is a relationship only about sex? abeg. if the thing tire u, waka |
Joey, here is what u will do: Follow your heart dear and give me ur job. |
7 years in a relationship does not necessarily mean courtship. i mean the part when he proposes, then u meet ur families and so on. If he has not said anything to u about marriage then it is left for u to decide if u want to wait for him to pop the question or go for someone else who will pop the question to u sharp sharp. |
the guy probably has been using her as a punching bag before this happened. like i always say, when he hits u once, or even tries to, just run. guys that hit women are low on my list ![]() |
babe, look like urself . Dbanj wanted to be like fela, but he has made something of himself and people now want to be like him. it is not wrong to be like someone, but it is better for people to want to be like you |
i dont like midnite calls either. when i am sleeping and my fone begins to ring, it grates on my nerves ( i mean wen u know i am supposed to be sleeping?) |
ok, ok. kobojunkie and davidylan, i guess u guys are right. was going thru my bible last night and saw a verse in the bible. prov28:2. It says it all and corroborates your points ![]() |
thanks ![]() |
It is true. wearing second hand does not mean that u are poor. Once i bought a top for 3k5 from one rubbish boutique well structured and later saw some omo alatas wearing it as aso ebi. It was not funny. My friends just consoled me by saying probably the quality is different, but i no gree o at least second hand clothes gives u the guarantee for not being too common |
how much does one get for a movie story, minus the script. Do producers buy just movie stories? if the script is just 50k, then the story should be lesser? u guys, gimme a clue pls |
@drealsmile and when a guy dayes more than one girl, it is called what to u? man mi, u guys had beta raise your mentality a little higher ok? |
yeah. he picks my call and i pick his sometimes maybe when i am not there or he is not there. no big deal. even if it is of the opposite sex. we respect our privacy though. |
bring in new and creative people with fresh ideas. Better directors and many of the actors and actresses in the nigerian industry are already good, so wot i will say is improved performance and a very good story and script ![]() |
$ammy:Try "most lag girls that i have come across are prostitutes" not "most lag girls are prostitutes" |
@poster realistically speaking, what u think u see as in, u think u see some signs of cheating, might not be cheating at all. The only way to find out is to have a good talk with him. then from the result of ur talk, i guess u will know what to do ![]() |
have a conversation where he tells u that u are only being jealous. Tell him to limit the time, then he says u are stifling him, i just learnt to deal wit it, but i dnt like it. |
true, the system has its problems. How does the system change? what constitutes this system and who runs this system? |
see, still water, u tire me. see, Yar Adua no be person? Obasanjo no be person? if they were well developed and upright people, we wouldnt be complaining about the government, will we? |
@Kobojunkie so therefore, all u are saying is that more critics should be used to make a better nigeria. And these critics should be the masses who are themselves corrupt abi? |
thanks jezzy ![]() |
@Davidylan Nigerians can develop themselves by : Beleiving in themselves, their capabilities. stop being greedy and corrupt. Though corruption cannot be totally eradicated, it can be limited. That my dear, is a starting point to progress ![]() |
@TOH i am edo but i watch yoruba movies very well. Infact, some times more than english films. To correct u, total war is all about the plight of a Nigerian missionary family in liberia. I love the twist of the movie. The script writer skillfully interwive liberia and nigeria together. |
i strongly beleive that development starts from individuals themselves. who are the government? are they not individuals? who are those who make the law in the country? are they not individuals? who are those that vote for the wrong government in power just because they are paid N1000 for every vote that they cast for them? are they not individuals? Development cannot be placed on the government alone. It is individuals that should do something about it. we talk about healthcare, check out Dora Akunyili's fight with fake drugs. i have lost a neighbor already by fake drugs. we talk about good roads, come down to my area and see how people close their streets with canopies and chairs all in the name of parties. We talk about basic education and skill acquisition, there are enuff programmes now and in the past to that shows that the govt has atleast tried, but who goes there to learn? see, a lot starts with the individuals. If nigerians can develop and disciplie themselves instead of sitting back and just criticising everything and looking for who to heap the blame of their misfortune on, then i think we will be going somewhere |
