@mj baba. it is not totally true, if you go for a nokia E72, you will enjoy cool applications and the durabillity of nokia. what more besides the 5k you pay on mtn glo or etisalat for you BB, you can use a bundle on etisalat and zain @ 1k for 100mb, 5k for 1024mb and use 24/7 internet on your nokia phone.

I think BB is for fun and business, nokia e72 is for applications, business, fun and much more.

@Philcool; go to the Menu of the dialogue box of your modem, click tools.
then select options,
from options you select netwok. in the network, as you are having a slower connection change to GRPS only/ GSM only.
do
not take WCDMA/HSPDA as the case may be. this will give you browsing with EDGE which is still ok.

@khool; check zain website for the price of their modem. But I have modems for sale that you can use with all four existing GSM networks.

zain. although zain is now operating HSDPA/WCDMA which is 3G+ it isn't in all places yet. but with edge technology (gprs) you caan enjoy a steady speeed with your zain.

this has been very reaviling, especially for a newbie like me. more please. i think i will vote for eset nod32, and get away from cracked programme. get the original softwares and scure youself. or better still get a mac from apple.

it is a great thing that we have forums like this. i knew this is the kind of crappy service we'll be getting. so, in my case i went for the general modem, huawei 3.6mbps modem. I have been using MTN night plan 3GB limit for NGN2,500, etisalat 100MB for NGN1,000, zain's 100MB for NGN1,000 too. I tried for glo, but it kept giving me error 628 after they consumed my NGN500.

in my opinion, their is no best service, it depends on where you are at any point in time. the closer you are to the mast, the faster the browsing. glo may be best in some areas, why etisalat is the best in other areas. that has been the reason why we've gotten different co

i have huawei modems for sale. one is 7.2Mbps, the others are 3.6Mbps. no network in nigeria currently support more that 3.6mbps yet.

those that does not seem to prefer the opera beta, might be using quark phones. if u use a good smart phone all the features work even better than that of opera 3.1.
