Modern democracy and secularism have eroded homophobia from culture. When you debate and push a homophobic Nigerian to defend his or her point, it will circle back to religion. Some will claim African culture is against it but then, point out that African culture is backward, and you will see the homophobe running to religion for defence.

Abortion is far more complicated than killing a child. A fetus is neither a child nor a baby. Any reproductive rights activist will tell you that abortion is never their first option. They only will see abortion as an option when other options (such as foster care, giving the child to granparents etc) are not available.

Furthermore, a lot of cultures were either in support or silent about homosexual relationships until christianity/islam came. A great example is greek culture.

Also, in this modern age, the notion of human rights is universally understood and religion has become a barrier to it. Almost all instances of homophobia is from a religious source- chiefly islam and christianity.

Homophobia is against human rights. Freedom of association and freedom of expression. A human being has a right to associate with anyone (except criminals/terrorists) and has a right to express his or her sexual orientation.

Alright alright alright. This latest MCU installment may not be as robust as other MCU marquee offerings, but it's got two things going for it: zippy energy and unconventional humor. The movie is disjointed and cluttered in parts, but it's also very entertaining, exciting and funny. It's not memorable, but a worthy palate cleanser (esp) after the much weightier Infinity Wars. Overall, it's a little step-up from the first "Ant-Man".

If Pimm's wife was in the quantum realm for 30 years, she should have gone mad or she would have become something less human.

It was established in the first movie that you lose your mind in the quantum realm if you stay just a short period. Even Pimm's himself lost his mind few minutes into the quantum realm when he went.

Secondly, how did the male villain even get to believe that he could stand a chance against the wasp or the ghost in stealing Pimm's lab or equipment after seeing them fight?


Or how Antman still had some strength after growing big, when it was established that he gets tired and sleeps for 3 days when he reduces?

I'm happy that Antman in Antman 2 started a security business and got his life back together. They also save Pimm's wife

I haven't watched the animation, but in all my years of watching animations, none comes close to the emotions displayed by humans and not cartoon characters.

In marketing classes, they tell you that people respond most to adverts that relates to them, hence, cartoon adverts will always get a less reaction to real life adverts.


I love cartoons but they cannot convey emotions as good as a human actor can.

Cartoons/animations are better suited for metaphorical and fictional stories.

See; lion king, little mermaid, animal farm (cartoon adaptation) etc

Angelina Jolie would've pulled off a masterpiece if he didn't portray the message in an animatiom form. Animating it took off majority of the pains and sympathy it would elicited from viewers.

For better understanding of what I mean, watch the various animations about the crucifixion of Christ, then watch The Passion of Christ by Mel Gibson. The difference in both portryals is wider than the development between America and Nigeria. Animation is the worst genre to portray stories like that. Everything would seem fake.

Ishilove lacks such sophistication to understand this.
