I am shocked to find this to be true. But I am also not as shocked. I have tried the Phantom 6 in the retail outlet at Maryland Shopping Mall and the phone is more than impressive. Makes me wonder how TECNO is able to deliver this slim unibody design and still innovate while keeping the price at a perfect point.

If I want to buy a good Samsung or an iPhone now, I'd have to buy it used for the price TECNO is selling.

I think ladies like bigger phones these days. Anyone going for the C7 will be doing it for it is a less costly version of the C9 and I am super glad it takes as a good a photo as the C9 does. I not not mind the smaller size.

It is better to go for C7 if you don't like 5.5 inch screen and want to save some money.

C7 has 2GB RAM
it also has the camera in the middle. 13MP front and back.
That would be enough for me.

What I'm not sure of is the camera quality of c7 as compared to c9.

Because, I have quite encountered the superior picture quality of C9 on any other device I know.

But this is not even the first set--you're not old enough jo. The first set of SIM from this network was Econet and I bought mine for N25,000 and use it with Motorola Talk About.

Question: Have you tried the phone before concluding these claims are lies? Do you want to come and try for yourself? I have a Camon C9 here and I have an iPhone 6s Plus as well. But you will spend 1/4 of what you spend on the iPhone on the C9 and still get far more impressive photographs on the C9. Let me know if you are willing to check the camera out and I can arrange to let you try mine.

Use a standard test if you must compare. Comparing Zero 3 to BOOM J8? Shift abeg. I have both phone. I like the Zero 3 for screen size and lite weight. Boom J8 is prettier and the headphones are lit. I can borrow you for a week. Just ask me OP.

For those who want to sell their C8, I want to buy as well. I tried my wife's C8 after updating to HiOS for her and the phone is a lot faster and smooth. Instagram doesn't crash on it as well.

You can get one with excellent battery at about ₦26k. Search for the L5. Camera is not so superb. Better camera starts from Camon C8

TECNO phones have emerged and grown, giving former Lords and competitors in the mobile space a chase. Samsung recently laid of a lot of their staff. They're not selling as much as they used to.

Gionee and the other brands are trying to be like TECNO. TECNO is a leader and pioneer of good value at good price points.

They will fight TECNO, but they won't win. Let them hate. By the way, when receiving phone calls with the BOOM J8, the voice clarity is superb---will compete with iPhone 6s and Samsung S6. I have the BOOM J8 btw and it costs me just ₦41,000. Comment if you've used the curtent TECNO phones in the market.
