GeneralPula:1. Our forefathers trekked kilometres to their farms daily, which is good exercise. 2. They farmed for 3-6 hours daily, which is good exercise. 3. They ate fresh food, meat and fish, including vegetables and fruits. 4. They had less worries/stress, only family and farm. 6. They were more morally upright, no looting of public funds and property.. The modern day man is faced with social, economic, infrastructural decay and psychological disorder: -No water -No power supply, yet bill keeps coming, exorbitant bill for that matter. -Phone battery is dead and no data/credit. -I must buy a car/private jet -No job -No good roads, vehicle has broken down. -No safety, kidnappers on the road, armed robbers at the home, bandits on the highway.. -Cost of living very high -Salary very low cant take care of needs.. -Office work stress.. -Unhealthy competition to be better than your peers.. -looting of public fund may make you rich but the fear of being found out is great psychological torture .. -Stress of paying house rent .. -Stress of so many fake friends and human beings around.. -Stress of paying school fees for children and dependents.. -Struggle to meet societal expectations.. -Family and friends expectations from you.. -Eating of junk foods, to grow potbelly as evidence of good living.. -Lack of enough sleep because of thinking -Insufficient rest because of hustling.. -Etc etc... 11 Likes |
