So why are you okay with probing gej but not tinubu,amechi and other apc members? If this regime choses to be backward looking instead of foward looking then that is it's cup of tea. This may be reason why Bishop kukah advised that the government should rather dwell on delivering its promises to Nigerians instead of chasing shadows.

To be candid, he is not a poor Governor as painted, but he bites more than what he can chew in my own opinion. Despite the drastic reduction in FG allocations, how can a state like Osun without much internally generated revenue embark on the following:

1. Cancellation of PTA fee

2. Provision of Uniforms for school pupil

3. Provision of meal for pupils

4. Provision of Opon Imo for pupils

5. Embarking on construction of ultra-modern school buildings

6. Provision of school buses for pupils etc


The question is - how can a State like Osun without much functioning industries nor much internally-generated revenue embark on all these project that even a state like Lagos with better allocations and revenues cannot sustain?

Aregbesola needs re-orientation: freedom is not even free in Freetown.

So define poverty for me when a state governor cannot actualize any of the above mentioned projects he willingly embarked upon without the funds to see them through. Be candid. Gov Aregbe is suffering from poverty of ideas and Osun state is suffering from poverty of leadership

Whether its part or all of the money is not the issue here. Why is he building castles in the air? A whole ministry has no budgetary allocation except to hope on recovered funds.By the way how does he know the recovered funds will be from that ministry? Or will he be switching recovered fund from one ministry to the other.Recovered fund is only a bonus and not the crux of the development fund. If the president continues this way he may achieve nothing after four years with the silly excuse that he was not able to recover enough funds to develop the country.The President sounds too flippant and classless for my liking here.

According to the Nigerian law guiding Assets Declaration, the Code of Conduct Bureau has no obligation to make Public asset declaration by public officials, except with the Consent of the individuals in question. Except the law is amended to empower CCB to make assets declaration public, the agency can do nothing about it.
So as it stands, Buhari has no obligation to make his assets public even though he promised to do so and he failed. Thats the problem.

Why can't buhari give CCB that consent to publish his assets publicly knowing fully well that he made a solemn vow with Nigerians on it of which Nigerians fulfilled their own part by voting him into power.

Actually I feel Moslems should not complain about boko haram killing Moslems since they believe their death is for a just cause. (fighting for allah)Just like Christian missionaries who died in the course of evangelism need not complain. Problem is when a moslem kills a Christian for the sake of allah and vice versa.The death becomes unjust because the dead person does not believe in the cause of his death and may probably not benefit from it.

gov aregbesola was very loved by the people of osun before the salary saga. he even once told the whole world that he can survive without the fg allocation. fast forward, today he has been taught fg101, he failed woefully in the course. the people that once loved him began to sing another song after owing them 7months salary, just like osun, ekiti is also a civil servant state, Any attempt to financially strangulate the ekiti government will cause problem for fayose because he wont be able to pay salaries, banks will be instructed not offer credit facilities to his government, going to the capital market will also be frustrated. there are several ways fg can do it even in a legitimate way. Ask Gov aregebshola.

the fg can even give him a police commisioner like mbu, let him ask former gov amechi what it feels like.
