May I add that while planning for roof structure, consideration should be given to the kind of nogging vis a viz the kind of ceiling that would be installed in the house. I'm saying this because as a POP/PVC ceiling installer, I've come across many situations whereby a client calls you up for POP installation only for you to get to site and see a 4x4, in some cases 4x2 nogging instead of 2x2 nogging which is the right nogging for POP ceiling.
Some times one would just wonder if the the client did not tell the engineer or the carpenter or whoever is in charge of the project that he wants to install a POP on the nogging, or the the professionals in charge of the project do not know that you don't install POP on a 4x4 nogging; but on a 2x2 nogging.
If it is a PVC ceiling that is to be installed, one can excuse a 4x2 nogging.
In summary, 2x2 nogging is the ideal nogging structure for POP ceiling (4x2 nogging could be managed in some cases if some conditions are met), PVC ceiling works on both 2x2 and 4x2 noggings while 4x4 nogging is a no no for both POP and PVC ceilings. 4x4 nogging works for the traditional slate ceiling.

Jellybean - Android 4.3

Lollipop - Android 5.0
Marshmallow - Android 6.0

They are basically different versions of the android operating system with Jellybean being the oldest and Marshmallow being the most recent.
From Jellybean to Marshmallow you will observe a drastic improvement in speed, GUI aesthetics, better colour and picture output and complexity. Someone that is used to Jellybean will find marshmallow difficult to interact with but will be able to interact with Kitkat relatively well. Conversely, someone that is familiar with Lollipop will find interacting with Marshmallow a walkover and consider both 4.3 & 4.4 (Jellybean & lollipop) archaic.

Brother, there is no version of Android as 4.3. Jellybean is Android 4.1. What you might have as a sub-version could be Android 4.1.3 (still a Jellybean). After Jellybean, you have Kitkat which is Android 4.4, then Lollipop 5.0, and currently Marshmallow-6.0.
Besides, the part you said Jellybean is the oldest version; I would like you to clarify that because before Jellybean there were older versions of android like Donut 1.6, Eclair 2.1, Froyo 2.2. Gingerbread 2.3, Honeycomb 3.0, Ice cream sandwich 4.0, .... Note the initials D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M.
I can bet, the next version of Android will start with an 'N' and it will be a sweet edible item.

1. Ensure min wage can get the basics: 30-35k.

2. Follow the 350bn capital spending bumper to bumper so we don't end up subsidising corruption in another guise.

3. Fight RMAFC & Wages commission to a standstill so there is income parity among govt establishments.

4. Enforce due process in recruitment; so young graduates without connection won't all be relegated to recharge card sales or fish pond or poultry farming because the elites have taken all the posts with "juice" & left ONLY the chaffs..
