Not a bank that receives alert first. There is a particular bank with which NNPC pay their staff. I mean they open account for all their staff there, and when NNPC send salaries it hits individual NNPC staff account in this singular bank

But CBN doesn't have current account now and will not be able to withhold tax due for paymentby staffers because they are not tax collecting agency

This is not correct! You can register with an administrator without belonging to any company yet. You will be given RSA number which can be submitted latter whenever you get yourself employed somewhere. I am talking from my personal experience

You can't have a RSA without an employer, there's a certain %, the employer must remit in your name in the CPS.

I haven't seen anyone with a RSA and No employer.

Here is a link to what he said about court cases and litigations and how they have been able to settled them outside court. The GMD even went ahead to praise the legal department of NNPC for that because, settling of cases outside court saves them alot of money.probably that stupid PDP barrister has been settled outside court. Hence the reason for no news on the court sitting as of the 29th of last month as we expected

I think the case and many others levelled against NNPC are settled arbitrarily outside court. The GMD mentioned that yesterday and even talked about the amount saved by the means.

Let's be real here, it is obvious some persons acted on behalf of nnpc when paying us the transport fare, so how can you now be suggesting paying into TSA after a payment error is observed? I think you ought to have rejected the payment from the onset because it wasn't paid to you from nnpc central account. Individual has paid you on behalf of nnpc, so why is it difficult to verify the persons details and remit back appropriately what doesn't belong to you.

If u really want to refund back the 2nd/3rd payment just use remita and pay directly into NNPC's account indicating the purpose of payment....

U will have a printout of the receipt with ur name, amount paid and the purpose of payment boldly written on it..u may even email the receipt to NNPC.

The amount no matter how minute will be on NNPC's record 100years later that u have paid back...

Every other method outside the above may be a scam!

But individual nactually paid us the transport fare, so payment to same individual after proper verification from the bank is the best idea

Its obvious that nnpc is trying to adjust their records because we can read from the news today how they hurriedly remit some funds quickly into FG A/C...Although, I can't really say if they are trying to put things in order should the court case goes deeper and further documents requested for investigations or they are doing all this to avoid loopholes that may be exposed by the compulsory IPPSS which deadline is this month ending.

If youve got double payment, and you received the message, I will Advice you make a refund to the account that actually sent you the money.

Please I can't correct you because you already know what you know...All I know is that no working further for nnpc on this recruitment until the courts determination.That is,nnpc cannot employ with the same recruitment process that is currently being challenged in court. They must wait either they like it or not...

Regarding to NNPC parole
They should still go further and not halt the recriutment process until judgement is passed....


If the case turns out that judgement is passed after apl had been shared, the effect in favour of the prosecutor (lawyer) will be implemented when next the case arises again and fine be paid by nnpc....

If the age specification is found to be faulty, then the recruitment process is damaged and its left for the court to pronounce either cancellation of the entire process to start a fresh recruitment.

In your case study, you should remember that an appointment has already been made, and a faction take the other to court, and the court then grant a status quo. Its a lot different from an ongoing recruitment where no appointment has been made by any authority. Remember a public office can't be vacant until decisions are taken,but a company as an entity can even be shut down until decisions are taken to avoid further damages

During political party primaries during the just concluded general election. There were a lot of issue as regard some state having 2 state chairman from different faction in the party. One will obviously be recognized by the National body while he second one won’t be recognized. Both of them will hold primary election and candidate will emerge from both faction. Then they go to court to determine which candidate should Inec record as the party candidate.

Once they get to court, the first thing they fight for is for the court to order status quo to remain. With that order, the one recognized by the national party will go ahead performing his duty as the state chairman of the party, even send the name of the winner of their primary to Inec.

Once the court hear the matter and rule otherwise, every action that the chairman has taken becomes null n void. They either call for fresh election or proclaim the other faction as the rightful chairman.

Ongoing recruitment is the status, and if it should remain,it means nnpc can not willingly conclude the process to the finished end, so literally it means suspension. What if nnpc has a plan of calling successful applicants before the adjourned date? By this court ultrances, that is no more possible...

Yes, he is correct,but if nnpc continue all processes, they can never conclude this recruitment under the maintainance of status quo. How will they conclude a recruitment process that has a fulted criteria? So if the man wins nnpc, will nnpc reverse the appointments? Its a coomon sense!

The court ultrances only stop nnpc from calling applicants to start the job,but cant stop nnpc internal processes on the recruitment. I belief once they win the case, APL will be disbursed in no distance time...This hearing will even make nnpc to sit more thight about the recruitment and eventually hasten up all processes...tbe case is a mere wake up call for nnpc!
