Tufanja: Mmmm, I guess I am not much of a stick person. I am rather a rebel and a lawyer, both know that rules are there to break, sometimes for good reasons, especially when the enforcement is in the hand of corrupt leaders. I don't know this case so I dont wanna run to conclusions. Its one of my principles that I need to see all facts and do fact finding before I take position.
Yeah, I am okay. I arrived safely although i nearly missed my flight due to some stupid reasons. The studio I reserved from distance turned out very comfortable and on top location. I went for different great countryside outings and made nice new friends. Professionally, I am in the typical adaptation phase, which is not always easy, I have to settle in a new team and got already the first cultural clashes in style of doing things. Besides: - The level of english is not too well here, its difficult to work with and it gives easily misunderstandings - Yesterday I got the typical upset stomach syndrome and had to take on my second workday already a sick leave because of hanging upside down the toilet with food poisoning - I just spent 2 hours in the supermarket to do groceries because i cant read the labels on their products so it takes me ages to puzzle out what i am actually buying - I just spent another 2 hours boiling potatoes until I finally found out how the fireplace works on full force - ... so many more things...every foreign adventure on your own goes with a lot of challenges. Hows your side faring? You cook potatoes in the fireplace? You mentioned that you were in Brussels- I have been there once and the average Belgian spoke reasonable English. French is not too difficult to learn....however, hearing Dutch or German for the first time IRL can be unsettling. Also, you went to the countryside in the month of February? Freezing cold? wow. ======================= I'm happy that you mentioned the fact that enforcement of rules in the hands of corrupt leaders can be bad! |

I see that nobody bothered to reply your thread.
This "atheist twin in the womb" story has been debunked before on nairaland and many other forums. No one seems to want to revisit it again.
Joshthefirst, please ask yourself, how a baby would know where he is and what lies outside the womb. The same way how a man would know what lies outside the universe when he has never been there or seen it. |

Tufanja: Thanks for the winks, you have well understood I don't do Valentine. I celebrate love everyday .
Btw, I have never understand why atheist celebrate valentine's day at all... It is just tradition and a good excuse to have a couple's night. Anyone can celebrate it. Why do atheists celebrate Halloween or any festive day? Fun, family, partying. So don't be a sore loser. Just enjoy the day.......and if you're lonely.....use the vaseline |

Ebukaobi: Did you notice that all those fall into 2 categories- electronics and cars. US innovation is more diversified . Three U.S. Companies - Google Apple and Facebook are probably more profitable than all those companies you mentioned
The innovation output in Silicon Valley alone is probably higher than Japan these days. Just like her economy , Japanese innovation has stagnated
. Yeah, right |

Ebukaobi: It does not consider wider factors such as science and technology, innovation. For instance the U.S. Registers more patents than the whole of the EU combined. Most scientific solutions are driven by the U.S.
That is why I asked you how u came to that conclusion. HDI is just one index . A prosperous country is not necessarily a developed country Ironic that most of those solutions are originally from Japan/South Korea and largely produced in China. |

Ebukaobi: You don't need to be rude
HDI is just one index out of several indices that determine the level of development. There is no holistic framework that provides irrefutable evidence that Norway is more developed than the U.S.
I'm not trying to belittle your argument but advising that you need to weigh your statements a bit more carefully Please take your own advice and stop talking nonsense about what you dont know. The HDI uses many criteria and variables to determine the rankings. criteria such as -life expectancy -education level/literacy of citizens -standard of living etc |

KingEbukasBlog: You've not yet told me how the studies were done and whether you practice humanist spiritualism
As humanists, we see spirituality in human ingenuity, creativity and art. For instance, take music- just hearing a deep piano sound (horror movie soundtrack) can make you scared or a simple melody can make you happy. As for the studies.....well..........google na ur paddy. If you dont know how studies are don then...you should learn to read/research for yourself |

She deleted it recently out of shame after I copied and shared it with some of her christian friends Ishilove: suen osewa, you posted this crap here: https://www.nairaland.com/2557959/how-modrator#37404286

You think it is me you want to flex muscle with?? You tried it and you know how that ended. You want people to think you sacked me, and not the other way round, shey? You have added hypocrisy to the list of your very unsavoury character portfolio.

Ours is in Mowe, Ogun state, several miles away from Abuja. That was what I was addressing. Bros, read before you comment |

Mcowubaba: The problem i have with Agonistic Atheists is that the don't allow others to express their freedom of Religion.. Hw does Nigeria prioritizers Religion In our annual budget hw much is being allocated to Religious activities eh answer me oooo ?....
Oga religion or Christianity is not the cause of Africans' backwardness, the cause is Corruption, greed, incompetence, tribalism nd pettiness etc not Christianity or Islam...nd nor of this 2 major Religion supports this ills... So i don't knw hw u guys (atheists) always come up with a flawed logic,- relating Christainity as the reason for ur Governor not to carryout his constitutional duties If Winners chapel build new church una go talk say na the reason why Government neva pay salaries.. All the funds that are emblezzled by our leaders, pls do the bring them in bulk to Church or mosque No be Dubai, London, USA dem d cari de moni go? Nd foreign accounts nd assorted properties nd private jets.... I taya for this Atheist people self.. Nepa take light u blame TB joshua Trailer jam pikin, u blame Adeboye First of all there is sharia law in Nigeria which goes against the Nigerian constitution Second of all, Nigerians themselves prioritize religion alot Thirdly, the government until Buhari was wasting money on both xtian and islamic pilgrimage Also, people have been caught tithing money from stolen funds Churches and mosques spread a lot of dangerous misinformation- against condoms, against family planning, fake HIV cures etc So yes, religion is one of the many problems of Nigeria, along corruption and bad governance. |
