I used to sniff at the sofa after the visitors left, hahaha. Then the light fume from a heavy duty truck. School chalk(I used to chew that in primary school) and freshly wet sand. Fuel too. Really weird and interesting thread here. :-)

Politics / Re: Suggestion To Nairaland Owner (seun Osewa) by jaymdee(m): 7:22am On Feb 27, 2012
I don't think the change of layout and all is necessary here. Even, profile pics and avatars aren't a pig point for Nairaland because, the near anonymous nature of each poster makes for plain and frank views.
Also, someone  thought change would make Nairaland less boring shocked FYI, Nairaland can't be boring(ever) due to the constant information and the divergent views expressed here by the minute. So,please Mr Seun, don't change your site. It will look like those immature dating sites. My opinion though.

Politics / Re: Jonathan's Militants Surround Oil Platforms In Delta& Rivers States by jaymdee(m): 2:53pm On Jan 15, 2012
Now this is scary. Didn't these ones go into the crappy amnesty program? If the govt is sincere, the presence of militants around any fed property should be followed by a counter directive to flush them immediately. I smell a rat: the militants is being positioned as a makeshift law enforcement arm of the FGN.

Food / Re: The Most Romantic Food In Nigeria by jaymdee(m): 1:53pm On Jan 15, 2012
@Poster, try some akara and pap, followed by fresh fish pepper soup. Yam and chicken porridge is also an exclusive dish that would make a lot of sense. Off course contact me for fresh palm wine(Delta State spec). :-)
Politics / Re: Nigerian Police Removing Remains After Killing Protester In Ibafo by jaymdee(m): 8:25pm On Jan 11, 2012
I was a live witness of all these between 6-7pm yesterday. I was on a journey back to Lagos from Asaba. We got stranded at Mowe/Ibafo when we got the news of these native thieves harassing travellers, destroying cars and collecting valuables. We got real scared and parked for hours, you guys needed to see kids and women running into unknown bushes for fear of these sick natives. Well, a joint effort of soldiers and army drove ahead of us, shooting at the daredevil hoodlums that wanted us dead. In the process some were killed. And I have to state here that it was the first time I felt glad seeing people shot dead at close range. What was our crime? Travelling through a FG road or did we still from their poverty stricken houses. No, they simply wanted to capitalise on the near emptiness of the express way to loot us dry. I'm glad they were killed. I wish those that escaped were caught down too. Now, it's very important to get our facts straight. I was impressed by those military men. Kudos!!!

So folks are now shocked beyond borders at the way the belly of the fish is changing Jonah. Once upon a time, he was the humble,no sandal-wea ring kid with torn uniform and all that jazz. Now, he's revealing his Gaddafi tendencies and ill traits. Good luck 'patient' Nigerians. I salute una.

Oga, your attendance or not, makes no difference in the scheme of things. I don't know why it is so hard for you to accept your position in the history books of Nigeria. That's where you belong. Just stay there and wait for the bookworms to feast on you. Haba. Chineke ne kwanum o
Romance / Re: Wot Kinda Insult Is This? by jaymdee(m): 11:31am On May 29, 2011
Dude, you are obviously sitting in a 'one chance' bus. Do yourself a favour and get down fast before you reach Benin by-pass. I'll advice you form chatting-up an ex(if you have one) for so long a time, then see her reaction. If she acts normal it means you are the stranger in her life.
Be wise man. Shine ya eye.
Politics / Re: There Is Need To De-congest Lagos And Industrialise The South East - Jonathan by jaymdee(m): 10:57am On May 19, 2011
Why can't we give tribalism a break? It ruins all common goals and gives this real notions that 'Nigeria' is a big fiction.
What the FG intends, is a de-centralisation of commerce main hub as Lagos. That, I think would make even national development and economic strength of the country's regions.
