Not true about Nigeria, bro. Things were better In the 70s when Nigeria had fewer educated populations. Today, graduates are like pure water, doctorate degree holders are everywhere and professors are overflowing in the land, yet corruption is killing Nigeria. I think Nigeria has enough educated population but something fundamental is missing.....
