ukay2: I think you will look unprofessional.
Move on with the one you have accepted, gain the UK experience and probably more better jobs/opportunities will come your way as you go on. Thanks boss. I appreciate |

Use this (Hello [Line Manager's Name],
I hope this finds you well. Firstly, I'd like to sincerely thank you for considering me for the account manager position. Upon reflection and a deeper consideration of my long-term career goals, I realize that I may have been too hasty in my earlier decision. I am genuinely interested in the opportunity to interview for the role, if it's still available.
I understand if the position has been filled or if you have reservations due to my previous response, but I wanted to express my genuine interest and ensure I'm exploring all avenues that align with my career aspirations.
Thank you for understanding, and I look forward to your response.
Best regards, [Your Name] ) _Copied_

Meanwhile you can still sign the contract, just understand the exit clause in the contract before signing should in case you want leave.
Wish you success This is apt. I will give it a try |

Hi guys, I have been in the job hunt for a while now. I got an offer from a company as a quality control personnel which is still connected to my background as an engineer. I accepted the offer and awaiting reference checks.
However, I also applied for a sales admin position in another company and during interview, the interviewer was very impressed but said I am over qualified for the job. The interviewer recommended me to her Line manager to interview for an account manager position. The line manager called to book an appointment but I said I have already accepted an offer with another company.
On a second thought, the pay for the quality control role is far less than the account manager and the job description is what I know I can do. I.feel very bad for turning down the interview invite.
Please can I call back the line manager and say l I will like to do the interview? How do I say it without sounding unprofessional.
And please will it be a breach of contract with company B if I turn down the offer after accepting it? Although I haven't recieved a contract and I am due to start by first week of next month.
I need advice my people |

Solumtoya: He was applying for trainee and got bumped up. I think he should endure. If it's a really good job, then it's worth it. My opinion.
My job took almost 4 long months from application to Day 1. But working there made it all worth it because it was my dream job. I understand the process can be a lot better but hopefully it pays off. Thanks man. I will inform him |

bigtt76: He should request the trial sessions to be treated as a contract and get duly paid for it. He can't be using his hard earned money to transport and work for free. If they know he's knowledgeable, there should be no need for trials. Thanks, I will tell him |

Hi guys,
A friend of mine applied for a trainee Job in an engineering company. He was invited for a physical interview at the company's office. After the interview, he said the interviewers sounded very impressed and told him that his previous experience makes him over qualified for the trainee position and they would like to fit him into a qualified role with an improved pay. He was asked to come for a 4hrs trial work session to familiarise himself with the work environment and so they can better access his understanding of the job. After the trial session, the director once again reiterated the fact that my friend is very knowledgeable and would consult with the senior staff that accessed him to know the final step. However, he was asked to provide a reference from previous employer.
After providing reference, he recieved a mail from the company requesting additional 4hours trial work session and my friend feels a bit frustrated about the back and forth.
Please any advise for him? |

Lexusgs430: He was very very very very wrong.............
Have you asked yourself why your bank would not offer you a bank loan, but are happy to offer you a PCP or HP.........
One of the reasons, a lien on the vehicle + make more money from you........ Unless you are buying directly from the manufacturer, with mouth watering APR rates..........
Once the vehicle is offered by a 3rd party, they must attempt to milk you........ 🤣😍😂
NB : You can't get a PCP deal @ £7000....... Nah Peugeot 404 you wan buy........ 😁
Viruses meant, personal loan is best....... But his keyboard got attacked by a virus...... 😁😝 Can't you buy a used car with a PCP or HP deal? Must it be a new car? |

Lexusgs430: You need to ask yourself this questions......
- Do I really want a new car - Would I still be pleased with my new car and still happily paying for it, when the nostalgic period is over - How secure is my job - Do I fully understand the difference between PCP & HP. If you haven't, get Google fired up........ 😂🤣
NB : A personal loan is still a much better way to buy a vehicle...... Shame you can't get a loan....... They really want to milk you..... 🤣😭 Thanks man but your comment is contradictory go what @Viruses said that personal loan has a higher interest than HP or PCP. Llyods bank said car finance of £7000 and above attracts a 5% interest monthly |

Viruses: I can't tell you which option to go for, but personal loan in my opinion is the least.
Personal loan: they will give you the money to do what you want, you will use it to pay for the car and you will pay back at interest rate of about 20%.
The other two options (HP/PCP): they will pay for the car themselves and it will be delivered to you. You then pay back at interest rate of about 8%. Okay thanks for the info |
