misspicy: common stop parambulating and acting like you don't get my point,am sure you did,you just want to lenghten your thread. i have been repeating myself that doing white collar job is not neccesarily about the money, its is more about what makes one happy, some ladies love to give care to sick ones, they become doctors, some ladies love to build, they become engineers and so on and so forth, right from childhood,we ask children, what they wish to become, are you telling me that if your female child wants to become a doctor, you will not train her? will you unschool her just because you expect her husband to set her up in business because female should not be career minded?
btw read my first post where cutehector asked for my opinion and stop defending your insecurities, its not as if you have the 15million i like this, especially the last part. Evidence of the 15million before I crack my brain on this. |

misspicy: lol,so you are through with your woman wrappering
well to your question,am more of a business oriented person,i love to be in charge of money making venture,so i will rather go for the 15million setup, use it,make my profits and return the capital to my husband,so the business can be solely mine,we all need someone to get up there,if it comes in the form of a husband, why not? i concur with all you said except about ''business solely yours''. Really? I smell planning and scheming in case of a divorce. Feministic IMO. SMH. |

Not every lady is born with an iron spoon. Some have seen money that it doesnt freak them, except billions. |

RichyRodman: I once dated a girl driving a car am not intimidated she got so used to the car that she can't walk 20 meters to go buy call creadit or 50 meters to go buy grilled fish around the corner, men are naturally intimidated by ladies driving, and such ladies can't date a man that's not driving because she has set a standard for herself and any man that doesn't meet this set standard is not qualified to date her. Am not saying its wrong for a spinster to be driving rather it reduces her chances of getting married by 50% but I can assure u ladies driving have less chances athen she'll lie on bed in the night and be crying to God for husband, why I didn't end up with her was that she has a temper that when it rises it may need God himself to cool her down. Ladies on big salaries tend to want a car,its normal, but if she's humble, decent and friendly she'll definitely meet a husband,I hope to meet someone like that either she's driving or not,but the truth remains that ladies driving are less likely of meeting a potential husband than ladies that jump buses! HOHA my dear, you are correct. There are lots of potential suitors in those buses. If she drives too, she have eliminated other potential suitors that would have stopped her while walking on the street and striked up conversation with her in the usual ''Excuse me, miss. I am Romeo. Can I meet you?'' |

Osarieme415: If owning a car will drive away men with frail egos who would wish her to be subservient, then it is a good thing . Emancipate yourself from mental slavery in the coming year. Merry Xmas you actually sound more of a feminist in the above post. Feminist thinks about the wellbeing of females only, like getting a car, a married woman using her salary (with or without telling her husband) to build a mansion in her father's compound. P. S. I think feminists have their work cut out for them. You need their tutelage I am a realist. I have seen a family of 5 unmarried pretty ladies. The youngest is 40 already. The hustle is real. Every lady needs a man. Those cosmetic young ladies then who scammed men looking for love and fail to secure a husband much later shouldnt turn feminists. |

Osarieme415: @Op,please buy a car. In fact, a G-wagon if you like. Buying a car will only chase away weak, insecured and inadequate men, and trust me you don't need such kind of men. What nonsense!( I am a guy, and I am even angry sef.) Because you are a DICKson (a boyish man or a manish boy), you wont understand. you will understand if you are a single lady in her late twenties or early thirties. I dont claim to know all but it seems you lack experience to advice in an African setting. |
Family › Re: No To Getting A Car Because Am Single by jackpot(f): 9:20am On Dec 27, 2015 |
fuckerholic: Now listen to me and listen good.. Mark my word today.. I advice you not to buy the car..reasons. It will scare away potential suitors from you.now some will say that those suitors it will scare away doesn't deserve you but its a lie.most of them are potential millionaires but yet to make it and as such trying to it their coat according to their size. Its not intimidation but reason.why do you think guys will hide their identity most times while approaching a lady, its because they want to find a true love.cars will attract the good bad and the ugly in disguise which may not be same without car.see no matter your level of humility and goodness as a car owner, people and men will see it as mechanical and not genuine and that you are trying to fake it so as to appear good.finally these are the result With car you will attract career men which are very few and with there is low possibility of even tighing the nut with them. Gold diggers who will tell you all manner of lies and disappear after messing with you.
Without car you have higher chance of marriage and to a true love who you may be richer than by far or a little bit..but with whom you both can work together to make it big and he will ever be grateful, value and always appreciate and be their for you.
My candid advice if you are my sister is..don't get the car yet because your miracle (hubby) may be on the way already Sow willing seeds in church, but pls dnt let it be under compulsion as it doesn't work that way.look down in your church or mosque and figure out where help is needed before you sow. Visit motherless babies homes, charity organizations, less privileged, orphans and widows.do this with a particular petition in your mind to God and see miracle.but if you are pressed to buy a car out of constraint then buy a very low key car so that it will be so obvious that it is not for luxury and don't let it look as if your life is dependent on the car, ie..ride it at choice/will. Dont mind those telling you to buy it without opening your eyes to the pros and con's in it. Look you still have a lot of years ahead to enjoy yourself more other than now. BUY THE FUTURE ! op listen to words of wisdom |

litaninja: You need a car? Get a blood.y car. Most guys who are particular about theirs' don't want anyone ( including bae) to drive them. If a guy is avoiding you because you have a car....he's not the ONE. For those that say suitors will run away....biko, all these babe wey no get car but still dey single nko? Abegi... the secret is that most ''African'' guys will see her as a lady that might be difficult to please and control. There is also this subtle fear that she might even tell the guy that she doesnt need him much, after all, she is made. |

Excellent7:
Many people are wearing masks, you need time, smartness and some patience to see the real person(s). Without this incident, you can imagine the speed the Dad will have used to give her away to you in marriage if you had asked for her hand in marriage, thus outsourcing their family problem. Of course they will be waiting for your tales of woe with their daughter (knowing you will surely come when you see) and the carefully prepared with standard palliative answers that does not touch the problem but turn your life to a nightmare (e.g. be patient with her, she will change, no marriage is always sweet,). Sharp guy, Congrats you just smartly dodged a bullet! my friend have been through that too. Both parents were literally pushing for her to accept the proposal. She is not working but already demanded he relocate to a choice city (triple house rent to be borne by him alone) far from his place of work (which he accepted halfheartedly). She is still in her early twenties and she is beautiful. She feels that there is still time to experiment. My friend was thanking God that she pulled the plug too. It would have been tough. Her demands were out of this planet, even though she was born with an iron spoon. This is a lady that will suck you dry (with little or no romance) and immediately you mention marriage, will dump you and jump on the next available ship |

As a matter of fact, it was my reply to a someone's post few months ago titled "I will kill myself on wednesday" The rationale behind making it a thread is the fact that it attracted over 60 likes as well as encouraging people going through similar ordeals at the moment so you need to recheck. kweenkong: In as much as I agree with you, the lady needs to show a bit of commitment to the relationship. It's not about her money, even if she doesn't want to use her she can collect from the guy and buy for the house. There are many ways to skin a cat. I know a couple and that was how the woman started and it continued into the marriage. Four years after marriage she collected money for blender she bought while her husband was away and still inflated the price.
Marriage is our thing, the house, the property, everything inside is ours so it is a joint effort. Investments is not only, time and effort. I think the issue is she is not showing any signs of preparing for a married life.
Before I got married I didn't have any money to buy stuffs but I was always excited to window shop send my husband the pictures and price and wish we could get it. When he got my husband went behind my back bought some and surprised me. It just showed to him that I was preparing for a life with him but I was hindered by money.
Just maybe he should talk to her one more time for the sake of there love.
Merry Christmas I need a spouse that reasons to some extent like you, and not a cosmetic one. |
