Cima doesn't accept more than two names, so once the two names are showing on your passport, you are good!

Good Evening ma'am, please find appropraite responses to your enquiry below:

1) My evaluation was put on hold till they received my certificate. I had to use hellofax to fax to WES.

2) You can request that CIMA sends your transcript to WES and then once your certificate is ready you can fax.

Please note, I had a friend that we did CIMA together, infact what happened was WES went ahead to conclude on his evelauation without receipt of his CIMA certificate ( I don't know what they were thinking plus WES can act funny sometimes.......lol) and guess what? The evaluation was not positive. The long and short of what I am saying is you would not get a positive evaluation if they don't get your CIMA certificate.

I would like you to clarify your statement below just to get more understanding.

I was thinking admission applications are looked at holistically.

What if one has a good Gmat score like (650) and a convincing SOP, would a masters admission (Msc/ MBA) not be possible with a low 2:1 (3.5-3.6) like the the guy stated?

Please help shed more light.

Your CGPA is a quit low to be considering msc program in Canada. The msc programs are very competitive so I think a Graduate Certificate program will be a good fit for you. Also you can make use of 2 sponsors it only makes your application strong. You can also declare you have family members in Canada it improves your ties to Canada.

One cannot say for sure except you have your TRF.

For me the result was available online on the 20th of November 2019 but test release date on the form was the 19th of November 2019.

Your best bet is to wait till you have the hard copy.

3) Please adopt this as the body of your email:

I just completed the certificate in business accounting and I am writing to request for the preparation of my transcript and letter of good standing to be sent to WES.

In addition, I have arranged for DHL UK( you can use your preferred courier but I used DHL UK) to pick up my documents. Collection date and time is scheduled for the 1st of March 20****** ( Please note you need to have registered first with DHL and state the date and time you would want them to pick up at CIMA UK).

You can also attach the parcel label( from DHL UK) to your mail. It is to make tracking easier.

You would get an acknowledgement mail from CIMA that your transcript is ready at the reception and ready for pick up.

Lastly, you don’t have to wait for your certificate, send your transcript and letter of good standing first. When the certificate is ready, you can fax via hellofax.

You would need to create an account with WES

Once you have your reference number, you will then send an email to CIMA to send your transcript and letter of good standing to WES. Make sure you quote your reference number. Also state you would be opting for courier service to pick up at their office for final delivery to WES. I used DHL UK and paid using PayPal.

Your certificate would not be ready until after 6 to 8 weeks because it is usually delivered to the Lagos office in batches.You might be lucky, you might not need to wait till that time.

Make sure you send your certificate via hellofax once received as your evaluation with WES will not be completed without it.

What works for me might not work for you, but I gave the sequence based on my experience.

To be honest, BA2 was the most challenging and BA 1 and BA3 were the easiest. In fact, I had 135 out of 150 in BA3.

I got a notification from WES that my certificate is yet to be received. I will follow up with CIMA tomorrow to know when the next batch will arrive. Right now my evaluation is on hold because of this.

Anyone knows what's up with certificate collection?

Based on my experience and result,I found BA3 the easiest followed by BA1 and I found BA2 a bit technical and BA4 the trickiest.

You can start in this order : BA1,BA3,BA4 and finally BA2.

People have used Astranti but I will also recommend Kaplan materials. I used Kaplan all through my studies.

For your second question, you might have to call CIMA for clarification.

Lastly,I wrote my papers in Lagos so I won’t be able to answer about centers in port-harcourt.
