RomanceRe: Ten Years Of Relationship But No Marriage by janami(f): 9:18pm On Jan 24, 2008
7 years in a relationship does not necessarily mean courtship. i mean the part when he proposes, then u meet ur families and so on. If he has not said anything to u about marriage then it is left for u to decide if u want to wait for him to pop the question or go for someone else who will pop the question to u sharp sharp.

It is true. wearing second hand does not mean that u are poor. Once i bought a top for 3k5 from one rubbish boutique well structured and later saw some omo alatas wearing it as aso ebi. It was not funny. My friends just consoled me by saying probably the quality is different, but i no gree o  cheesy at least second hand clothes gives u the guarantee for not being too common

TV/MoviesRe: What Can Be Done To Improve Nigerian Movies? by janami(f): 10:38am On Jan 09, 2008
bring in new and creative people with fresh ideas. Better directors and many of the actors and actresses in the nigerian industry are already good, so wot i will say is improved performance and a very good story and script smiley
RomanceRe: Are Prostitutes The Solution? by janami(f): 5:31pm On Jan 08, 2008

THAT SEEMS LIKE PROSTITUTION TO ME AND ILL SAY IT THAT MOST LAG GIRLS ARE PROSTITUTES.

@Kobojunkie
so therefore, all u are saying is that more critics should be used to make a better nigeria. And these critics should be the masses who are themselves corrupt abi?

PoliticsRe: Why Nigeria Will Never Progress by janami(f): 7:45pm On Jan 04, 2008
@Davidylan
Nigerians can develop themselves by :
Beleiving in themselves, their capabilities.
stop being greedy and corrupt. Though corruption cannot be totally eradicated, it can be limited.
That my dear, is a starting point to progresssmiley
TV/MoviesRe: What Kind Of Movie Do You Want Nigerians To Make? by janami(f): 10:11am On Jan 04, 2008
@TOH i am edo but i watch yoruba movies very well. Infact, some times more than english films. To correct u, total war is all about the plight of a Nigerian missionary family in liberia. I love the twist of the movie. The script writer skillfully interwive liberia and nigeria together.
PoliticsRe: Why Nigeria Will Never Progress by janami(f): 9:57am On Jan 04, 2008
i strongly beleive that development starts from individuals themselves. who are the government? are they not individuals? who are those who make the law in the country? are they not individuals?
who are those that vote for the wrong government in power just because they are paid N1000 for every vote that they cast for them? are they not individuals? Development cannot be placed on the government alone. It is individuals that should do something about it. we talk about healthcare, check out Dora Akunyili's fight with fake drugs. i have lost a neighbor already by fake drugs.
we talk about good roads, come down to my area and see how people close their streets with canopies and chairs all in the name of parties. We talk about basic education and skill acquisition, there are enuff programmes now and in the past to that shows that the govt has atleast tried, but who goes there to learn? see, a lot starts with the individuals. If nigerians can develop and disciplie themselves instead of sitting back and just criticising everything and looking for who to heap the blame of their misfortune on, then i think we will be going somewhere
