Second of all only the national assembly can, cos that will be a constitutional amendment, so meet ur senators to pressure the Senate, not disobeying the law
Your presidiot can't implement it but he can archive it ? grin

Our ND has been given a lot but d fo.olish leaders der are our biggest problem, na dem NDA suppose dey bomb their house not pipelines.
Refer to my post where I quoted Flet and one other guy.

Here is a simple analogy , You have a family where everything including your land was forcefully taken away from you by a stronger family and each time you make any noise to get it back they maim ,kill and imprison you and the noise gets louder ,they try to empower the loudest noise makers among you and peace returns and after that generation the suffering becomes unbearable and they continuously settle the loudest noise makers and each time anyone refuses that sort of settlement they simply kill them and damn the consequences but right now I'm seeing a new set of agitators that has nothing to lose or gain hence the application of violence.

The only language that these people that arranged this skewed pattern of unitary system of Governance will understand perfectly is the use of violence and damn the consequences too. After all you don't go about fighting without sweating.

Nigeria is a big fraud and it must be renegotiated or dismantled by any means necessary.

On the highlighted it is a big yes, explain how a mulitnational recruits from Lagos only to tell you that you can't fit in because they are done with recruitment .

Explain how a region up North allocated oil blocs to themselves under the guise of Military rule which they carried over to a lopsided democratic arrangement where they are clearly the majority when my Geography taught me that population growth is always higher as you get closer to the ocean.

Slavery isn't about being shackled and tied to a place while doing your master's bidding - Economic slavery is real and must be stopped because we bear the consequences of oil exploration and exploitation ,we deserve it all and give to whoever we wishes to.

I have been noticing your call for the annihilation of the Niger Delta people for supposedly protecting the avengers when they are going about their businesses, but here is the deal - Your Government can't do nothing. Buhari is already aware that the game is over ,I'm also aware that you know what Atiku said recently.

Right now , your Govt has it right between his balls and his anus - Any move in show of force in the Niger Delta will be the final nail on the coffin of Nigeria.

Now lets face it.... Nigeria as we know it have gone to the dogs. Balkanization is imminent unless we salvage it through True Federalism.
Maybe Buhari is the man needed to help grind Nigeria to a halt where True federalism becomes attractive to hard sworn opponents.

Who in his right senses would ever think force would restore crude production in the Niger Delta. Both History and common sense has proven its impossible to increase oil production in the face of insurgency. Even the major oil companies cannot continue production amidst explosions and crossfires. The more Buhari mobilizes warships, gunboats and military to the region, the more the IOCs evacuates their personnel and services from the region.

What is so hard about understanding that there is no hope for a united Nigeria without True Federalism? What is wrong with the black man?
The problem with the black man is the after effect of colonization where some region see themselves as the custodian of a particular country where their political and economic views must hold sway even if it is not for the greater good of the country.

Until some regions stop seeing themselves as the house master and the slave driver in country that was created for administrative purpose then I'm afraid that we will have no choice than to do this through the barrel and the nozzle of the gun - Nigeria has a date with destiny.

For all those shouting bomb the Niger Delta ,I pity you all.

If any Federal Govt bomb should go off in the Niger Delta - The Niger Delta concerned citizens will ensure that bombs must go off in Abuja and Lagos on our own terms, after all those cities were built with the black gold that abounds in the Niger Delta.

True the Niger delta has being neglected

but if the truth most be told our so called leaders has failed us

imagine asari dokobo decided to go to Benin rep to build a university

if we must blame others of stealing from us, we need to blame ourselves too

I hope the govt and d avengers would negotiate and the money that would be provided would not end in private accounts but used to develop the land
Asari Dokubo and co are not leaders but opportunists who used the suffering of their people to enrich themselves.

The Nigerian state is not willing to put things on ground that will alleviate the common man from grinding poverty despite the fact that most people from this region live off the land for their daily survival.

The Niger Delta so-called leaders are not leaders but criminals who can arm twist the Government hence they give them their own fair share to shut up . When you take what is happening in the NDDC as an example you'll understand better than on how the criminal Nigerian state has over time destabilize the region only to throw crumbs at them to fight over it till death - But this generation will not fall for their fuckery.

We want it all or nothing.

No way, the common people are standing up against the injustice in their own way by any means necessary and they are't begging for it - They want it all or nothing.

*in low voice* you won't know/never know. Don't worry yourself okay.

What did you call it again ? You called it "cheating" which is against the law too - You see , if Nigerian women wants the one man one wife thing they really need to start with the laws of the country .

I just get pissed when people that do not understand the Nigerian law call men 'cheats' when it is their constituional right to exercise it without fear of any consequences .
The fact that many men due to economic bottleneck can't afford to take care of one woman how much more two doesn't change the fact that it is recognized in the Nigerian customary court which is a constituional right for a man to have more than one wife if he so wishes.

Actually, he is either going to end up as a criminal or have a low self esteem or become an abusive/violent being.

It's a fifty fifty here.

You have no idea what that woman saw that pushed her to take laws into her own hands.
Do we even have the facility if she had taken the appropriate step by reporting that child to social welfare child support outfit where he's likely to be turned to a more violent criminal.

I do agree that it was too extreme but hey! This is Nigeria , the infrastructures aren't just there to cater for such a child and even in the West where such kids are given a place to change they end up worse because once you begin to institutionalize a human being ,especially a child it changes their outlook entirely - How would a child feel in a Juve when he's seeing other kids runining around with their parents and being loved by their parents ? I can assure you that no emotional and palsychological damage is worse than a Juve or a foster home.
The kid screwed up and mom overreacted and people should get over it and stop acting like they've got one silver bullet to solving the problem of thieving child.
A 9 yr old stealing 5000 Naira all at once is outrageous my friend .

No ,he will forever be traumatised, he will be withdrawn from the society
and he ma bear grudge against his parent forever.

From experience, children subjected to these kind of inhuman treatment
hardly recovers from them.

In saner climes , that mother will be prosecuted for child abuse and the child taken away
from her.
You're right and the child goes to a foster home and end up being sexually abused and he gets worse and become a menace to the society .

I do agree that this measure is extreme but again criminals don't get a pat on the back all over the world .

That measure is extreme I must say but there is nowhere in this world where criminals are treated with kid's glove . That being said , I hope you're aware that the same society wouldn't hesitate in burning him alive if he was an adult caught in this act.
If this incident happened in the West the child would be sent to a foster home and the Mom charged with child abuse and aggravated bodily harm but again we've seen how kids from foster homes are ending up under the same Government care and the ones in Juve aren't faring better as they are likely to become seasoned criminals as soon as they leave the Juve. tongue cheesy
