Investment2013 End Of The Year Report From Penthouse Industry Limited(haulage Division). by jam04(op):
This report is targeted at our investors who do not communicate with us via email. we decided to drop the report for them here, potential investors too can pick one or two info that can spur them on. thanks...
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Sir/Ma,

Seasoned Greetings to all our esteemed investors. Just as it is our tradition to give you our score card for the each year, here we are again for the scorecard of the year 2013. We thank GOD for his mercies this year, as this year remains the most significant one for Penthouse Nigeria Limited. New lessons were learnt and we can boldly say we came on top. Follow us as we take you through the milestones we achieved this year. Also included are the projections for industry in the year 2014.

We started the year with full speed and by middle of the year, we added an additional 2x 10 tons trucks to our fleet. Worthy to note is the fact that with these 2 trucks began an era of FL6 Volvo truck series in our fleet. By September, we had an additional 5 pieces FL6 Volvo trucks9 though 4 of these are not operational for now as they haven’t left the assembly shop) and by December, we had an additional fl6 truck.

Also, 4 pieces DAF trucks left our fleet due to old age. The number of investors increased by 1%. As we can see, our company witness significant progress and this is attributed to you our investors for your confidence and trust in what we do.

Year 2013 was a year of eye-opener for us too as a fleet management company. it opened our eyes to new methods and opportunities available in the industry. We found new methods to acquire trucks, by this, we buy Nigeria fairly used trucks which still has good chassis body and a strong frame body. we acquire this at an averagely good cost and service or replace certain parts and get them to work almost immediately. By this method, we are able to save 64% of fund which would have been spent to acquire a “tokunbo” truck, Our method worked perfectly fine as these trucks performed at 90% efficiency after 2 weeks of purchase. However, the following observations were noted:

>>The best of FL6 volvo seriies is FL6 14,FL6 15, FL6 17. FL6 18 is a no go area

>> Buying these fairly used Nigeria trucks come with their challenges. since the usage history is not known completely, certain fund must be set aside for some sundry repairs that are mostly likely to come up

>> The performance efficiency for the first week is 50% and this increases as the truck is put to work as the week progresses.

The projections for the year 2014 are quite encouraging and as we normally do to keep you abreast of potential opportunity, we encourage you to prepare for an era of 20 tons and 30 tons truck. As from January, there is going to be a downward review of income paid weekly on the 10 tons truck. This is caused by decline in demand due to high number of 10 tons in the industry. Also, by June, the returns paid will decrease and it will stay this way till October when the rain subdues. In essence, the profitability of 10 tons

Good morning to you all,
I have a 2.5 weeks old son who got circumcised few days ago. The type used was the 'ring' type circumcision method which my mother-in-law wasn't used to. After the process, the Dr told us not to apply anything on it until when the ring falls off and we should avoid contact with water.

However the 2nd day, my mother-in-law got worried about not applying anything(pennicilin balm and coconut oil mixture) on the p*nis and I started making enquiries from those that used this type of circumcision method for their son. A friend I called told they didn't apply anything as instructed but unfortunately, on the 3rd day, they noticed pus coming out of his p*nis and they had to use pennicillin balm.

So does anyone in here have his/her son circumcised with this method? And did you apply anything or leave it as it is? Any side effect if pennicilin balm and coconut oil mixture is applied on it?

Thanks

Edunwa302: Change you fuel filter
It isn't a fuel filter problem
Car TalkRe: Toyota Camry Jerking While Climbing Uphill by jam04(op): 6:20am On Nov 03, 2013
kingschild123: @jam04 few suggestions
Low fuel pressure caused by a clogged
filter or bad pump
Engine knock due to excessive carbon
deposits
Bad spark plugs and or spark plug
wires
Bad ignition coil
Low air flow due to a clogged filter
Bad fuel
Bad distributor cap or rotor.... the cap
and rotor is easily replaced and is
inexpensive. It wears out after about
100K or so and fits atop the distributor
itself and is what most people are
actually thinking about when they talk
about the distributor. Failure of the
mechanical bit of the distributor itself
that turns the rotor is fairly rare.
All these aren't related to p0401 code. Thank you for the input though

sultaan: Have you checked you tube on that code ,it more than just the EGR being clogged the hose and intake manifold port too might be clogged the you have to check the EGR with 12v(i think) to make sure it actually works and vacuum if its vacuum operated.

I actually watched this video before I did the egr cleaning myself...I cleared out the intake port and all hose(s). The egr is vacumm type. Don't know how to test it. Which instrument can I use that is readily available here?
Car TalkToyota Camry Jerking While Climbing Uphill by jam04(op): 8:27pm On Nov 02, 2013
Hi all,
My wife toyota camry 2001 model jerks when climing uphill but runs smoothly when driving on a level road. I changed the 2 fuel filters and also have the fuel pump checked. These actions did not solve the problem.

I have to take it to the technician who had it scan and 2 error codes were returned by the scanner: p0136 and p0401. The first been bank 1 sensor2 problem, I changed it and that error code didn't return when I re-scan the car.

However the p0401 been an EGR problem refuse to clear despite doing the necessary repairs. I removed the egr valve, clean it and scrap off little carbon deposit found inside it(its worthy to note that the carbon found in the egr isn't considerable as to disrupt its normal function). I also remove the modulator and also check the filter inside it. I dust off the little dust found inside the filter.

I check the egr valve and all vacumm connectors, including the vsv. After doing all these, I put the car on road but unfortunately, the jerking uphill still occur.

Gurus in the house...what could be wrong pls!!! I'm certain if I rescan, it will return the p0401 code. Thanks

That's not new!!!.. I don't expect you should be surprised by this segun. Take one of them as a business friend and use him/her as front. This is how we normally do when we have supply at lekki/ajah axis. Be professional in your dealings with clients and always insist on pay-on-delivery.

There is no better liquid solution to wash tiles than Hapric? What about the tiles washer the OP mentioned in one of the posts?
