Our politicians will always be united when it comes to looting the treasury. They only talk of ethnicity and religion when they are being schemed out of the whole thing. In all these, the masses become the losers. |
All these actually thought us a lesson- a president must be interested in who becomes the senate president. You can say it is undemocratic but that's just how things should be in this part of the world. In all these, I miss Baba Obasanjo. |
Wizkid is stupid. Davido is stupid. If you take side in the shit, you're stupid. |

Amid growing calls for secession, the United States Ambassador to Nigeria , Stuart Symington , says Nigerians who preach unity will overcome those calling for secession. Symington said this in a speech at an event held in commemoration of the 241 st anniversary of American independence in Abuja on Thursday . The US envoy said his country and Nigeria shared many similarities , most notably , diversity . He said the first American President , George Washington , had warned that those who seek to weaken a country would always seek to start by causing disunity . Symington said , just like America , Nigeria would remain a united country because of its determined people and leaders . He said , “ Every time we have been challenged , we overcame danger because we had visionary leaders committed to union and citizens committed to ensuring justice for all. “ Today , Nigeria is fortunate to have such leaders and citizens . Together , they are dedicated to keeping Nigeria united and just and to ensuring every Nigerian is heard and taken into account and treated fairly . “ Together , those Nigerians will overpower any call to divide this nation. “ Thanks to them, thanks to you , the lamp of unity and justice burns brightly both in our nations tonight . And the sight of a united Nigeria ’ s light lifts Africa and with it, the world . ” The US envoy said Nigeria ’ s diversity is an inspiration to many countries . He said that , just like the US , Nigeria ’ s plurality was a source of strength . Symington added , “ Wherever I meet a Nigerian , I ask ‘ What do you like the most about your country?’ I like our diversity , our resilience , our energy , our warmth , our spirit , our food . ’ “ Just like the United States , Nigeria is a wonderfully diverse nation whose differences and diversity are sources of strength and reason for pride. ” www.punchng.com/biafra-nigeria-will-defeat-separatist-agitations-says-us/ Lalasticlala |

I went to two secondary schools and the two are among the top 30. I had my JSS class at GOVERNMENT COLLEGE, IBADAN and my SSS class at WESLEY COLLEGE OF SCIENCE, IBADAN. So proud of the two schools. |
Emu4life:This one weak me o. Ajaokuta in Lagos? Okay. |

My best friend is an SCD patient. I cried the first day I saw her in pain. I thought she won't survive it. She's currently 20 and I hope she stays with me longer. Maryam, even though you're not reading this, I cherish every good moments we spent together. You've been a better friend than my AA & AS friends. I pray you won't leave me anytime soon. I love you. |
I don't just understand Nigerian Christians. Our schools have been offering French and Arabic long before Buhari became president. How it suddenly became a tool to Islamize the country now is what I cannot understand. Besides, the subject is optional, so what's the stress all about? |
Happy birthday to the only governor in Nigeria. Others are mere class captains. |
The west, the best. |
sarrki:It seems you do not understand what is going on. The Ademola guy is a U.S based guy who feel he could use the name of Late Isiaka Adeleke to clinch the senatorial ticket. He is the one afraid of primary election here. He is only popular with Ede. He understands that he has no required number of delegates to win the ticket. For your information, Sen. Mudashiru Hussain defeated the late Isiaka Adeleke in 2011. So, who is that political infant called Ademola? |
sarrki:Bro, this is Ademola not Isiaka. Ademola is not popular in Osun. He is not Serubawon and can never be Serubawon. Sen. Mudashir Hussein is the man to beat. |
The guy just proved he knows nothing about politics. He is dead politically and this might be the end of Adeleke's family name in politics. By the way, which faction of PDP? |
Almost impossible, but can still be achieved. |
davinchecodes:source of information? |

I want the process to be successful not because I have issue with Dino Melaye, but because I do not want our lawmakers to feel untouchable anymore. |
It can only get better in Lasgidi. |
May God bless the Acting President. |
Our problem has always been implementation of laws. I think we have enough laws to make this country better. However, our leaders develop cold feet when it comes to implementation. |

BininKingdom:Why are you interested in forcing people into what they do not want to be part of? Isn't that your problem with Lugard? |
