One very good strategy in stock investment especially if you are not a professional is always to have long term in mind when investing and if along the line you have capital appreciation all well and good
The original essence of the stock market is for gradual increase in wealth.
this is very true and same applied to Btc, those who buy btc around Feb 2019 when the price wz $3,846 and hold have made 300% by now but the issue is no one can time the Market

he just need to wrote his customers number in the “remark” of that bank transfer and his deposit will be credited same day, no need to send any evidence to account officer.

Four storey building with 16 flats will be quite a challenge to manage in this country with all the tenants issues. You might not be that lucky to get 16 good tenants. I will go with @Legendguru option.
well Onitsha is not like area with much tenant issue, the probability of tenant defaulting is %20 except like he/she have problem in business and the landlord have the right to give the tenant quit notice as started in “tenant agreement with landlord” and if one person move out, 20 more people is waiting to move in as long as the house in close to Main market

As a property owner I advise if you have such fund don’t build in one location I advice splitting the fund into four places get a quarter plot in different hot locations and build 2 bed down and self contain up on each of the land .total cost to build such to finishing stage will be estimated to 7.9 m each.i did similar project recently. I don’t know how much quarter plot land will cost in your area just make inquiries. As for building projects I advice anyone do not contract out buy all your materials yourself and get labor pay per day and supervise them all through thank me later coz you will save a lot
[b]in Onitsha, the demand of tenant is higher than supply of house built so buildin such hauz is like just wasting land space so the landlord knew much better the reason they re buiding 4/5 story building.
5 story 10 flat 3bedrom and a parlour
4 storey 16 flat 2bedrom and a parlour

building 2 bed down and self contain up is such hauz u can build in 33 nsugbe, Asaba or Housing
InvestmentRe: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by janga(m): 3:49pm On Jan 22, 2020
what did u guyz think about buying a land 12mill in Onitsha and build a 4 storey with 16 flat, thats 2bedroom and a parlour self contain and current cost at moment is 25k for a month making it 300k annually while the whole 16flat will be fetching u #4,800,000 annually. i dont really have idea the cost to build the 16flat in Onitsha bt it won't cost morethan 50mill, those in property section can knew much bettr and the tenant demand for such building is very high once in the painting process. or is it better to invest that money in Q1 2020 FG Bond auction today 10yrs tenor at 14%
InvestmentRe: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by janga(m):
even bidding this Fg Bond on primary market for 5yrs with 50-100mill, u cannot get the actual 12.75, just 10% angry

what u guyz think, good buy or not?

It's like this FGN Bond is not for small players o.
i think we can buy bond directly in primary market via all this listed commercial bank by DMO with min of 50mill while other investment brokers is sellin it with min of #10,000 on sec market bt am still thinkn twice on hw to lock such amount for 5yrs in this country called “Nigeria”

any between primary/secondary market, which is best to buy the bond if i want to wait till maturity

let me be a little specific. after d rate crash. I tried out a real Biz with 3% of d total amount DT gave me about 50k monthly in money market investment. in d first week I made a sell DT gave me profit of 30k which which is more than half of d profit I get from money market.

now am thinking of more things to invest in, real things. I use to be blind before. now can see. my advise is for people who can to try out a Biz .just start small small. do little things if u can and see if it can grow.
most of peoples here are business man, services reseller, freelancer and those cashflow of money earn with business is what goin into investment security and those coupon gotten via bond is moving into real estate. one man food is another man poison, so do what work best for u

This FG bond, what's the minimum amount one can buy from primary market? I never buy bond before o
50mill is minimum in primary markt. And plz PaEmma if someone wanted to buy a FG Bond with 100mill and after opening a stockbrokin account, did he/she need to credit the 100mill to that stockbrokin acct and then keep waiting to see if the bond will be successful or fail
