Forget about locking your car in small cities and you are safe
Your children will grow in a sane environment and nothing that they do outside that won't get to you before they even get home

There is dignity in every job... .even if it is a cleaner, there is pride in it and people respect you. They dont respect you only if you are into drugs.

He has mentioned that he is not supposed to share the information with anyone,but still summon courage to do same with reasons which he had already stated. So tell me why you guys want him to die of guilt? Why not wait for the NNPC to deploy your acclaimed advance technology to track him because of this minor information. Its obvious many of you here are not part of the ongoing EH recruitment process, but came here only to make people feel bad and discouraged. Let me guide you, in this kind of situation, you rather praise the guy for sharing the information despite knowing the consequence, other than keep hammering on the consequence he already know of.

The support staff of Kaduna refining and petrochemicals company a subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation has just sacked about 200 support staff on 31 march 2020 without proper consultations.

Just at the time, the support staff are expecting their jobs to be regularised having served the corporation for several years ranging from 10-15 years in the production and maintenance departments of the refinery with meager salaries without Hazard or Medical allowances and made to work under hard condition over the years.

The disengagement has come after been deprived of participation in the just concluded recruitment exercise which criteria was not favorable to most of them and in other to pave the way for the newly intake the exit door was shown to the vast experienced staffs.

Precisely on the 4th and 5th of November 2019 an oral interview and verification exercise was conducted which rekindle the hope of these hard-working staffs that better days are ahead, only to be shocked by the directive from their management that their contract should the terminated with an outrageous severance package.

The entire support staff of KRPC is calling on the leadership of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) and the NUPENG to come to their aid at this time when the whole world is ravaged with the COVID-19 pandemic to see that their source of livelihood is protected by the virtue of been financial members of the NUPENG and in the spirit of INJURY TO ONE IS INJURY TO ALL.

We are also calling on the President of the Faderal Republic of Nigeria President Muhammadu Buhari (GCFR) and the honorable Minister of State for Petroleum Timipre Silva to use their respected offices to prevail over the action of the management of the
NNPC. Going by the directive of Mr president that no worker should lose their job at this time of this coronavirus pandemic.

We need to know if their stance has changed from the February statement of ''...in due course''

Leave the pandemic issue. People will get jobs even in pandemic. Countries won't end their lives because of pandemic. GTs are resuming virtually even in the pandemic. E.H will be given appointment letters even in the pandemic. The pandemic will end.

It's obvious you don't know much about these guys, contact Staffs.
As we speak, without these contact Staffs, no SBU can run successfully, NNPC is short of staffs. They are the board men, shift operators, panel men, area operators etc if you know what these mean.
You see why the GMD is giving them a thought?
Just so you know, most people on cheif officers course now, came into the system as contact Staffs.
So, contact staffing is not new to NNPC and the oil industry.
