corpershun: LMAO Infact only God knows all things.
Sent an email to Pretoria, replied that my application was resolved yesterday and to wait for TLS. Yet tracker shows still at DMC and TLS has refused to update. Sept 14 biometric, priority That’s a good thing then.. lol.. they are trying to arrange the visa on the passport. |

corpershun: Yes for students They send PDF of the refusal first Via email on the decision day. Then TLS alerts the applicant to come pick passport. That’s what I can induce so far from people with refusals So we should be praying that they don’t tell us to come and pick up our passport early right? |

john598: Good day to you all. please I have an issue with my VISA. I and my friend applied together (PRIORITY) on 2nd of September but he already got his collection email on 13th while I haven't gotten mine.
My ordeal: My biometric was on 2nd of Sept, On the 7th of sept, I was called from the bank (FCMB) around 1pm to give consent concerning the British embassy confirming my account statement in which I did. On the same day, I got "non-straightforward" around 3pm. Till now my application is still being received by Dmc.
My concern, the bank I use is FCMB and the account type is Personal Business Account in which I have multiple transactions/ plenty turn over through the 28 days cos I use it a lot for business, but through out, the money never go down below the required money needed as proof of fund for my visa, could this be the reason I got the non-straightforward email? what else do you think could be the problem and what do you advice I do please?
More so, I am changing from the course I did as an undergraduate to something new entirely. could this also be the problem?
thank you It’s possible they already prepared the non straightforward mail for you when your bank decided to confirm from you first before giving them the information they need. So once they revisit your application and see the response from your bank they’ll issue you a decision. |

Exoticmm: What happens in a few years, when perhaps you’re trying to leave the UK to another country for visit or some other business, and you write you have relatives cos you’ve of course totally forgotten about your student visa application where you lied. You do not think this may backfire? The thing is that the relative question is even not clear on the visa form. Because siblings are not listed under the relatives. |

NigPatriot: First of all, congrats on your admission. I had to look at your profile and test score and I'm surprised your funding is nil for your program. To be honest, for your program, I'm not sure whether it's a PhD or something in between because reading from your transcript the disparities are not spelt out. - you need to find a better way to explicitly talk about your program in such a way that a "lame" man can get the basics.
Also, You spoke about having an employment on campus already, I know that's plausible - but I'm hoping you have some sort of document or email to back it up. (One tip for the embassy is don't say what you cannot defend)
Secondly, you never stated about anything about your thesis, or won't you be undergoing any thesis? Defining and explaining your thesis tells the genuineness of a student from a VOs perspective. (Especially research based programs )
Thirdly your mum and your sister, you have to know what state they're in, what they're currently doing and how they got into the US. Trust me you'll be asked these.
I wish you luck. Thank you very much! Please I am going to send you a mail with an update. Thank you |

Please i want more explanation on this If you have a primary and co sponsor will you include both theirs name there? |
