I don't see an issue beside the heritage Mandela left his children they failed to maintain even with the trust he left behind.
Maybe to you that's a problem it is definitely not to me. It perfectly fine if they lose the heritage once they can't maintain it.
Govt does not have to be responsible for everything in Africa make una rest. Na una want small govt n a una go still like bills on the same govt. U want to write pidgin, learn it properly and stop writing confusion. Then u shouldn't be making ur point here. Wait till there's a page for that. Every country has immigrants, we have loads of African immigrants here, the funny thing is that average Nigerian doñ't even care if u are an immigrant or not. Say "I am from Kenya" the Nîgeriàn will go "wow, u are from Kenya, welcome to Nigeria". I lived in a compound with self contained buildings, I laugh and joke with my neighbors everyday, I never knew I was the only Nigerian in a compound containing 9 buildings. I found out after 1 year of living together and laughing together. They are Ghañaians, Cameroonians, Nigeriens, Chadians. We don't even know someone who's a foreigner here unless u want to distinguish yourself. Few weeks ago I was sitting somewhere like a park and although it's a library park, a Nigerian was charging his device, a Muslim, he told me to watch it while he goes to pray, I asked him why he didn't tell the guys close to him, they were about 5 five occupying about 2 spots fro relaxing. Funkyswagzz: Lol who said igbos didn't attack Jonathan u sound funny. One thing u don't understand about Igbos is that they criticize anyone regardless of there tribe. If you mess up we will cancel u immediately and that is why u people think we are not good in politics. Yorubas, Hausa and Fulani are good in protecting there corrupt leaders when contesting for any position and that is what has sustained there political structure till date.
Look at the case of nnamdi kanu now compare that to boko haram sponsors name that was withheld by the federal government, do u see a difference. A common thief in the market will be burnt alive by the Igbos but if it is an Hausa person he will call alhaji soon they will release him from prison free of charge. Igbos are not the same with other people that is why it's difficult for us to stay together as a country. I dunno were u from buh I'm definitely sure u understand what I'm saying. Our loud mouth irritate people that is what they don't like and we can't help it cos thats how we are. First of, hausas deaI with thieves publicly alot, anybody in the north will testify about this, they doñ't just fancy burning aIive that's a barbaric act. lgb0s protect corrûpt Ieaders when contesting for elections, we just saw that with Obi in 2023. Same Anambra that cûrsèd him painted him messiah overnight. lgb0s didn't insuIt they protected like Buhari supporters protect Buhari and so on. The probIem with lgb0s is not loud mouths, it's making cIaims that are not true to undermine other people. Just like Ohaneze said lgb0s built Lagos from the swamp that it is. Other minor trîbès have this beef against lgb0s, why? Because the first an lgb0 will do is to tell u that ur place is not good, his state is better but he spends most of his life in ur place that is not good avoiding his own good place. |

dinachi: You belong to the past, you have absolutely no ideas about current trends. Lesbianism and hook up is trending dangerously among our young girls. Shouting from now till tomorrow won't change this fact. This is the simple reason why almost any girl you talk to now will start expecting money from you. The only thing they are willing to place value on is how much you are willing to spend on them. On the flip side, they won't take a dime from their lesbian partners, infact they will invest their money there. You are deraiIing from ur outrageous 95% data. U are getting everything mixed up. People are interested in money now doesn't mean they are sleeping with people to get paid. That's prostitution, sleeping with people all for d money and nothing more and u sleep with random strangers for it. Tell me, do 95% of Nîgeriàn girls do this? U are bIabbiñg, u think with ur shaIIow assertion that u have read materials I have never read before will derail ur initial ambiguous point? U think u are dealing with someone who doesn't read. LOL. I grew up with high court judge, reading is a must that must be done because u have access to an entire library in ur home. Books from all works of life are found there. I started reading William Shakespeare since I was 13. Where did u get the statistics that 95% are prostitutes and Iesbians? I have loads of activities that engage young people alot, teenage girls to young ladies. I doñ't just sit and make assumptions about people. I talk with them, heart to heart talk, from different states, tribes, ethnicity, religion and different backgrounds. Meeting lesbians is not on the high side. This experience has spanned across 10 years since late 2012. Here u are making a statement of assumption from ur head. Girls now want money in a relationship more than before. Does it qualify tagging them prostitutes? |

Birdbyrde440: 1980: My dad got his first house for free for the single reason that he worked for the government. Back then lands were cheap because the economy was good, later on in the 1990s, my dad bought 4 more lands and because of his busy schedule his wife took it upon herself to develop those land. Collectively, the house and lands my dad got back then didn't cost him up to N5m. I remember he bought two lands at 250k each 1500sqm in the city centre, he bought 2 more I can't remember the exact price. My mother opened businesses with my dad support and she acquired two more lands, the structure on one of those land today is valued at N200m. Then the government house was later sold to government workers for around 3m or so but today the same house is worth N40m.
WHY IS THE REAL ESTATE BUBBLE ABOUT TO BURST?
A Land that cost 500k in 1998, 25 years later costs N25m. It might sound like a good investment but here is the problem...
Since inception of democracy in Nigeria, the economy has be going one step forward and 4 steps backward and this has impoverished a lot of people.
Its 2023 and a standalone one bedroom flat in Abuja which cost N1.5m in 1999 is now N25m. Considering the high level of unemployment and inflation, 80% of Nigerians can not afford a stand alone 1 bedroom flat bungalow which went from N1.5m in 1999 to 25m in 2023. How many civil servants can boost of even N10m savings in this economy? Unless they are criminals because the current state of affairs doesn't allow for prosperity.
Despite the high cost of real estate and property, 90% of Nigerians have been priced out, meaning they cannot afford a decent house for themselves. Go on jumia you will see thousands upon thousands of properties for sale with no buyer. Most of those ads have been there for more than 3yrs.
So its either the real estate bubble burst i.e the price of property crash drastically so that sellers are forced to lower their prices because even now many property owners are in desperate need to sell their homes to enable them stay afloat in this economy but cannot find buyers. How many civil servants were able to pay that #1.5m those years that u preached that the economy was good? |

Ballmer: ANC wasn't doing well under Zuma but Ramphosa as stabilized the country n steady it for further growth. Clowns like the Floky215yoi quote only talk down on SA because of Xenophobic n their clampdown on drug dealers.
Most talking down about South Africans are pain about xenophobic but SA can't keep accepting refugees from all over Africa due to poor governance.
For south Africa to sustain it growth it must implement immigration policies such as that of Canada or Australia one of the thoughest to those not bring fund into it economy, of not other Africans will ruin n overwhelm it sustain n still be talking trash about the country.
Just visit Joburg or Durban n see the stress Nigerians pile over it infrastructure without contributing or next to nothing in building the society n Nigeria is not even the most populous emigrant in the country.
All the Nigerian living in SA ask how much they contribute in taxes n I can tell you less than 1% of Nigeria population in SA pay any sort of taxes. Note I have first hand information on this. The issue is about Mandela and his house, Mandela and people like Lumumba are face of freedom in Africa, this is the kind of news we hear about them, and u are courageous enough to type the rûbbîsh u are typing instead of thinking on how to solve this mèss.
