Abacha died on 8 June 1998 and Abdulsalam became head of state on 9 June 1998...Abdulsalam had barely taken over when Abacha was buried. So, he couldnt have been there. But Buhari cannot attend Burial of his COAS and other officers who died in active service. Na wa o for dis man. Nigeria no get president at all.
