malikombi: It doesn't support university autonomy. The governing council will be rendered useless and neither can the university hire or fire without going to Abuja. Nasu members who has been receiving theirs since February can tell you their ordeal in terms of irregularities in payment. Now they are on strike too why should you people hire or fire is it not government that employs people? |

malikombi: This is how it works. If you have vast experience or you're an expert in a particular field, another university may wish to employ you on visiting basis for the sake of their students to gain from your wealth of experience and you'll be paid (not full). You'll need to attain a certain rank and Only a very few percentage of lecturers are involved. ASUU has nothing against ghost workers. ASUU has nothing against ghost workers so u guys encourage it na...ASUU have luck oga una have luck our leaders no really serious with education |

Pancakeey: So why doesn’t ASUU want IPPIS?
Is it because some lecturers teach in more than one university and they want to be getting paid differently?
Or because accepting IPPIS would mean no salary for ghost workers? its true na....very true...ippis is very transparent and hunger go kill those against it |

Education › I Taught Nobody Can Fight Government. by jaiyefavour(op): 11:43am On Oct 06, 2020 |
The Minister of Education just came out and told us the incessant action of strike from ASUU has lead to the loss of trillions of Naira by the Nigerian Government not withstanding the implications of what strike distractions has caused on students. Our natural resources were sold to provide education for our Nigerian citizens at an affordable price. That dream is being toyed with by the continuous action of ASUU.so why don't the government treat this organisation as a terrorist organisation and dismiss them and all their participants.why keep them when they cost you trillions of naira and antagonize the education of people who have paid for the services you sold our resources to acquire, why do few men determine the state of millions of students and the zeal they posses. |

renzie: My dear, I just pity Parents and Students. Nigerians don't seem to understand what is about to happen. Unfortunately, the whole thing will rest on the head of Parents and their children in Universities. Our politicians have their Children in foreign Universities. They don't care what happens in Public Universities. We have the most irresponsible and careless leaders. Inflicting hardship and pain on defenseless citizens. All through the COVID lockdown no effort was made to resolve the ASUU strike. They preferred to hide under pretence of lockdown to keep our schools closed, While doing nothing about the strike. the vcs of all Nigerian owned universities should employ new people that want the job and clear out these ASUU selfish personalities....closing the tertiary educational system because of ippis is wickedness....its is detrimental to our future educational intrested citizens and our already existing students are forgetting the importance of what they are studying and so on....I call ASUU a terrorist organisation and should be removed from our schools. |

Education › Re: ASUU Or FG: Who Is To Blame For The Six Months Strike? by jaiyefavour: 12:21pm On Oct 05, 2020 |
Pancakeey: ASUU embarked on a two weeks warning strike in March and this strike got extended by the lockdown.
Now, schools are resuming but all schools under ASUU are at a big disadvantage at the moment.
The FG has refused to look into the demands of ASUU and ASUU have also, refused to work till their demands are met.
So the question is who is at fault?
Is it ASUU that has no other way of asking for their demands except going on strike?
Or the FG that has neglected the Education sector?
FRIENDLY REMINDER: THE STRIKE IS GOING TO SEVEN MONTHS NOW! strike is going to 7months....students intellectual capacity is declining...ASUU lecturers are being paid...ASUU is at fault ....nothing person wan tell me |

skimena: Due to this pandemic, the company where I work decided to lay off some staff. Unfortunately I was 1 of the people sacked. But I have N1 million as savings.
Now I'm thinking of starting a small scale business and also buy a car that I can use to pick passengers that are returning from work every evening from 4pm to 8pm everyday. But my girlfriend is against the idea. she said it's too downgrading for a graduate like me that if I go ahead with the plan she's going to quit the relationship. She said she wants her man to do a white collar job n not to hustle like a taut.
As for me, I'm tired of working with people. I want to be a Boss of my own. This situation will help me find my true love. A woman that will love me for who I am, what I have, what I do and not what she wants me to do. much respect bruh |

bamvik: I Am curious to know from bible scholars in the house. You see a situation where the wholesale price of an item is lets say #2100 * 100pieces =210,000. Transportation = 90,000, total =300k and the trader eventually selling it #6000naira which is =600k.
So is it a sin? Your answers with biblical reference The fact that you don't have any knowledge about business that makes you ask this question |

JennaFree: Sure it's difficult to apply foreign university, esp Russian. First you need to know their language. That's why I suggest to apply first for study Russian online on https://www.tutoronline.net/russian-tutor . Then you need to find a good biology and chemistry tutor. It will be uneasy but if you really want to become a good doctor then you must work on yourself and study hard. just how do I apply these universities, what websites what agents,Anyone who is familiar pls shed more light |
