they don't charge per dollar, you will have to source for dollars urself and fund it over the counter at the bank

If you can just recall what I told you about this your order a couple of weeks back, the cancelation is usually automatic in as much as the seller refuses to ship the order within the given time frame. Your refund will be issue automatically but could take a few days to hit your account.

already had a chat with support and the refund is under process. I can't use the card to buy again because the bank has stop the 20 dollars limit last month.

I'm experiencing same thing here. Seller shipped my product on 31st January yet I have no tracking information up till date. Would've been a bit different if there was a tracking update atleast even if it hasn't gotten to Nigeria. Now, that tracking number, you can't even use it to track anything.

I've been buying from AliExpress and the highest time that has passed before my tracking information was updated was a little over a day. And all my items have gotten to me after a month and some days at most. Even with Nipost! So, this looks like there's something's wrong somewhere! Well, if you can wait, wait. Me, I'm just waiting for the time frame for requesting a dispute to come. I won't wait anymore.

But if there's an 'E' or an 'ES' at the end of your tracking number, then you'll have to pick it up at speedaf office. If it's an 'R', that's a doorstep delivery

Next time, ensure that you chat seller before placing your order. In my own case, I could chat up to 3 sellers at the same time asking about their ability to ship to my country, and the one that gives prompt reply (within a day or 2) usually gets my patronage.... It doesn't matter how many times you message some sellers, they won't just show up online. Av always wondered why they exist on Aliexpress.

lessons learnt, my seller has not shipped my since 13th of last month, I have been messaging him but he is not responding, he was only 2 days ago but ignored my messages, can I message support?

Checked online and realized it's around 27th of January or there about. I placed an order for three items on the 18th of this month. Only one was shipped immediately. The others were pending up until yesterday. And out of the two left, one finally shipped the product I ordered yesterday. So, I'm assuming the holiday has ended because I messaged the sellers before now to ask why there was so much delay with shipping my product.
