how wld it look like if every student decides to put on a symbol of his/her religion to school its a school for God's sakes.theres a dress code for evry school.in secondary schools,they are suppossed to put on UNIFORMS..

Not necessarily.i.e the limitations.theres probaly no law barring wearing of hijabs in schools.if there was then they dont have a case.

i dint see the case u cited tho.but truth is no right is absolute.for instance,right to freedom of association is expressly enshrined in the constitution but to belong to a 'secret cult' is illegal in our laws.if every right was absolute,u cld as well publicly marry as as gays(u risk 14 yrs),walk naked or even smoke weed openly on the streets.

If your religion obliges you to wear a particular attire and it does not harm others neither is it against natural justice, you can wear it. If anybody prevents you from wearing it, take the person to court!
