She turned up for her book, On Becoming media round in the capital city garbed in a sparkling gown from Lanre da Silver Ajayi.

Nigerian pop star, Davido comes from a wealth background and has never stopped telling the world the affluence in his home, from bragging about the 30 billion naira in his account to his dad asking him to increase the sum to 90 billion, it is beyond reasonable doubt that the singer is load with cash.

On Snapchat he recently revealed to his followers how he makes such amount of money when he told them about getting paid, N20 million naira for three shows in Lagos and Yola.

The singer detailed how he performed in two states in the same day and his payment all totaled a whooping N20million.

He had his first show in Yola, Adamawa state, then moved down to Lagos in his father's private jet, for two more shows with one of them being Gidifest. This means that Davido atleast got paid, N6 million for each performance.

There has been a good turnaround from the Nigerian Police force who have finally agreed to support 2face Idibia in the coming mass protest, lifting the ban that would have prevented him from doing so.

Speaking on the protest, slated for Feb 6th, the Lagos state commissioner of police, Fatai Owoseni took back his earlier statement adding that men of the Nigerian Police will be on ground to provide security for protesters at the National Stadium in Lagos.

The commissioner after meeting with organisers of the event told newsmen: “We had a meeting with the protesters and we explained to them why we advised against the protest. A pro-government group wants to protest that same day and we don’t want a situation where there would be friction.

“We also don’t want hooligans to hijack the process and injure the protesters. After explaining to them, they said they will go back and discuss with others. They said if they decide to go ahead, they won’t demonstrate but would assemble at a point and read their demands.


“That notwithstanding, we have resolved to provide security for them. It is our responsibility and we won’t shy away from it. We will ensure trouble makers do not hijack the process.” #istandwith2baba
