Truly truly, I can stay with J. Lo's type. She's preferable to a decent but "urgent 2k girl". Do anything you like with your body... you're answerable to your creator for that. Just don't beg me for money or any other assistance. I detest begging

Congratulations on your achievement bro,it's no easy feat cos the iron reinforcement for story building is different from a normal house not to talk of the granite .

It takes a landlord to understand why some landlords are very serious with their properties because they know how much they committed to the development .

More success 💪

congrats to you.

Though it's a great asset if the duplex is complete ,but the process is not easy ....cost of iron skyrocketed between December last year and April this year not to talk of other materials . I would have gone for a bungalow if well advised . I would have moved in by now too .
My brother, I always grumble in my heart that my late dad left his proposed three-storey building plan at ground floor for me before death took him four years ago. As in, we weren't buoyant enough, and no strong business then to make funds from, so where did the idea even come from? grin cheesy

I shaa had to accomplish his dream. Maybe he believed things would get better and he'd eventually finish it. And on 31 of December last year, I roofed the moth'fuccking structure. We are running the finishings now...already gone past plastering, floor tilings and Pop ceilings. Only thing left is plumbing work, wiring and painting, and I can now rest from the life assignment that he gave me grin grin. Sincerely speaking, God is the greatest.

But in my next life, if he happens to also be my father and gives me this kind of assignment again and leaves me like this, I'd invite all the pastors in this world to keep praying at his corpse till he resurrects from the dead. No be me another man go give assignment like that Waka go im way. Because, no matter how much wealth I have, the highest personal building I can embark on is a two-storey duplex. Even one-storey is enough. It's not as if I'm even sure that the tenants would always be cooperative when it comes to paying rents and other levies

How much can you pay for the oxygen that you breath?

How much can you pay for loyalty...NOT sycophancy?

How much can you pay for true friendship?

Even when it comes to money, I got ideas on how to make money freely from an unexpected source. The ones close to me were hoarding theirs at the time.

Seek genuineness, not all these money-induced fakeries that you posted here. You'd enjoy life without undue pressure

Like I said earlier you are right with your line of reasoning about the issue but then it is beyond your understanding because you are a woman and not a man.

You are talking about who gets more approached here but I am talking about natural instincts, natural phenomenon.

You think it is by women's discipline that even though they get more approached by different men for romance, still more women reject such approaches more than men?

It is by discipline that men chase women more than women chase men all over the world?

You think it's by discipline that a boy of 12 years starts liking girls and getting erection and start looking for a girl to hump while girls of his age are running away from boys?

You think it's by discipline or coincidence that Presidents, kings, Prime Ministers, male billionaires, male CEOs, Bishops, Pastors, Imams, etc spend so much just to entice girls to sleep with them but the female ones control themselves or do theirs in a more limited way?

It is by discipline that Queen Elizabeth remained faithful to her husband but her husband could not despite their status in the world?

It is by discipline that Hillary Clinton remained faithful to Bill Clinton but bill Clinton being US President with so much attention on him couldn't exercise same discipline?

No wahala
You were making some sense till you started your "You think it is by" rhymes.

My brother, anything wey dey man body, dey woman body too. Show me a male sex-maniac, and I'd tell you that there's a nymphomaniac somewhere who would put his seemingly high libido to shame if she's allowed to express herself fully and without judgement. And again, don't vouch for these famous women. Women can be very discreet when it comes to sexual affairs. Men, on the other hand, are very lousy

You'd be surprised the imported cement will still sell below 5k despite the exchange rate.

It's economics of demand and supply that'll crash the price at depot.
Even if the government now starts to allow foreign cements, there are still many factors to consider: EX work or FOB cost(while minding the present FX rate) and freight charges. And even after this, you are still not sure that the foreign cement would be a cheaper alternative, as all it would take to make you regret your choice of going for foreign cement is to be slapped with a heavy Import duty when your consignment of foreign cement arrives at the port. Agent sef go come bill you for clearance and transportation to final destination, and now most truck drivers don increase their money too.

Na you go use your hand abandon the consignment for port. grin

Osimhen ain't big, he's just tall and fit!
And Ndicka is actually good... At least in this tournament.
For a lady, your knowledge of the game is awesome. You "off" me.

However, I disagree with you that Osimhen is just tall and fit. You made him look like a Peter Crouch. Osimhen is not just tall and fit... he's equally big and strong. If you know how big and strong central defenders are meant to be, you'd understand and appreciate the fact that Osimhen is really big and strong to be able to pressure them and eventually rob them of the ball like he usually does.

Another aspect that shows his bigness and strength is in aerial situations. He would often outjump and out-balance equally tall and strong defenders in the air to head the ball. If that doesn't connote physicality and strength, I don't know what does.

Finally, don't forget that Osimhen operated as a lone striker against the Ivorian defence. The Nigerian offensive midfielders were missing in action. As a result, he was overpowered

Laurene:
Besides Osimhen, who else is world-class in Nigeria squad? From the attack to defense?

Nicholas Pepe was once 1 player of year and highest goalscorer in Lille when they won the league even though he might have fallen off now.

Sebastien Haller is also terrific. He won player of the month severally in Dortmund and also appeared on Bundesliga team of the season.
He was much better in Ajax, being the highest goal scorer. Cancer only slowed his pace.

Willy Boly was also spectacular in his prime then in Manchester city.

Serge Aurier was one of the best wingbacks in Premier league.

Franck Kessie? On fire! He was one of the best players in AC Milan

Jean Michael Seri?
Seko Fofana?
Jonathan Bamba?
Ismael Diallo?
Max Gradel?
Ndicka That guy is a low-key beast. A monster of a defender. As big as Osimhen was, he ate him alive

Nihiliphobia ,you mean cheesy.

You may right though. His facial expression before taking any penalty is like a dead stare into the goalkeeper's soul, irrespective of whatever theatrics the goalkeeper may put up to scare him.

Stone cold killer, that's what he is cheesy
You got the spelling right dear.

It's one thing to be confident as a penalty taker... it's another thing to be ice-cold in the same situation. The roars of the expectant crowd, the weight of the burden upon his shoulders at the time....I really doubt he could feel any of these things.
