cococandy: So you're still pro choice.
There's no inbetween.
It's either there's absolutely no condition under which you'd support it or there are some in which you'd support it. Life is not always black and white. Like I said, the only condition I support abortion is when the woman's life is in danger. And like I said, after all that can be done has been done medically. Even if a woman was raped and she got pregnant, I don't support her to abort the baby. |

hmmmm.... this one is.... 1st of all madam, staying in a marriage because of your child(ren) is wrong. what if that environment is not healthy for them? Your husband's habit is destructive and children can pick these things up fast. 2nd. If you choose to stay because of your child(ren) what happens if you contact an STD that is fatal? The child(ren) would live with a memory of you. 3rd. Those that are quoting for better for worse, what was the only condition Jesus gave for a divorce? Matthew 5:32.
Madam, if you can forgive him and trust him with your life, stay. What are the steps he's taking to get help? |

And that she blatantly refused to give him a head( s**k his manhood) and has always refused to allow him do same to her. Her reasons were that she doesn't find it permissible due to her religious beliefs. The wife happens to be a very devoted christain but my brothers pain is that she's depriving him of his matrimonial bliss after waiting for her all this years due to no sex till marriage thingy. Should he quit or ... Get them these books. 'Holy Sex' by Michael and Debbie Pearl. Also, 'The Act of Marriage' by Tim LaHaye. They should read and learn. |

Richy4: I don't really need to spell it for you .
That young man has something between her legs. That makes him a man.
Therefore, I believe every kid in the house should do chores in their household. I equally believe that there are chores for the male kids as well as chores for the female children.
There's no way a boy will be in the house and a female child takes over the mowing the premises. Mowing should be a boy's chores.
And it is not ok for a female child to be at home Expecially an adult female; watching TV and a boy step into the kitchen and cook all the time.
But in this case, there was no female child in the family except the mother. So this kids should do all the chores but their parents should be encouraging them Expecially those ones they can't handle very well like cooking.
And those boys should be cooking occasionally. Not every day except the mother was ill or something. How can she be watching TV all the days of her life and the boy will be cooking and she has the guts to say the meat was uncooked? A young lady has something between her legs and on her chest that makes her a WOMAN. A mother has every right to do what she wants in her husbands' house. Is she his maid or girlfriend? A young man in his 20s is still depending on his mother to cook for him? BIG SHAME. The mother is training up her son in the right way by making him cook and cook well. So, it's only men that can relax abi, women don't have blood flowing in their veins ba? We run on liquid mercury. Thanks for the consideration. |

HitlerGaddafi: In my candid opinion, the kitchen is meant for mainly for the women. I'm not saying guys shouldn't be doing kitchen chores, they can but it should minimal and basic. Similar thing happened to me years back and my mom said shey if i marry, will i expect my wife to be cooking for me? Any time I remember that statement till date i will just burst into laughter. Thank fully, it's your opinion. Here's mine and it's a fact. As long as you're hungry, and you eat food from a kitchen, anything involving the kitchen involves you. |

MarvellousGod: Yeah, the woman would have simply encouraged him instead... However, two wrongs don't make a right, he would have found a better way of handling it instead of flaring up and exchanging words with his mum..
In Africa, you must obey your parents as long as you're still under their roof and they fend for you. . You just have to hustle and leave ASAP... No, I don't justify the treatment some parents mete out to their kids... Forget Africa now. Anyway you go,'it's my house, my rules'. If you ain't comfortable, move your shiit out. Afterall, outside African when the children reach a certain age, they start paying rent in their parents house. |
Family › Re: What Can You Say About This Kind Of Parent by jashar(f): 9:52am On Sep 23, 2015 |
HitlerGaddafi: African mentality shaaa. I noticed only the female are in support of that nonsense,it all boils down to sentiments. When I was younger too, they almost turned me to a woman in the house. I cooked, swept ,wash, did this did that. On this particularly day, they gave me their underwear to wash and i was grossly irritated. I argued with them that day and I just parked my things and left the house. The truth is we don't have good mothers again. The mothers of this generation and previous ones lack maternal care and that maternal bond and people like you, Dyt freecocoa are definitely one of them. Drop this african mentality, it is stvpidity and thats why the whites will continue to call you animals because of nothing but your awkward way of thinking. I see no reason why a grown up male child should be forced to cook and still complain that the food is not well cooked. First and foremost, he has no business in that kitchen so get that, upfront. You said we should drop African mentality baa? So who now has business in the kitchen? Ghosts of Christmas Past shey? |

Richy4: So during the heated argument, he doesn't know what his mates does best right?
What he should have done was to leave the room and slam the door to it's very foundation....
Anyways there is nothing he can do at the moment because his school fee, and up keep is on the line if he does anything funny.
I have no issue with his parents asking him to do the chores. But they should stop treating him like a girl. The kneeling down aspect, the flogging @ 20s haba!!!!!
People that says he should move out, yes he should. But do people move out empty handed? He is a student. He got no job. How will be pay the bills and rent.
When the white guys move out of their parents houses and jobless. The government provides for them monthly or fortnightly enough to pay rent. And feed. But if they want more to buy shirt, cigarette etc, that is when they storm out of their comfort zone and look for work. You guys should not mistake Nigeria to be like that. He got no where to go to. Please explain 'treating him like a girl'. Girls should be treated like the way he was treated right? |

A major disadvantage of pre-marital sex; stories that touch. Ladies should realise that in this world, we are at the receiving end. The consequences of a combined action is manifested in one. Young ladies, take heed... Back to Op, if your parents would take you back until you can stand on your own 2 feet is better for you. Besides, you ain't legally married, except I missed out that point in my reading.
