After then I realised that the only way out was dissolution of Nigeria. Let me tell you one secret. No agbero operates without the knowledge of police and they operate few meters from police Checkpoints. For example the one before dust bin site after Electrical Obosi is 2 meters before police Checkpoints. Most times both them and the police will be talking to the same driver at once This is true |

The new plazas around round about are trying to replicate the Emeka Offor plaza style because that is where most of them came from but the Vigilante are teaching them serious lesson. The difference between Nnewi and Onitsha is that when you are in Nnewi you'll know that you are in somebody's Town but in Onitsha, you'll feel like you are in no man's land. Sorry for using the word ;Dthe worst is that the Governor encourages tout activities in a way. Imagine say some group of thugs are known as "Umu Obiano" |

BKayy: "All roads" I know them. Their ticket doesn't have destination. They have been doing that thing since time immemorial. They operate at down flyover at Chisco park opposite the old faith park that ANSG cleared. They are always fight ready. Their target is non Indigenes. Mr OP sorry for your experience. This is why we need Biafra. Police is part of them. They operate opposite police Checkpoints. Their other stands are opposite side of the flyover facing Main market road, another towards ITC Park and another again before city park as you are about to detour obodo ukwu Road. Everybody knows them. They are protected by the Police. They can beat you up if you enter their trap. Once you enter, it is either you wait for many hours for them to get more victims or you forfeit your money. Their targets are those going to Lagos, Benin, Osun, Ekiti, Owerri, Portharcourt and Delta. For some reasons they avoid Aba. They charge times 3 of the normal fare, charge for any load even hand bag and lavish insults on the complainants. They have syndicates that occupy the bus when you come, making it look like it is a normal bus. Once again, sorry for your experience There is little difference between Aba and Onitsha, and that is why Onitsha always respect Aba, and vice versa |

breathelove: Sue him for doing what? Sue him for not drinking coke? They only want to make him much richer by bringing up weak cases against him. Cocacola and Ronaldo's parts bearly cross. It would be hard to hurt him. I am not sure we have too many examples of superstars who were sued by multinationals for refusing to use their products I never said that Ronaldo owes Cola a duty to drink their product. It's nobody's business what anybody drinks, so far as it isn't illegal. But trying to demarket and make such a popular product lose relevance isn't to be taken lightly. Mind you, I'm not saying that Cola would move to sue him now, neither am I saying that it must be for obvious demarketing reasons. Remember he had a rape charge against him in the past. Imagine if in the future when he has hung his boots and is no longer as relevent in the football world as he is now, and other ugly allegations begin to rear up their ugly heads against him, both true ones and trumped-up ones, and Cola then thinks it's the right time to punish him for his arrogance by lending financial muscles to his detractors....... it's not going to be easy for him and his funds. The point I'm trying to pass is this, he could have ignored those coke bottles. Making the company his enemy openly was unwise and unnecessary, inspire of his beliefs. And however you see it, Ronaldo is not invincible. If Michael Jackson and R. Kelly were cut to size, then even Ronaldo should be wary. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: UEFA Warns Teams Could Be Fined If Players Move Drinks At News Conferences by Jeferious: 11:01am On Jun 18, 2021 |
styleewhyte: Coke should have made a banner.. I don't support CR7 on that but let's take it this way... Make a banner.. The company's know what they are doing, You don't need to keep your drinks on the table. Players have faiths and believes.. And Many Fans look up to them... To see products they endorse
They can sponsor the tournament but don't need the Product on the table, it kinda implies the players take them...
If UEFA is this Naive to to warn countries... These top players will start turning down these press conferences... And that will be worse and they can use their platform against the company.. The companies sure know what they are doing, according to you. It's the players that I'm not sure if they are possessed or something. Something you can just ignore and peace will continue to reign. Maybe in your social media accounts, you can then declare your beliefs. So because I'm not a Catholic, I should go about defacing and pulling down statutes of the Holy Mary Ronaldo, Pogba and Locatelli are a stupid bunch. They are even more stupid if they don't boycott the Euros and go home to sleep, since their personal beliefs are worth more than their career and money. The three of them are babies in adult bodies |

frankson1: It's a very simple question that I asked and I'm asking because I want to know. What and how can Coca-Cola company get back at CR7?
Besides, I can't make anything out of your first paragraph because it didn't answer my question. I said something about hitting him with vexatious lawsuits when he's no longer protected by the big dogs after his playing days, probably to deplete his funds and make him bankrupt. It happened to Michael Jackson. |
Sports › Re: Coca-Cola Loses $4 Billion As Ronaldo Removes Soft Drink To Endorse Water by Jeferious: 2:55pm On Jun 16, 2021 |
frankson1: What can Coca-Cola do to him? Seize his properties, stop paying him salary or stop feeding him..what exactly?
CR7 should not even continue with the campaign because Coca-Cola 'go hear am'. God use people to bless people. The tournaments that Ronaldo have starred in were due to people's sponsorships. Ronaldo is big, but Cola is definitely much bigger. If you doubt me, let Ronaldo sponsor just one Euro Championship all by himself. But if you fail to grab the sense in this first paragraph, I don't think there's much need to explain that Cola can really get back at Ronaldo if they mean to. If to you, Ronaldo is invincible, then so be it |
Sports › Re: Coca-Cola Loses $4 Billion As Ronaldo Removes Soft Drink To Endorse Water by Jeferious: 2:12pm On Jun 16, 2021 |
breathelove: You talk as if Coke is the Mafia that would send hitmen to him. I don't see how coke can affect Ronaldo's image or his personal brand. True Ronaldo's popularity may not always be this high but it has nothing to do with coke. I really don't see them sending a hitman after Ronaldo. Ronaldo has made himself an ambassador of healthy living. he does not drink alcohol, He controls his diet and has remained fit and healthy all through his career. His action is one that many young sportsmen should emulate if they seek to get to the top. What about hit him with numerous vexatious lawsuits that would eat deep into his funds after he has retired, leaving him on the edge of bankruptcy? Suits they know they can't hit him with now because the big dogs are still interested in his career and would surely cover him so that he won't feel a thing, so Cola now wait till he's done with football and the big dogs have moved on to the latest prospects? My dear, there are many ways to kill a rat, hitmen aside. All I'm saying is that it is not good to make an enemy, especially where this is unnecessary. And no matter how much we try to construct possibilities, there are still other ways Cola can hurt Ronaldo than we can ever imagine |
Sports › Re: Coca-Cola Loses $4 Billion As Ronaldo Removes Soft Drink To Endorse Water by Jeferious: 11:32am On Jun 16, 2021 |
It's silly to pick a fight for the sake of it. Ronaldo's hints towards better living by avoiding cola products are commendable, but unless he has a beef with the company before and he's trying to get back at them, then his actions are just plain foolish and suicidal.
Because at the end of the day, Cola is a bigger brand than Ronaldo, and it is expected that it would outlast him both in prosperity and influence. As it stands, Ronaldo's influence would begin to wane by the time he hangs his soccer boots. Maybe Cola cannot get him now without a disaster of tremendous magnitude befalling the football world, but about the days after he has hung his boots? Maybe then, Cola would be able to get at him like they would really want to without much trouble.
In conclusion, you can't piss at where a man makes his living and expect him not to hate you. Amassing enemies is a stupid venture, however you look at it. It was far better if he had ignored whatever was on the table. Ronaldoo has made Cola his enemy. It remains to be seen if he's capable of whatever shit they would throw at him, whether now or later. |

The so-called law enforcement personnel are themselves victims of rogue and lawless governance. You say what In this Nigeria?? Bros, forget lawyer for this matter. This is Nigeria. Besides, he's a soldier, so he'd have faced a military tribunal, and their proceedings are not made public.
