Why are you in Owerri then? You work in the media house. I'm very sure.

I can even tell you all the newspaper firms you need to know in Owerri. Don't give me any slightest clue, because I might figure out who you really are.

I am Nigerian. Yoruba precisely.

IGBO, YORUBA AND HAUSA, I BELIEVE WE CAN DO BETTER WITHOUT TRIBALISM.
It is well.
Have you seen how the northerners fight for Fulani Supremacy? Dude it won't work. Every region wants to exploit another.

Igbos would always be the ones to be mistreated the most.

Hahahaha

See how this one is hyping the village called Owerri.

In all honesty Owerri is nothing more than a town littered with cheap commercial sex hawkers. There's nothing happening in Owerri other than prostitution.

Igbos don't consider Owerri as an investment destination because even sane Imolites like Tommy Tommy, Orange drugs are all in Anambra where they are prospering.

Most Imolites hardly live in Owerri. They usually at their base in Lagos, oh, Onitsha, Kano, Warri etc.

Agro processing industries like Tommy Tommy should easily locate in Owerri but because there's no enabling environment in Imo state, they don't consider coming there.

There's no sane organized person that I have seen in the last 20yrs relocating to Owerri, but every year Imolites are leaving their state in droves to Lagos, Onitsha, PH etc in search of better life.

Imo state should start thinking out of the box. Building brothels on every dilapidated street cannot help Owerri grow from its usual town where only poor people reside.

Imo leaders should start think in the direction where imo state can keep its people at home base with jobs. Brothels and chalets is the only job opportunity in Owerri it is very shameful and hopeless situation.

[s][/s]
Why don't you focus on Ogun state, you this Afonja and leave Owerri out of your unreasonable assertions.

Owerri has over 2 Universities, 2 polytechnics and 1 college of education, and also a lot of basic schools, massive super markets, hotels, media houses and other organizations employing it's masses everyday. So what's your point? Go to Ogun state and see how jobless your people are.

Why aren't you living in Ogun state then but rather living in Owerri?

It's your mind. Stop being afraid.

I remember the first time, I tried to bang an Olosho, my heart was racing and my little fella refused to stand.

It took forever. I even tried to calm down, I was still frightened somehow.

But last last it entered sha. And I regret every bit of it.

Get your confidence back, be an Alpha.

Better than ur sisters wey dey do olosho work left, right and centre, even if you travel to nearby states like Enugu or Anambra, you go see Imo girls dey hustle of various brothels.
But the honest truth remains. Afonja has the sluttiest and cheapest girls na.

One Afonja woman would have five baby daddies. Chai.

According to you, he brought the pot holes all over the place in Orlu streets. Pot holes do not exist on Owerri streets.
And you are happy over the situation where Owerri streets are boulevards but Orlu streets riddled with pot holes.
Orlu and Owerri were more or less of the same level of urban development when Imo state was created in 1976.

Governors from Orlu zone, Rochas Okorocha, in articular, allowed their grudge ravaged minds to arrest development in Orlu. Your mindset is not your fault.
Why are you getting emotional right now? Owerri is the capital of Imo state, it's quite unquestionable and understandable when that region gets the best of the state's developmental activities.

You only got displeased because you are probably from Orlu, what about other regions in Imo state? Learn to fight for other regions and not just your own. I'm sure if it were mbaise roads filled with pot holes you wouldn't care.

Afonja cry me a river. Like I said, who employed you in Owerri, you shouldn't be around civilized intellectuals like the imolites.

I'm sure the people who felt you were slightly intelligent would be ashamed you really don't know what the word, "infrastructure" means. Shame.

This Afonja doesn't even know buildings are regarded as infrastructures. Lol.

I wonder who employed you in Imo state. You should be back in ibadan soaking garri and eating ewa. Lmao.

Read books you'd become smart, you mustn't act like your brothers. Be like the igbos.

You keep shouting and repeating yourself. There's no good road in Owerri and that's just the truth.

For instance this is supposed best place in Owerri- new Owerri. They posted some pictures of this but look at current outlook of all the areas around the collapsing culvert tunnel and areas around the so called new Owerri.
Look at that white building, isn't it beautiful. Ever seen a building like that in Osun, ogun or Ondo. You should be ashamed of your tribe.

Lagos remains your pride because igbos developed Lagos. But the state is still a mess because of your dirty uneducated brothers.

Lol ofcourse Owerri is really bad. I am not trying to make it bad because it is already a bad town, and I highlighted it with those pictures for you guys who haven't been to that to know the real situation on ground. Which investment? Brothels? Hahahaha
I was in Ogun state few weeks ago to visit the so called Olumo rock tourist centre. I was shocked what I saw. Everywhere was so dirty, I couldn't even buy things around because of how unhygienic and unclean that state looks. Brown roofs everywhere. Ewwwww.

I am only telling you the bitter truth that most of you don't wanna hear. Owerri is generally a dilapidated filthy little town. 90% of the major roads in Owerri are in shambles with exception of maybe Wetheral roads. Inner streets are no go areas as I have posted the pictures up there.

Owerri is also a very filthy little town. Owerri filth can only be compared to the type you see in Aba.

Again what Owerri have are not hotels but brothels, you can call those cheap substandard chalets hotel. The town is disjointed.

I am not hating but stating the obvious truth that most of you are scared of hearing.
Hater. Lol. Owerri has the best Hotels ever. Wetheral road has a perfect drainage system. You don't even know the names of the streets you call. You were looking for potholes all over Orlu. The place you took that picture is called Mbari, you confused being. Should I take pictures of potholes in your so called Lagos? Igbos invest in the west and in the east, that's the only reason the west is slightly okay.

Your so called Lagos you claim is the best, still remains the dirtiest city in the whole of Nigeria.

I really have no intention of exposing the mess called Owerri. This is an Imo thread that you guys should enjoy in peace instead of courting trouble everywhere. What if yorubas had joined. Go up there see the OP attacking everyone, posting Ibadan, op of a thread for that matter. What was he calling for? Trouble
Yoruba man. I figured it out. You've tried really hard to make Owerri look bad. But in every picture you post we keep seeing beautiful houses and massive investments my Igbo brothers keeps putting up.

Show us your Yoruba land na. Lol

Dude, you are just a hater. Owerri remains one of the neatest state ever. You are trying so hard to make Owerri look bad by taking pictures of dirts. That road you called Wetheral is actually called Mbari. You don't even know their exact names, so you probably don't know shit about Owerri then, you are just a clueless being.

I've been in Owerri for Four years now. Owerri isn't perfect but has the best and the cleanest roads with infrastructures.

So many beautiful hotels, tell me any state that can compete with Owerri when it comes to the best hotels except Lagos.

You are just a hater.
