Business › How my landlord became My Tennant. by jasent(op): 11:53am On May 16, 2020 |
Hmmmm, wonders shall never end.. Sometimes we watch some things in movies without knowing in real life they do really happen..This true life story is a lesson for both the rich and the poor.we have many wealthy people here on nairaland.pls be careful how you treat the poor ones around you..And you the poor guy here, today is not the end of this life, you have to believe in your ability even in the face of constant temptation from the oppressors. Don't get intimidated by someone's else's success, urs is on the way. I created this below thread in 2016 https://www.nairaland.com/3359430/should-run-away-false-accusationIn the post above I was wrongly accused and finally I was sacked.Although they later found out I was innocent. But no one apologized to me but I moved on.. The darkest day of my life was the day I was sacked from the house. I had no where to go,so I had to spend the night in an uncompleted building.. The mosquitoes sucked the hell out of me that night, well I survived and move on ..4 years down the lane,I have built 2 houses.Less I forget,I am a computer programmer and I also do some online affiliate marketing. When I starting making money, building a house of my own became the top on my scale of preference. My priority was building a house as quickly as possible because of the manner I was sacked in the post above.. So with in a space of 4 years,I have built 2 houses and one rented while i stay in the other..The rented one is under an agent and I don't really visit too often.. But yesterday, I visited and I was shocked to my bone marrow to find out THAT THE MAN WHO SACKED ME FROM HIS HOUSE 4 YEARS AGO NOW STAYS IN ONE OF THE FLATS WITH HIS FAMILY.. Well,I don't know what happened to him ,but that's life anything can happen to anyone.I can't narrate his lock on learning I am the landlord of the house, the look on his face was horrible... I felt pity for him though but I believe when he finds his feet again, he will learn how to treat people better.PLS NO MATTER HOW RICH YOU ARE,DON'T LOOK DOWN ON ANYONE..THANKS |

Crbc: Misleading title what's misleading there?when you are doing online business the world becomes your customers you can grow rapidly. But offline business, you have a geographical bareer.you need hugde investment to set up physical products and also warehouse and offices.but online you have only digital products that never got spoilt or get exhausted. Even If you sell millions of copy..my brother forget it,online business Rocks. |

Travel › Re: African Union Issues Travel Warning For USA - PIC by jasent(m): 11:46am On Oct 04, 2016 |
SpitsOnYoruba: If you plan on coming here, i have some tips that will save your life
USA is the country where you get killed for wearing a Nike or Jordans sneakers worth only $120
20 of my friends were killed last month for nothing, just sitting in their homes and they were gunned down
1. Don't argue with Americans, they're the most ignorant people on earth
2. Don't get in trouble with anyone, buying a gun is very easy, you walk into Walmart, give them $100 and they give you a gun
3. Americans glorify violence, if you go to jail or kill someone, to them you're a God, killing you will make them feel accomplished, so don't try to argue with anyone
4. Don't go to nightclubs
5. Don't go to the ghettos
6. Mind your goddam business
7. When stopped by the police, give them all your information, license, registration, proof of insurance, don't worry about going to jail if your your driving papers ain't up to date, you will spend only 1 hour in jail and you will be bailed with $65
8. American police are trigger happy, do whatever they tell you to do, don't argue, in fact lay on the floor immediately they ask you to
9. Americans talk too much like women, don't waste your precious time talking with them
10. The most dangerous country in the world is USA I'm from Nigeria and have been living in the USA for 12 years but i go to Nigeria every 6 month.
Let me tell you, the very first day i came to America, i landed in New York city, i was so disappointed and wanted to go home immediately Those fantasizing about the USA are those who haven't been to America
USA is the most dangerous country in the world Chicago is just a city in the states of Illinois, they're the murder capital of the world, Detroit is the second, California is the third
I've seen about 200 murders in the USA but i haven't seen any murder when i was in Nigeria, how is Nigeria or Africa dangerous ??
The police will kill innocent people and at the end of the day, no charges, no jail sentence, there will still be in the police force
As for the citizens, A child doesn't know who his father is because his father is in jail and will never get out, the child will have kids before the age of 23 and before the age of 27, he commits a murder and gets a 70 years prison sentence, the cycle continues and never stops Killing people is nothing to them
The number of murders that occur in Chicago and Los Angeles in a year is greater than the number of murders that happens in every country in this world put together thanx bro,u just gave out a useful info. |

odave: Brov if you run then your co-worker will be happy coz I believe that was his plan all along, I believe you have issues with the guy before. Well, lemme assume you are innocent but guy you don't need to run. Btw you are not smart enough, you shouldn't have stayed near any cash at all aside your money not to talk of keeping ur boss cash under ur bed. I think you should let your people know what's going on in case of any arrest so that they will know where to get in touch with you. Dunno what you believe in but I pray my God will fight for you if your story is true
Peace thanx alot |

aresa: After taxes, allocations, derivations, NDDC and so on, nothing to show in the Delta and on top of that, ND is the largest debtor state in Nigeria with N700 billion debt.
The people of the delta sat like dummies while their leaders loot them dry and sank them in debt, they did not lift a finger, but just like the other lazy states in that region including the SE, they want the FG to tie their shoes for them and give their looting and stealing leaders more money to loot...
smh... was the money used to develop abuja and Lagos given to the leaders from the region? Was any commission set up before they were developed? What's wrong if fg develope ND same way Lagos and abuja was developed?enough of NDDC talk abeg. |

Politics › Re: Fear Of War Grips Niger Delta As Military Deploys Weapons by jasent(m): 12:32pm On Sep 02, 2016 |
rusher14: The FG needs to use whatever measures necessary to ensure the country functions.
People cannot be screaming that they are hungry whilst at the same time applauding those who sabotage the very economy from which they would be fed.
The militants were quite brazen in their action and utterance simply because they had rigged up most of the pipelines before the presidential handover.
The military is concerned about the yet unexploded ordnance which could be of great danger to members of the community unwary of their presence.
The military would not sit back and watch law and order break down with such fanfare and gusto.
Their presence is definitely most needed and welcomed in the Niger Delta.
Kudos. keep ur celebration,is not time yet.let them go to the creek first before u start celebrating. |
