make small talks or you're being playful with them , they equate this to sexual advances. They don't get that people in liberal countries people are conditioned to be open minded and engaging and obviously when you're *strange* you'll receive more attention (both negative and positive. ). If you put a Zulu girl in her beads and send her to buy you a loaf of bread in a busy supermarket in Manchester city, she definitely would attract a lot of attention and engagements. "Did you put these beads together by hand ". "Are there no human rights for you in your country, why don't they allow the females to *dress properly * " etc. This is normal when you look out of place or should we say *interesting*....nothing to do with some imagined swag. This is very different from when she is performing at a lion king's theatre show and she is working with a British cast and one of them engages her after the show and asks her out ...she probably wouldn't be so defensive here compared to if some random sweaty white man approaches her at the supermarket to ask for her number .
They lack exposure and appreciation of real diversity that's why they make up all these make believe stories about foreign women"rushing them" . Yes,They also call their own women oloshos for demanding the basics but when a real foreign olosho demands more than what's reasonable they will grin from ear to ear and empty their wallets just to impress😏 They are not used to a social cohesive and expressive society like South Africa where people just strike conversations with just anyone. Our 'brodas' mistake a simple "hello,hi,sawubona, dumela" for sexual attraction and walk away wrongly assuming that somebody wants to take their panties off for them 😭😭😂 You know exactly how to diagnose these people,,lack of diversity is the real problem here. |

Lionessza6: Mr man, you're talking about engaging now? . Ofvourse people do engage random strangers in public especially if they seem out of place or look interesting, weird or both. For instance there were a bunch of Bolivians who came for a vacation in Cape town some months back, and they were wearing their colourful native wear with some similar facial features to ours but with long wavy hair. People were curious , some were approaching and asking them where they're from and even taking pics, this doesn't mean that we wanted anything more than that,we were just curious because we have never encountered such people before even though we have so many people from different parts of the world.
You can arouse people's curiosity by being at a certain location where people like you aren't a norm (without them actually wanting to jump your bones) . There's a thread on nairaland from a West African man who goes around Chinese villages and you can see the curiosity when they are engaging him ...its not like they're looking to be friends with him but his black skin and hair are an unusual sight for them so they all gathered around him to cure their curiosity...ain't none of them trying to exchange numbers with him because of his "swag" ....he is simple something they're not used to seeing in their region
With that being said; I find it very difficult to believe that white women who have something going for themselves or even poor ones with morals will walk up to a Nigerian man on random street and start engaging him with hopes of something more . I'm seriously struggling with that one , because not even a black American woman of that category will do that .
Now if you had said, you're part of a cycling, bowling club, etc or you work together and you talk on a regular ( small talk even) and then you invite he/she out for lunch or drinks , then your story would be believable. Their defenses are a bit down, and there's some sort of an established relationship and they have something to engage you on ( the hobby you share ). People are generally not very receptive in letting in people of different cultures into their circles and private lives that easily.. especially not people who have something to protect ...unlike the onlyfans, hookup girls etc who care about nothing else but fun , illicit sex and quick cash ...safety and reputation aren't a thing for that CALIBRE of females Do people really engage him or he's just fabricating stories to make the "swag" fable sounds believable😏 Hai I just can't😁 Even if he does get engaged by strangers what's the big deal there? Kanti batho ba ko Nigeria only speak to those they know ? As long as a stranger entertains you with small talks it's now taken for sexual advances |

Joy2dworldxyz: It was very easy for a white man to learn an African language in 1624, why? Because there was no other way he could communicate to the black man he wanted to colonize but the reverse is the case today....
But today we are taking back colonialism to the whites in some special way, that's why you hear words like brain drain.
If not for bad governance, I still remember that in the city of Eket and Port Harcourt in the 90s we were having a whole lot of white people living with us, this time not as colonial masters but as men and women seeking for greener pastures. But that has been reduced drastically by bad economy and insecurity. So brain drain is reversed colonisation?🙊 I don't even understand the rest of what you just said lol .like whaaaat |

KLEINBASS: This criminals are celebrated when they go back to Nigeria as role models , the dream of every Nigerian is to go overseas and send home money. Cyber crime in Nigeria is a career. Haven’t you seen even their ambassador in South Africa lacks intellectual intelligency. When they’re called out for their evil play they play victim on social medians claim xenophobia or racism. In china and Dubai Southern African people are respected with respect but Nigerians are alway treated with suspicious tone they never ask them selves why. They said thing is they have found ways of faking South African passport hence Ireland is considering cancelling our visa free access. Last time in France I met Nigerian claiming to be a South African , his accent gave him away and he was deported They are the real cancer,it starts with a tiny tumor and spread to become a real dilapitating,life-threatening desease. Apply that analogy to how they hijack clean sections of towns. It starts with one or two flat head(s) then before you know it he calls home to Makoko and Sambisa to invite his aunties, nephews and cousins. And it is always guaranteed the place in 5 years will be the most unlivable section of the city. The case is the same everywhere these people go. |
