I have noticed that since the Chatam speech, the General has not been seen or heard from. I have gone through all the social media and not even a mention by the APC spokes person on his what or where since Chatam?
I may be wrong but I think it is strange for a presidential candidate to stay under the radar for so long....even if he is on vacation!

Who has heard/read/seen GMB?

Politics / Re: Petrol Scarcity: Ekiti Govt Shut Down Five Petrol Stations For Selling Above by jdilight(m): 9:25am On Mar 03, 2015
bugs1:
Five petrol stations found to have been selling petrol above the official N87 pump price and creating artificial scarcity have been shut down by the Ekiti State Government.

Making the disclosure in Ado Ekiti on Monday, the Chairman, Ekiti State Petroleum Consumers Protection Agency, Mr. Adeyemi Adebayo, said the stations were selling between N100 and N110, which he said was tantamount to extortion.

This was part of the efforts of the state government to ease the hard-biting petrol scarcity that crept into the state since last Wednesday.

The agency also alleged that the fuel stations were hoarding petroleum products, thereby subjecting motorists to hardship and unwarranted queues at the stations.

According to him, each of the affected stations were to pay a fine of N500,000 each to the Ekiti State government’s coffers to serve as punitive measure.
Adebayo gave the names of the five fuel stations to include Prosperous filling station, Isan-Ekiti, Iroporal filling station, Iropora-Ekiti; Ferbason filling station, Ado-Ekiti, MNPC, Ado-Ekiti as well as Montel filling station also in Ado-Ekiti.
He vowed that the affected stations would not be re-opened until they revert to the normal price and stop further hoarding of the product. Adebayo expressed regrets that some petrol dealers have chosen to make life difficult for people at a time when government was trying to make things easy for them.

Politics / Re: Inec, Jega And Credible Election by jdilight(m): 8:28pm On Mar 02, 2015

If am elected a President of Nigeria

1. I will create and economic model that will have the private sector partner with the federal government in industrial development.
Government will own 30% of key industries like: Refineries, Estates, textile, farms, etc. While the private sector will own 70%.

2. All government contract jobs will be reviewed by external companies who bears the lose that arises from fielding incompetent company to handle government jobs.

3. Correct data of all government worker will be captured and reviewed every 3 years.

4. Data of all graduates will be captured in a view to creating jobs for them and knowing the real state of unemployment in the nation. After graduates, employable Nigerians will also have their data captured to know their area of employability.

5. I will declare state of emergency on all federal roads.

6. Our aviation industry, railway will be upgraded to international standard by my no. 1 means.

7. All manufacturing firm will be encouraged by using their products in and out side the nation as occasion calls

8. Indigenous industries will have major contract from my government than foreign firms. Foreign firms who will be patronized by my government must have at least 20% equity holding by a local firm.

9. My government will build one world standard laboratory in each geopolitical zone in the nation.

Politics / Inec, Jega And Credible Election by jdilight(m): 7:52pm On Mar 02, 2015
The rumors making round the news stand of Nigerian political landscape, is the allege plot to remove Prof. Jega as the inec chairman before the election. The above has create two schools of thought; one is of the opinion that Jega's removal as inec chairman will undermine the credibility of the election, while the second school of thought believe that credible election is not hinged on a personality but a structure.

The big question is, " what is Jega function as inec chairman ?"

The above question begs for an answer not only with respect to inec but to all leadership positions being occupied by one leader or the order. The inability of the average Nigerian to know the job function of its leader has resulted in blame games and shit of responsibility. Federal government are blamed for failure in the part of state government and vice vise.

From the aforementioned, Jega cannot be at all the polling stations at the same time. He only announce results as given to him by inec officials. In the event of begin given a wrong/rigged results, he will announce same.

The credibility of our election is in the credibility of inec structure, which we believe has been built by Jega. The test of this structure is in the successful conduct of our election in the absence of Jega. If a free and fair election is conduct in Jega's absence, he will said to have built a credible inec and his past election which was upheld to have been free and fair will be accorded its historic place but if in his absence inec can not hold a credible election. Jega is an electoral fraud served in electoral secrecy and has offered nothing new.

How does that make this gov't look, if it claims to have compelling evidence that a man is corrupt, and yet allows him to walk free.

If you ask me, I'd say it's a big indictment on this administration's failure to tackle corruption head-on.

P.S: we didn't hear none of this when GEJ cut a deal with the same Tinubu on 2011 to deliver the SW votes now did we. Get the Ef outta here.

They said Buhari will take us back if elected President! Nigerians say it's a good decision to go back when you've lost your way on a 16yrs PDP journey where our destination as a nation is no longer visible. Please Buhari, take us back to the era where:
1. One Dollar was less than one Naira. It is incredible today!
2. Everything was on first come first serve basis.
3. There was zero tolerance for corruption.
4. Oil refineries in PortHarcourt, Warri & Kaduna were built & running at full capacity.
5. Anybody with questionable wealth was afraid to display it in public.
6. There was Zero tolerance for indiscipline. Everything was in order
7. Nigeria had no debt at all.
8. Neglecting your children was a crime
9. Littering the public place was a crime
10. Twenty oil depots were built and functioning.
11. Western world didn't have to interfere into our nation.
12. Chad invaded Nigeria, we sent them packing but did not harness their Land
13. Our economy was NOT running on generator
14. We can sleep with our eyes closed because we were secured.
15. Countries like Indonesia and Malaysia need not to set example on how to deal with drug pushers.
16. The Maitaseine Islamic Sect insurgency in the North was crushed on record time.
17. We want those days when Buhari was a military Governor but did not amass illegal wealth.
18. We want those days when Buhari was a Minister of Petroleum but did not hire a private jet for N10 billion.
19. We want those days when Buhari was a Head of State but did not loot the Treasury.
20. We want those days when Buhari was Head of PTF but did not steal the Fund even in the days of Abacha when stealing was the order of the day.

Pls Buhari & Osinbajo,
Take us BACK! We can't afford another 4yrs of waste in the hands of PDP!!! Take us BACK to the good old days of this our great nation.

When you check the year we are in you will know that even American dollar is not even silver certificate backed. Now the time you talk about dollar was gold certificate backed. So if America cannot go back to even backing dollar with silver certificate, your not only deceiving yourself but endangering your children.

The world can never go back as you can never be a child.

wake up or stop taking that stuf.

Politics / Re: Boko Haram Terrorist’ Among Jonathan’s Baga Welcome Crew by jdilight(m): 2:29pm On Feb 28, 2015
dotcomnamename:
A suspected Boko Haram member in military uniform has been spotted in the images of those who welcomed president Goodluck Jonathan in Baga this week.

Studying the pictures with highlights, one notices the bearded man among some unusual looking men in uniform on the far left of the image.

Posed: Who is that bearded man in military uniform? Is he not a Boko Haram terrorist or was Asari-Dokubo part of the President visit to Baga? Who are the weird men in uniform on the left flank?

We must remind our readers that the military does not ever allow such a huge massive beard. The questions being asked are: Why did President Jonathan not visit Baga with journalists from renowned newspapers to give the visit huge publicity especially in light of the recent holocaust in that area? What is Goodluck Jonathan hiding from Nigerians? Who is that heavily bearded military man? Who are the other unusual men in army uniform on that side of the welcome pavilion? Was the visit a meeting between Jonathan and the terrorists’ leaders? What did they discus?

NewsRescue commentators said: We believe when they were taking the shots it never occurred to them that the bearded man in military uniform will appear and raise suspicions. And Nigerians should demand the military to tell us who those men are.

Nigerians demand answers,- if this was a negotiation meeting with Boko Haram or something because that was how Jonathan first lied that the meeting with Chadian president Idriss Deby last September was about ‘arms smuggling’ before later admitting after NewsRescue figured it out and exposed it, that the meeting was actually when they negotiated the scam ceasefire that led to thousands of Nigerian deaths. We need the truth. Did president Jonathan go to Baga to meet with Boko Haram terror leaders?
