Give it to Tinubu when it comes to politics. Even though he failed woefully as a president from my own assessment, that pa is a master strategist. I wonder what APC will look like after his 8 years tenure. That not withstanding the APC is setting a very bad precedence, for those happily jumping up and down now, don't wail later on when another party does same thing oh!! |
Ogbeni tuck in parachute, safety first. |
Open your eyes, tech is the new gold and oil combined. The fact is not everyone who tried to learn it will end up earning with it.Some may dropout due to burnout, others may fall into tutorial hell, and only a few will succeed. All in all, there are enormous potential in Tech, if your mind dey, enter with full force. |
That guy might have been exploiting that girl sexually even before she was 7. No be north wey we know? bathroom slippers get value pass woman there. |
Ogbeni close your mouth and face your ministerial job. How is Kwankwaso presidential aspiration your business? Political lords are talking errand boy that can't win his polling unit is still talking. |
goslowgoslow:If you need me to explain it to you in pidgin English just let me know, English can be hard I understand. |
Given the North's voting strength I think Atiku has the better chance. But except they agree to work together none of them can beat Tinubu even if fuel sells for 2k per litre. |
goslowgoslow:It is understandable if you don't understand a comment as simple as mine, after all English is not your first language, but you should at least ask chatgpt to explain it to you like you're 5. |
CaptainFM1:Sure, it just won't be triggered initially, unlike when the boy has the looks of his studio manager lol!! |
This Na Banky W complete carbon copy. DNA test won't be triggered here. HBD handsome boy. |
Effects of weak institutions and corruption. Watch them turn motivational speakers, hype men, they will instil fear on prospective clients, they will make look like the world wants to end if you don't buy their service. |
Giant of Africa band A users still dey shout up NEPA up and down, with national grid collapsing like an epileptic patients. |
Even after banding from A - E, that power minister is as useless as the P in psychology. |
Ogbeni shut up your mouth, you dey find who you wan bill, you are worst than these politicians. |
Effects of weak institutions, corruption, and I don't care attitude. I believe there are standards, and protocols before any surgical operation is done. Who enforces these standards, are defaulters being punished even when they are guilty? The answer is NO all thanks to corruption. Nigerians are Nigeria's problems. |
PDP is corrupt, they loot our finances recklessly, APC, Buhari will fight corruption, he is a very prudent man. Here we are with corruption growing stronger by the day. |
mightyhaze:Not even close based on CPI and even inflation 1.2M in 2017 should be around ₦4 - 5M at most. |
Kobojunkie:Ogbeni shift far |
Kobojunkie:And stop policing people's right to make comments on nairaland forum. |
Burob:Yeah but it is still not that effective. Like I said earlier our major issues are weak institutions, inconsistency in our policies and the worst of all corruption. All in all these doesn't make real estate a bad investment, that's my stance. |
Blaming him all day doesn't change anything. See it as a motivation, learn from his mistakes, work hard and smart so you don't end up just like him. |
Zonefree:Let's argue with facts and not sentiments please. First and foremost how did you come to the conclusion that 1.2M in 2017 is more valuable than 8M today? If I had bought a 2005 Corolla and 100 bags of cement in 2017 for 1.2M, what would have been their total worth today, how much profit would I have made, if I wanted to sell them today? Like seriously are you telling me that a man earning ₦1.2m annually or monthly in 2017, would have lived a more comfortable life than a man earning ₦8M today? Backup your claims with verifiable facts please, I await your response. |
melechpilusof:So if we were at war your floating house will not be destroyed? Do people still build houses in same China where private land ownership is banned? China banning private ownership of lands doesn't still stop elites from controlling and having huge portions of lands. The elites still lease the best locations of lands, control development rights, influence allocation decisions, they still win at the end of the day, because the poor peasants still don't have access to these lands. They can only have access through same elites. The only advantage is the fact that the government can reclaim possession of the land, it doesn't shield the poor and peasant. This shouldn't be too much for you to understand if you can harness just 0.1% power of the brain. Even though the Nigeria government doesn't ban land ownership, there are government reserved areas. People buy these lands for private and personal use, due to lack of strong institutions, corruption, etc. Get this into your head, Private land ownership in China was not banned because it was economically unsustainable. It was banned for political, historical, and control reasons. People still build and lead houses in China. The elites still indirectly dictate who can lease a land. Talking about education, I recommend showing this thread to your elders or your parents, and if they are being honest with you they will tell you who is educating who between the 2 of us. You argue ignorantly without direction. Empty vessels they say make the loudest noise, you are just ranting incoherently. My sympathy to the man and woman who where happy that fateful day that a child was born. Like I will always say life is cruel and unfair, may God console them. |
melechpilusof:Ogbeni you are a deluded conspiracy theorist. China did not ban ownership of land because Realestate investment is bad. There was a time China had extreme landlord exploitation. Peasants and low income earners were landless a few elites owned most of the lands. This led to massive inequality, revolts, and civil war. So after the communist revolution land ownership was abolished to prevent a return of feudal landlord power and exploitation. They wanted a centralised power, and prevented foreigners from owning and hoarding lands. People still lease lands for 30 - 70 years in China till date. China still has one of the largest real estate markets on earth. And here you are calling real estate a bad investment. You are sounding very myopic, childish, and incoherent. For your information I'm not a real estate agent, but I'm better of being one instead of being a broke conspiracy theorist who doesn't know where his next meal will come from. Educate yourself, I have friends and colleagues like you, who wants to educate others, but they only ended up embarrassing themselves. They want to teach others how to make wealth, but their own account balance is showing 0. You're embarrassing yourself, if you don't know. |
City run men & their tickets local, if swear dey work, Guardiola and his team for nor see tomorrow. |
melechpilusof:Your post lacks direction, you are just shifting goal post up and down. Foreign investors are not charity organisation, every investors aim is to secure his capital and make profits. The danger is not Chinese mining Federation of Nigeria, but Nigeria's governance herself which is usually characterised by corruption, poor monitoring, policy inconsistency and lack of local capacity. With all said and done, can you please check the title of your thread? You are sounding very incoherent. |
Ogbeni shut up and let the video play. Of what use is the video with your narration sounding like someone that herdsmen are chasing? |
City losing 2:0 now, now, no be juju be that? |
